One of the most beautiful and secluded villa complexes in Sri Lanka. Perfect for bringing groups of friends and family together in a spacious and serviced property. The staff are just wonderful and couldn't ask for a better location

Very good place to stay. Feel freedom. Very near to the Weligama bay beach. Beach is very clean and safe place for see bath. Owner of this place is UK couple. The staff also very kind and friendly. Prices are affordable and place is very clean and ambient also good.

Beautiful villa, unique styling, amazing service and food and the view from all rooms / areas is unreal. Had the pleasure of staying with my partner and a friend, we took two rooms opposite each other with a large private deck for breakfast and sundowners, which also opened up into a 3m jump into the 3m deep pool below. The roof terrace is also an incredible spot for morning meditation or viewing the sunset. Wish I had longer here! It’s also worth noting that there’s an almost exclusively private wave out the front, a left handed which never had more than 4 people on it during our stay and with regards to the food the Sri Lankan breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in over ten years of being in Sri Lanka. Can’t wait to return.

Beautiful place, perfect quiet location, wonderful views. Thanks to the staff, I felt myself like home. Everything inside is made with good taste, professional chef ( both local kitchen and european). The property itself very clean and well maintained.

Wow, what a place! Lara is an excellent host, yoga teacher and general life coach. I left feeling relaxed and healthier for my experience. Lakmal and his kitchen team made beautiful healthy balanced meals which always hit the spot. Dilaj, Weera, Jagath were all so helpful and a pleasure to chat to. Beautiful place, delightful staff. We stayed in Ceylon House for a week as a group of 9 to celebrate my daughter’s 30th. We were so well looked after by Dilaj, Weera and team who went the extra mile to look after us in every way. The accommodation is beautiful with ocean views at every turn. Little beach was quiet but enough life to keep us amused. Henry’s food at Tiki beach bar is exceptional. Manager Lara was wonderful and responsive to feedback. Team even brought over an extra bed so I could recover from a horrible cold in separate area of master bedroom. Excellent all round. Thank You.

In the middle of Weligama, but hidden from the main road, this place has an amazing views of the beach and ocean in front of you. The architecture is simply amazing, you will have the feeling you are staying in a palace with beautiful common spaces and marvellous private rooms to keep you privacy when need. No words to describe the pool... you just have to go and enjoy it by yourself! I’m sure their manager Lara will help you with whatever you need! She is a rockstar!

We had three villas, service was excellent. Angelo our butler was extremely professional and attentive. The food was good, no chilli and no coriander. Swimming pools were clean, beach in walking distance. All rooms have sea views, a good warm design with AC, large showers, clean. Safety security box is not availability in the room, but there was security everywhere.

We came in early April with our friends and then 11 month old son. The house, staff, surrounding areas, attention to details and experiences exceeded our every expectation. It was more than we could have imagined. I can't recommend it enough.

Gorgeous villa

A great stay over two nights to destress and rewind ... many beautiful nooks and corners to relax and chill in and amost inviting pool and pavillion. Loved the swinging beds, the simple but well prepared food, the friendly and non obtrusive service, the massage and just about everything about the place. Thank you ON Houses for a wonderful stay, so close to home. Love the fact too, that I did not have a long drive back home after the break.
