Very rude and unprofessional. You really shouldn't go here. The doctor hardly takes any time and is very, very unfriendly, as are the staff. Never again

A year ago I went to Dr. Kusnierc Zak and he was very rude. The rest of the team wasn't friendly either. After ten seconds of explaining to him when and how my knee hurts, he impatiently blocked me. He seemed a little annoyed because he was moving my knee, and it didn't hurt when he moved, so he wondered why I was going there. He ended up having my knee bandaged, prescribing me painkillers and saying that what I had was normal and could happen every two years (???). When I went to the ATOS clinic after a few months because my knee was still hurting, I was heard, examined well and sent for an MRI. Afterwards I had another conversation with the orthopedist, who explained to me what exactly I had and which movements I should avoid and which ones were good for me, and prescribed an elastic band for my knee. That’s good patient care!

Five stars is not enough!!! Let's start with scheduling appointments. They really still exist, nice, friendly doctor's assistants who answer a call straight away, no waiting loops or other announcements with automated appointment scheduling. With acute pain and as a new patient, you can get an appointment immediately, a short waiting time and excellent time management! It's not possible, great class👍🏼😊 The treatment by the doctor tops it all off. Very nice, competent and, above all, he takes the necessary time for his patients. Thank you very much for the great treatment. From the first call to the examination, I would be happy to recommend her and would be happy to come back!!!

Waiting time for appointment and referral was about 20 minutes, although I hadn't been to the doctor before (i.e. new patient). The lady at the reception who was very capable of multitasking, as well as the doctors themselves, were all friendly. I felt very well looked after.

Ich Patient seit mehr als ein Jahr mit Schädel Hirntrauma, Und ein Genickbruch der erst vor kurzem Festgestellt wurden!!! Die blonde Empfangsdame, unsympathisch arogante Unhöflich und unfreundlich!!! Der Doctor selbst, auch der gleiche.... Wie sie heute mit mir umgegangen sind das ist richtig Asozial!!!

The doctor is quite good! Only the receptionist in the morning is more than catastrophic!! I asked for a prescription and after 15 minutes (even though the doctor was at reception during that time) she put me off and said that she would only ask the doctor when he had a break!! Of course I won't come back like that! Because if you are in pain you should get help

Es war für mich ein enttäuschender Besuch. Der Arzt wirkte auf mich überheblich und unfreundlich. Meine Sorgen wurden ignoriert und ich fühlte mich nicht ernst genommen. Eine Empfehlung kann ich daher absolut nicht aussprechen.

I've already had 2 shoulder operations. The doctor is very good. But He should urgently get/hire a new, younger doctor's assistant. I went to the practice today with an online appointment and felt like an asylum seeker waiting for his residence decision. I couldn't get through to the doctor. Both of my knees need surgery (meniscus) Now I'm having the operations done somewhere else.

Yesterday I had an appointment and since I don't speak German I went with my husband and one of the receptionists rudely told him that the family can't be here if only one person is the one who will have a very unpleasant attitude towards me knew the person didn't understand the language. The doctor helped me a little, but I didn't particularly like him, he is an unfriendly person. The other nurse who went for the sonography is a very kind and patient person.

Dr. Kusnierczak is a really great and recommended doctor! His advice and help immediately allayed my fears,

Ich durfte Dr, Kusbierczak als professionellen, einfühlsamen und weitblickenden Arzt kennenlernen. Er nahm sich umfassend Zeit und hat ich kompetent beraten. TOP.

Hier muss man nie lange Warten im Wartezimmer, das finde ich besonders toll.

Unfreundliches Personal, leider auch sehr inkompetent was geltende Vorschriften bei der Patientenaufnahme angeht.

Ich habe in einer dringenden Angelegenheit (Fragestellung OP ja oder nein) schnelle, kompetente und verständliche Beratung und Hilfe bekommen. Bin sehr dankbar und möchte Dr. Kusniercak unbedingt empfehlen.

After my shoulder surgery, which Dr. Kusnierczak carried out, I can only say: I am very satisfied! Prevention, surgery and aftercare are simply TOP! I can really recommend him.
