Went to Dentz Avenue for a general dental clean-up and Dr Thilanka Sugathadasa did a great job. Customer service is exceptional, and staff is polite and friendly. Ambiance inside is wonderful and have limited parking space outside. Advice to take an appointment before visiting this dental.

Through and through a professional service with international standard and a touch of Sri Lankan hospitality. They bust my myth that Root Canal treatments are painful as I felt no pain at all during the whole process. They seem to have a good procedure for patient handling, highly recommended.

DENTz AVENUE service is impeccable! I wanted to get a refilling done. Within short notice they accommodated it on a Sunday eve, even after their normal working hours. The ambinece of the place was quite welcoming, the machinery was latest and the support staff was very friendly. The Dr was quite skilled and gently handled the entire process. My procedure, which I assumed to be a painful endeavour, finished faster than expected and pain-free. Highly recommended!

After a root canal retreatment, after 2 months, pain appeared again under my crown. I was just here on my travels through Sri Lanka. I had a slightly queasy feeling at the thought of going to the dentist abroad. On top of that, I'm always a bit nervous with dental treatments. I am glad that I found Dr. Umesh. Unfortunately, he could only tell me that it would probably be best to extract the tooth. Any other options didn't look very promising. So I made an appointment to have my tooth extracted and the treatment was completely painless. Even the days afterwards were hardly painful thanks to antibiotics and painkillers. Dr. Umesh and his team are very professional. From the receptionist to the assistant, everyone is extremely friendly. Dr. Umesh asked me several times during the treatment if I was in pain. He is not a man of big words but in my opinion does his work professionally and with a lot of concentration. As far as I can tell the practice has modern and up to date dental facilities. Visited twice upon appointment. Friendly staff, convenient service. Parking space available in the clinic itself for about three vehicles but you can park outside in the road as well. Advice you to get an appointment before go as the place is busy. You can enjoy a coffee while you wait, from the upstairs cafe.

Worst customer care. The lady who speaks to the phone is so rude and she has no idea how to address a client respectfully. My mother did a crown from them in last January and it fell off today. So spoke to the to see the dentist ASAP since it was painful. So I contacted them and gave her name and the telephone number to get an appointment. But they said they can’t give an appointment since they can’t trace my mother’s details. So I also had to speak back to her from her language. Then we went to My Dentist Thalawathugoda. Had a great service.
