The room was clean and across the road from the beach with cafes nearby. Accommodation was basic and there were limited amenities such as soap and the towels were very used previously. The room smelt of mothballs. Staff were not the friendliest I have encountered in Sri Lanka, I think this is rather basic accommodation and the pictures and reviews online made the accomdation seem better than it was though must admit prices were cheap.

We had a fantastic stay in a newly built room, good water pressure, A/C worked perfectly. They also have a generator. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and fresh. Sampath the owner and the whole team were very welcoming, Nice and calm pool area. Hotel is in walking distance from restaurants and shops, the beach and best beginner surfing spots are just over the street. Would def. Stay again.

Small but comfy and clean room. You dont hear the nearby road so the location opposite to the beach is nice. Good service. Nice and clean pool. The garden area looks nice but is rather useless. Maybe they could add something for the guests there. Breakfast is okay/good. All in all, this hotel is a bit overpriced for what it serves.

Walked in spoke to Sampat Kumara, very nice gentleman, very good English, so I sat in a very comfortable seat and ordered the pot of Tea(as I do in all places)... As I sat there the predictable power cut occurred, but this is no issue as they have a generator so power returned pretty quickly, WiFi available and good signal, Tea is a good size pot and strong as requested with milk in teh side and sugar if needed. Food menu has a good choice and we'll priced for a beach front hotel/restaurant, I went for the spaghetti bolognease, good size portion, with extra bread and extra parmesan on the side. Very pleasurable experience I did return again, this time just for the pot of Tea, and again a very nice conversation with Sampat. Will return before I leave the area for sure. 10/10 Also they provide anti moskito burners especially around 6pm this seems to be the prime time for these little pests to come out to play. Nice touch and made me feel more comfortable, so I did sit there longer than I would have without, as they do seem to like me a lot. Moskito magnet!

Highly recommend this hotel and also the food. Breakfast is generous and delicious with many options. They have one of the best rice and curry and they even made vegetarian lamprais for us! Don't miss out on their healthy smoothie bowl for dessert!

Super quality hotel! Amazing warmful people works there. Clean and nice rooms with ac and own separate tarrace. Beakfast - 4 option to choose very each really delicious tea/coffee incouded.

After we arrived in Weligama we were looking for a room to stay the first night. Ended up by booking three more nights here. Due to COVID a lot of the tourist places in Sri Lanka are in a bad condition (or closed) - not this one. The rooms, the restaurant and the pool are clean and as good as new. The staff is super friendly and provides a nice Sri Lankan breakfast (e.g. hoppers) - but there more options like western breakfast etc. If you're a surfer you just have to cross the road and stand right in front of the surf spot. We can fully recommend the ocean breeze.

We have arrived for one night stay on our way back to the airport. The hotel is very pleasant and inviting the minute you enter and we were welcomed with a smile and a refreshing glass of juice. The rooms are specious and clean and the breakfast was amazing. The best one we had in Srilanka.the pool is clean and nice and our 3 boys had a wonderful time in it. Very recommended👍👍👍

Great hotel, old world charm, elegantly furnished, clean, comfortable air-conditioned rooms. Friendly staff, good service. Lovely, quiet pool. We had it to ourselves most of the time. Highly recommended.

Clean spacious AC rooms. The hot also has a pool. Prices are affordable as well ( around 45 to 50 dollars)

Dirty rooms, didn’t change the sheets after we asked cause it was dirty. A lot of mosquitoes in the room and no sunlight the fridge smells bad not value for money

Didn't stay here, but had a lovely breakfast. They have a really peaceful restaurant available for anyone to enjoy all day
