  One of the most powerful experiences I ever had. This is a real Ayurvedic house run by a local family. The place is in the middle of the jungle surrounded by nature and animals. I did the cleaning treatment including Body massage, Shirodara and plant medicine. I would definitely recommend it. Thank you very much Lansatha and family ♡ I will always remember you.

  I was looking for an excellent Ayurvedic centre in the south of Sri Lanka. Something that is not just about massage but an honest Ayurvedic approach. I found it in Arthrea Ayurveda. I love their complex procedure, including full body massage, shirodhara, inhalation a herbal bath. I took it several times in three weeks, surprised by the effect. It's like after a car overhaul. I feel ten years younger and lost almost 20 kg. Unbelievable. I am ready to run the following years of my life with whole new energy. Thanks to people from Arthrea Ayurveda.

  MAGICAL ✨ Much more than relaxation. I had a consultancy with a doctor and done a 3 days treatment of full body massages and sirodhara with special oils. Atmosphere is ideal, green, quiet and surrounded by nature. 🌿 Treatments are very good and professional. Hospitality is more than than you can ask… ☕️🤗 Not only found relaxation, but reconection, peace, balance, deep feelings and lots of wisdom and pleasant moments 💫 Istuti Lasantha ☺️ see you in a a couple of weeks for more of your magic!

  Come here if you want to experience an authentic, genuine, peaceful Ayurveda massage or treatment. The owner Lesante is a kind soul who helped my wife and I by treating us to an amazing herbal bath, a must try, and also fed us after other treatments with an amazing vegetable curry lunch. I highly recommend this tranquil place. You will be happy you came here, trust me.

  I came here for a massage. Got well met and treated by Lasantha. He made me a special treatment for my knee which I recently had undergo surgery with. It made it alot stronger and moveable and hurts less now. Thank you so much you are a master 🙏 can also recommend the herbal bath it will cleanse your mind and make you super zen

  Highly recommend! I did a 5 day cleanse which was amazing. It started off with a consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor to determine the best treatment plan for my condition; as well as diet and lifestyle recommendations. The program included at least 3 Ayurvedic treatments per day-Shirodhara, head massage, full body massage, herbal baths, fomentation massage, and herbal nasal steam as well as breakfast, lunch, herbal medicines and herbal teas. All of the massages were fantastic and the food was delicious and every meal was different; incredible variety! Everything was very professional and any concerns or questions I had were addressed. This is not a luxury spa experience but you will feel well cared for and respected. They are true healers! I am very grateful 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Bonus—the price is really reasonable!

  I must admit that the guy knows how to massage, but everything else was at least unprofessional. During my oil treatment I had to listen to the sounds of YouTube news coming from the other room . No fan (at least the minimum ) in the room - therefore instead of concentrating on the sensations , I was almost bitten by🦟 nearly 100 times. Again... May be for a massage and another treatments where he is fully involved in the process it would be a good experience, but for me I regretted waisting my time n money
