Had a look at there promotional video and phoned the hotel. Got a triple half board for 22000, and booked on the spot. Short ride of one and half hours on the highway. Hotel was right next to the beach with every room facing the beach. Huge rooms, worth every rupee. Galle road on the other side of the hotel with the railroad next to it. Real piece of paradise. Meals were a treat, delicious. Dinner was personalized and to be ordered beforehand for your convenience. Breakfast was the same for everyone with about 5 types of food to choose from. The staff was friendly reminder and attentive. Beach was clean, no loiterers. Trip not to be missed.

I feel the place is underrated for the cost we paid. The rooms were large like a family room. The large balcony towards sea is unforgettable. They have connecting door with next room internally (FYI) that can be locked from our side such that no safety issues. Sea view is great and the beach is amazing. Our kids enjoyed inside and out side the hotel a lot. All meals we had in outside as there are huts made to have the meal with lovely sea breez. Despite difficult condition due to covid, staff is doing a great job with limited staff. Buffet is tasty but great if they can improve the presentation and the spread. Staff is kind and supportive. Front view and the parking of the hotel could have improve. Pool looks great though we didn't try pool as the Sea itself is a pool!!.

Had a terrible experience at this hotel. The Hotel Manager was so disrespectful and rude. His communication skills were zero. I wonder how he got into the hospitality industry. He was the absolute worse kind of person I've met in this industry. He ruined our entire vacation. Please think twice before going to this place. We booked 5 rooms. We called this manager prior and asked for all the conditions and policies of the hotel. He agreed to all the things we asked. We even paid an advance, but when we got there he started telling all sorts of new policies like for example for the BBQ machine he asked 8K which he told will be given free, he asked for a corkage fee which we were told there was none. We were okay with the new policies he said but the way he spoke to us we felt like he badly wanted us to leave. He even handed all our money and told us to leave saying he can earn this amount by giving two rooms to the foreigners. The more we agreed with his new rules the more he brought new ones to make us leave. He even told the staff to not provide us service. It seemed like he got a good deal probably from foreigners so he wanted to make us leave so that he can give our rooms to them for a bigger price. We did not want to be in a place with such rude people so we left. Discriminating locals like this is really bad. He treated us like beggars who came to stay there for free. We didn't wanna stay in a hotel paying a huge amount of money and yet be discriminated like this. I hope the owner of this hotel sees this and take necessary actions regarding this type of behavior. Please think twice before going here if you're a local. Your vacation also might get ruined. The worst hotel I've been to in my life.

The hotel was not clean, lizards were everywhere, staff were not really friendly, a juice was asked for and the staff member (without any permission) entered the room (opened the door) without knocking, breakfast was mediocre and not the best, the waiter was asked for an extra omlette egg and bluntly said NO. The management of this hotel is completely unorganized and communication was not well-maintained. I do not see any valid reason for choosing or to choose this place. Very bad hotel.

Good rooms with sea view and right on the beach. They have their own private beach so not much people seeing corona scare. Food was good, bit expensive but cheaper than neighborhood. Good service, they try to make their guests feel comfortable.

We had very bad experience in this hotel, the hotel maintenance staff behaviour is very rude and ridiculous. Without informing us they are charged hidden charges, we came to now the hidden charges details, while check out the hotel. And this is very old hotel and washroom is not well maintained. We have booked the room with breakfast. the breakfast not worth our money and not good. Highly recommend don't choice this hotel.

The Oasey Beach Hotel's architecture integrates with its coastal surroundings, providing stunning ocean views from nearly every corner. The rooms are combining modern comfort with a touch of beachside charm. The sound of waves gently lapping against the shore becomes a soothing soundtrack to your stay. One of the standout features is the private beach access, allowing guests to effortlessly transition from the comfort of their rooms to the soft sands and azure waters. The dining options are equally impressive especially the spicy rice dip made of chilli flakes and fish .The attentive and friendly staff contribute to the overall warmth of the hotel, providing impeccable service without being intrusive. It was wonderful to have had the opportunity to share the dinner table with Mr.Virat the owner. If the owner took the time to join you, it likely reflects a commitment to guest satisfaction and a desire to create a welcoming and hospitable environment. A short stay at Oasey Beach Hotel was memorable indeed.

This hotel is very old not well maintained. Staffs are irresponsible and very rude. They ruined our vacation and we regrets to choose this hotel. Food also not good and limited. I saw few good reviews and I am shocked. Those reviews are definitely paid reviews and don't trust them don't choose this hotel. Rest rooms are worst and not clean. They don't give proper information and they simply bill for unnecessary thing's. I do not recommend this hotel.

Rooms are big enough and comfortable, but room service and cleaning are poor. Restaurant for those who never hurry, standard breakfast could be served for more than hour, and precooked dinner for 2 hours and more. Each meal costs $10. Cooking skills also could be better, for example, we tried different seafoods three times and each time it was overcooked. ((( If you need fresh fruits - nearest markets located in Bentota 5-10 minutes by tuk-tuk.

The owner goes out of his way to give the guests the best experience possible. Wish they would make changes on their menu to set themselves apart from all the other restaurants around the area. Best beach in the area

We stayed here for 8 nights an it was fabulous . Grete room and location . We were very well looked after from the entire team, from reception ,to the serving staff and other team. Food was amazing. Everyday we have started our day from amazing breakfast. The pool area is stunning which we had almost to ourselves for the full 8 days and although rough seas, the beach was beautiful . Whilst restricted what we could do,it was a fabulous holiday and the staff did what they could to make it the best experience we had an amazing stay ,i love you Oasey Beach hotel and can'T Wait to come backat this wonderful ,amazing hotel and to see all the employees who become our Family .

The location looks old and unclean unlike in photos. Service is also not so satisfying. Looking at old google reviews, we see that many customers have had the same bad experience and service from the staff at this place. You can find way better hotels near Galle TBH :\ I hope the staff will at least try to be better in the future, because customer satisfaction is the key for the success of any business if they didn't know.

Good price for triple full board. Rooms were excellent with nice A/C and beach view. Huge pool with nice garden. Breakfast was nice though lunch and dinner was basic. The staff was helpful. Our room showers were not working properly. Other than that a great stay.

Perfect big rooms and right at the side of beach. I'm house restaurant was average in taste but next to it also there is a restaurant named Induruwa beach club which serves good food. When you get out of hotel room and also in balcony view you see crystal clear Induruwa beach.
