Perfect quality lingerie with perfect fit and impressive colors and designs! But highly DISAPPOINTED about the staff! They were not friendly and helpful at all! They were too lazy to help us find the size we need and they give us the impression that we are troubling them by visiting the store! Should improve on customer service and should learn how to serve customer! Specially in an area like lingerie!

Extremely unfriendly sales girls. They talk to you like they're doing you a favour and follow you around watching you like a hawk. Amante's products used to be a good fit but lately have noticed that their bras just don't fit well no matter which size you try. Quality has gone down drastically and just isn't worth the price anymore

The place is in the arcade and just next to the parking lot. Nicely arranged shop and the staff is well attentive. Gave their maximum support possible for selection and was friendly as well. There are lot of Christmas credit card offers these days. The collection is with very good quality and highly recommended. There are night ware and swim ware also available in the shop

One of my wife’s favorite choices. It is not a big shop. We cannot park nearby but we can park in the road between two buildings. The security guy was really nice (July 2022). Staff is not very friendly but they do a nice job.

There is no response from online support.. They treat like now you paid online and wait until we send. That's it. Bad communication.

I made an online order and received the wrong item. So I have escalated it via an email. They said they will get the wrong item in return and provide me with an voucher to reorder. But it has been almost 3 weeks but still they haven’t collected the wrong item from me. And no response for my emails. Very poor customer service.

It's one of the best brands available in Sri Lanka in par with international lingerie brands. They do have quite a good swimwear range too. Reasonably priced relative to the quality. The seasonal credit card offers makes it further affordable. Staff is very helpful but takes ages to find the size or color a customer is asking for.

Im utterly disappointed with their after sale service and this is unacceptable for a company who has such a huge reputation in the market. Customers have to wait months to get the problem fixed even if there is a manufacturing error in the product. Support email service is horrible and if they failed to fix the problem they won't ever reply you.
