Not sure where all the good reviews are coming from - maybe something changed in the last months - but in my opinion this has nothing to do with Korean chicken/food. The chicken meat itself was pretty good, but the batter was very bland yet salty. Rice was just rice. I think the oil was old because it left a greasy 3-AM-fries kinda aftertaste. 2 stars for the quick service.

Unassuming, tiny store, reminiscent of places you find in a Chinatown in large cities around the world. Delicious gochujang bowl!

Quite a disappointing experience as the food from here has very little in common with Korean cuisine - the chicken (Doenjang & Dakgangjeong) bowls were average at best. There was not much meat to start with (5 pieces), it wasn't even remotely spicy (same goes for kimchi) and corn/edamame as a side dish was not appropriate in my opinion. The rice was not seasoned properly. Overall I would not recommend it as food from here is somewhat a mixture of multiple different cuisines. If you want real Korean, do some research, and you'll find amazing Korean fast food in Mainz! Payments are possible only with cash. Visited in July 2022.

Great tasty hot sauce. Chicken was good I wish they would be bigger. Fries on point. Welch‘s Grape almost tasty like in the USA. 15 min to wait after we ordered it. Great service. My wish for the future ? Bigger chicken pieces 😋

I had the GA RANG MUOI. The food didn't took long till it was done and it was really good. The owner of this place is friendly and the place itself is clean. I can't wait to come back and to try the rest of the food! Update: had the corndog and a chicken box too. It was mind-blowing.

Oil was probably last changed prior to opening this venue. That would mean that the owner had to bring used oil from home, or the previous restaurant or shipped used oil from China. I would not recommend although the chicken itself was alright.

We took 2 hours train to here after watching a tiktok about the restaurant and it was worth it!! The portion looks so much bigger than picture and our expectation. The chicken is crispy and the sauce is amazing. They also have Korean and Japanese drinks, along with a shop right inside so that you can grabs something to drink along with food. Definitely go here again!

if you want a true korean chicken taste, this is the place. the service is great and the chef is super friendly! i had the chicken box here once and definitely will come back for the second time

The food was tasty. Before ordering he explained to us how it goes and he gave us samples of the sauces to taste. It was clean. The food was freshly made. The music and atmosphere was awesome. It was reasonably priced. And above all his behaviour was really nice and friendly
