Keinesfalls zu empfehlen, ich wohne derzeit hier. Die extrem dünnen Wände, erschweren das lernen und die Ruhe. Ich höre den Nachbarn lachen, reden, Musik hören uvm. es ist nicht so dass der Nachbar zu laut ist sondern die Wände einfach extrem dünn sind. Es ist nichts für jemanden der in Ruhe schlafen oder lernen will. Außer man hat keine Nachbarn.

Stayed there for 6 month. Very pleasant stay. The Housemaster Mr. Hubertus was very nice.

I had a nice experience here, the rental and deposit are relatively rational in Darmstadt, the location of SMARTments is near the Hochschule, the Mensa is near this apartment. Everything is fine for me at here. Thank all employees of SMARTments. Actually the surrounding construction sites have been finished，but the google map image not updating, I think I should tell you this. 我在这住的还不错，谷歌卫星地图更新的比较慢，其实周边的工地其实已经完工了，个人觉得环境挺好的，周边也有很多超市。
