Very well designed buildings. Amazing value for the standard of finish and detail. Beautiful big and airy rooms with balconies, large halls and dining areas. 2 pools giving the feeling of having the place to oneself. Lovely staff, returning next week. Thank you Roshan for making our stay so peaceful and relaxed.

Not actually been there. As yet. But from a personal contact with the owner couple. And other independent reviews we are certain that this is a perfect location for our next planned short break. Looks just great!

Calm and relaxed

Очень интересное место для отдыха ! Менеджер виллы просто отличный человек ,всегда поможет с любой ситуацией ,очень дружелюбный ! Место отлично подходит для тех,кто захочет дикую природу ,так как местный персонал подкармливает павлинов,обезьянок и прочих животных, то есть они живут с вами на одной территории. Но есть один минус , это местный персонал ,которые бродят по территории ,все время что то ищут, иногда пугали,когда пытался уединится у бассейна , к сожалению уборщицы не всегда добросовестно убирались в номерах ,но это никак не испортило нам отдых !

Noisy! Room by the front door, staff chatting outside our door at 8am with guests (the Manager), guests stomping and playing music past midnight. Breakfast in hall outside room - really really noisy. Gardening work on stone path started at 7-8am?! Local beach - harassed by two stall vendors, as two women, very inappropriate and disgusting questioning and hassle. Recommend avoid and go to tourist beach Someone tried our door while we were in the room. Kept door locked. Pool very fusty Beautiful v clean rooms, cleaning staff v helpful, security staff v sweet Breakfast $16!!! Can’t buy water here - pretty inconvenient
