I took my 12 year old son to the orthodontist for his first appointment in March. We then had an appointment with an oral surgeon in April. After the appointment we were told that the orthodontist and the surgeon would make a plan to extract teeth and then we could start the braces. It is now September 30th and we still have not been back to the orthodontist or the oral surgeon. I have called several times trying to find out what is going on and keep getting told they are working on everything and will call me back. The last time I called the orthodontist‘s office I was told they would call me back in 15 minutes, that was 3 weeks ago and no one ever called me back.

When you have to have braces, this is the place to go!! Not only do they have the best staff that welcome you from day one ❤️ They have the most up to date technology, no nasty putty impressions, it’s all digital. They take time with me on every visit!
