Navigating to this place is the worst thing about this. Please do not try to reach here on your own and call the person. We had a driver and he was not happy with the location because the road leading to this place is not that great. The person here is very helpful and takes care of you very well. He even helped They don’t provide accommodation for driver but helped finding one. This a small home stay type hotel with 3 rooms on ground floor and a 2 bedroom place on the first floor. They have a shared small kitchen which guests can use for themselves. The rooms can be better and are very small. The bed is queen size and bathroom has barely enough space to take a shower. The outdoor area is the highlight of the place. It has plenty of seating and hammock outside and the view is amazing. Just 20-30 steps and you are looking at the ocean. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place look no more. The breakfast is good here with fresh fruits and smoothie along with different dishes on different days with options like appa, omelette etc

We stayed here for 3 days and it was very nice and quiet. It is a bit hard to get to the place at first but Sahan the host got in contact with our driver and we were able to find it. The place itself is a two story home with a BNB on top and 3 rooms below. We stayed in the air bnb room up top and it was clean and Sahan was responsive and quick. We got breakfast included with our stay and Sahan and his friend cooked us an amazing breakfast with food and a smoothie every day of our stay. Many things to do around hrithekia beach is nearby as well as the blue beach island walking distance from the stay. At night if the sky is clear you can see many stars on the beach infornt it the villa.

Amazing place, you can access to the sea by the garden. The breakfast is local food and really tasty and the service is super friendly. I highly recommend it

Wonderful garden an terrace. Helpfull staff and very best breakfast. It's tricky to find this place, but our driver called and they navigated us. Location is aside beach and that means calm and peace and walk if you want to eat or something. Bathroom is tiny..

Honestly one of the best places in Sri-Lanka to stay. View, location, service, territory, facilities - everything is awesome. Only for kind tourists and good vibes. Feedback for the owner, to become definitely the best villa on island: - it would be nice to replace towels. - ability to choose breakfasts - may be cover the floor with tiles/wood in the rooms, but actually who cares Thanks for the vacation!

Nice clean place to stay. Only issue is approach road. You have to think twice to take out your car

It was the best accommodation during our 7 week stay in Sri Lanka. We stayed here for 2 weeks and honestly we did not found any minus or disadvantage - yes, everything was so perfect. The room was very clean with enourmous shared terrace with enough tables and chairs. Everyone has amazing view to the ocean and beautiful garden from terrace. Generous and very tasty breakfast is served every morning ( included in the price of accommodation, no extra charging) and it was different almost every day. You will get homemade food (hoppers / string hoppers / rolls /rice /) + fresh smoothie or juice + fruit + tea. You can use an outdoor fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, cooker and everything you need. The guy who take care of guests, rooms and everything was absolutely amazing. He was so responsible, hardworking, kind and always willing to help. He managed to answer all our questions and requirements we have had during our stay. Thank you for your awesome attitude! Location was perfect for us. If you prefer quiet place with sound of waves and birss instead of music and traffic noise, you will love it here. It is maybe 10 minutes to Hiriketyia beach by foot. Wifi was great (even for working. There was 1-2 days when wifi was slower but overall it worked well). We really enjoyed our stay, felt so relaxed here.
