Oh where to start. I popped in here with my baby to grab a quick meal qnd some ice-cream. I wanted a waffle cone and a cup as I had alot of items holding in addition to my daughter. The lady told me $1 for the cup no worries I purchased the cup. My turn came to collect my order they gave me a small cup advised me the big ones are only for the drive through I told her I'm alone and traveling with my daughter she said on well I guess you don't want the cover as the ice-cream clearly did not fit I had to then stay and attempt to eat it and struggle feed my daughter as I was alone and was not intending to stay. I would have paid $5 for the cup even $10 to avoid this horror I endured tonight needless to say cheffete horrible customer service and 0 empathy for a cup. Mu suggestion us let customers know before hand what size cup it is as purchasing that cup defected the purpose had I known I would have just bought the roti and left and oh she gave me a fork to eat it with.

Great location, food is just as good as any other. Modern design and playground for children under age 12. Conveniently placed near other shopping facilities and significantly less busy than the Warrens location.

Very convenient location in The Walk at Welches, St. Thomas. Quick and efficient drivethrough service. Nice and varied fast food menu. Had a leg dinner which consists of 4 legs (drumsticks), a portion of fries, and a small dinner roll. Very filling.

The worst fast food I had in my entire life. Bland, tasteless and processed. Saw people throwing up outside. Never come here

Surprisingly decent roti and standard fast food. They are also proud of their ice cream. No dining room service during pandemic, only take away

Where is the 6 star button?! Still the Don of slaggy Bajan fast food. OMG!! Tasty, moorish, mind-blowing and appallingly bad for you. What a delight! They now do *frozen* orders for you to take home on the plane. Worth the price of the flight on its own. Never, ever lets you down.

I've always had the pleasure of mannerly cashiers taking my order. Service is fast compared to some of the other locations. Really quiet location if you wish to dine in since most customers use the drive thru unlike other locations (six roads for example)

My favorite Chefette island wide. There is no one better than this! Fresh chicken, new installment, clean, big, play for kids, park lots. I’m very happy. Try fried chicken 🐔!

Good service but the cost was high for what you got

I enjoyed it here only came for the icecream my favorite is the cookies and cream ice-cream. Staff were friendly and the atmosphere was great.

Food is great, service is excellent and the staff are very professional.

Great location! Be mindful that a little before dinner time the drive-thru line is a mile long! Lol

The food was good u but had to extra long wait and no one came and inquired as to who or said anything until the food was almost ready to come out... Drinks were up sized for de delay which was good. Service after that fine 🙂

Poor poor service with long long waiting times for more than 20mins for most customers due to having to wait for roti or a chicken sandwich to be done and having to wait for chicken to be finished. To some staff shouting back and forth at each other to get things done. Absolutely poor poor service last night

We arrived at Cheffette with our order and were served in 5 minutes and left with our order in less than 5 minutes. That is Excellent service

Chefette really needs to get it right. Why is it that every time I order it’s okay until I pay for my food then I’m told to park I think i should be notified before paying for my food that I have to wait, you don’t what time frame I have working with get it right plz it’s nonsense gine the option to wait or go but don’t allow me to pay food that you know is not ready when I get to the pick up window it is not fair, very bad business 👎🏾👎🏾

Chefette is a love-hate for me. Hate to eat the food but miss the food when I can get it. Love that the place is a local company that is as good as any other international chain. Truth is the standard is high and now its part of the Barbados culture. Much have it.

Definitely get the chicken and potato roti while in Barbados! Authentic 🤗 Since I live in the states, their burgers suck!...tasted like a middle school cafeteria burgers

Went to a Cheffette Party and it was great ☺️ Suggestion; they need vegetarian options for children kids meals like Veggie Nuggets ... My kids are vegetarian and they could only have chips because a veggie burger is too big for them.

Although the ice cream was good, I think the cashier was having a bad afternoon as she was quite grumpy. Also, we waited too long for the food. Seems like they gave priority to the drive through.
