The stoner kid cashier places the drink cup upside down on the dirty counter, he also doesn’t wear a hairnet so the sides of his long hair under the cap just flop over the food. I asked for honey mustard they forgot it no big deal tho, except for the fact I had to yell for one of them to bring me honey mustard five times because they were purposefully ignoring me. A woman came in 3 dif times for items missing from her order because they got it wrong that bad. My sandwich was also wrong didn’t know till I tried it later - it wasn’t spicy. Horrible location for no reason.

I'm truly dissapionted at the quality of my food. I looked forward to kfc all week. Biscuits taste like flour and was not cooked all the way. They was very small. The chicken was super greasy and wasnt extra crispy. The slaw was good. Gravy was good. It just seem like seasoning is missing on some of the food. Mash tators was bland, no butter or salt. I asked for butter hardly got any for the 16 piece family meal. I gave 3 stars because employees are very nice. I came to write this review and saw all the bad reviews and I actually feel bad for them. Someone needs to teach them how to cook and that they can't pull the food out early. It could make somone sick and the food just doesnt get its full potential. Must keep in mind that the customer pays your wage so u must satify them with good food that they came for! I think people forget that.

We thought the first few times were a fluke because it's so bad and KFC food is usually tasty. Things you get at other locations that are really good are terrible here. We have NEVER had a good piece of chicken from this location, ever. The only description for this store should be "it's always bad." I posted a pic of the most recent sandwich, my camera makes it look like it's yellow or brownish but it's anemic looking, like we just took it out of a frozen hungry man dinner. We don't usually leave bad reviews but the masses need to be protected. Update: tried again. Last picture is the all they gave us for 4 biscuits. When I specifically asked for extra, twice. They ARE TERRIBLE. If you want to save money try getting orders right instead of being skimpy jerks.

Got a box of chicken strips. The majority of them were grizzled and hard, only a few pieces out of 15 or so had actual meat on them. They were seasoned well though.

Never got acknowledged let alone waited on Waiting on roadside assistance in kfc parking lot. I went inside to wash my hands and order food and let them know what was going on. Not even a gesture.

Ordered on line food was in delivery bin instead of pickup had trouble finding order. Food was thrown in bag gravy spilled. Big sticky mess by Fountain drinks stuck to floor.

The chicken lags are so small also the chicken breast are small too, the biscuits are really dry, the service is horrible! I have been waiting for 10 minutes at the counter and no one ever came

Every time I go to KFC in Weirton in the evening, the food is over cooked and the staff are kids with absolutely no customer service skills! The inside of the store is filthy! When I go during the day it’s a totally different atmosphere! I love KFC but DON’T EVER GO IN THE EVENING!!!!!!!!!!!
