Most wanted place for the kids in this pandemic situation. Nowadays we prefer indoor playground for our kids. They have a large playing area with lots of playing materials. Very easy to book and prices also reasonable. Very friendly staffs. Very safe an clean place to play. They have some conditions. We have to wear socks for our children and also for us. They have day care facilities also. Best place for spend time with our kids. Highly recommended.

One of the very few places in town for kids can play. My 1 year old baby had a lovely time there. 450/- for the baby for one hour. 200 for adult and you must have socks to enter. They also have socks you can buy from there itself.

I visited fun factory mount lavinia with my todler yesterday. This is the worse ever kids play area i have been in Sri Lanka. Although i had several issues with the horrible staff at the place from the beginning i kept quite about their freaking attitudes & the freaking rules they have for a todler in a play area. Yesterday my todler was pulled from her hand by one staff member and she stared crying as she was trying to take a play item to the gym area. I couldnt simply tolerate this unacceptable bad behavior from the fun factory staff and they treated my todler as if she was trying to steal something. I immediately steped out and at the billing i was told to pay for 1 hour although i stayed only for 20min. I strictly advise parents "DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS" to this place if you care. Try Super kids battaramulla & Tiny hop kotte. Very nice staff & environment, and most importantly kids are free to play & staff never treat your todler with this type of attitudes.

Great place for little ones to play... We went to Mt.Lavinia. Be sure to bring socks, you cannot enter without socks. Only for children under 10 years.

Very well maintained play area for kids. Per hour they charge only 600/- per kid and the adults who enter will be charged 200/- per person. As other play areas you have to wear socks if you are entering the premises, if u don't have socks you can buy them from the entrance. Compared to other play area rates this is very affordable.

I usually visiting thia kids' play area and wanted to share my thoughts. On the positive side, the hygiene and tidiness of the premises were excellent. The arrangement of playing equipment was well thought out, and the overall concept was appealing. Additionally, the requirement to wear socks upon entry is a good practice for maintaining cleanliness. However, there were some downsides to my experience. The staff, especially some members, appeared too strict with the kids. Considering it's a place for children, a more welcoming and pleasant demeanor from the staff would enhance the overall experience. Another concern was the air conditioning. When the crowd is less, they switch off the air conditioning units, leading to an uncomfortable environment, particularly on hot days. I encountered this issue on more than one occasion during my visits, primarily on weekdays. I believe better management should consider training their staff to create a more inviting atmosphere for families and children. Additionally, consistent temperature control should be maintained to ensure a comfortable experience for all visitors.

Well suited for all ages. Bring socks for the kids and the patents. There will be an Rs 8000/= fine if your kid make any toilet accident in the pit.

Excellent place for kids. Very spacious and has games and activities suitable from age 0 to 10. There is a sitting area for parents and a cafeteria too. Everyone entering the area needs to wear socks, so please take a pair. If not this needs to purchased over the counter.

This place is really good for kids. Place is clean and make sure to wear socks when you enter to this place or else you have to buy a pair of socks from the receptionist and enter. This place is offer birthday shoots etc. I have added some of the pictures which i took recently as well. I do recommend this place to kids below 12.

Worst travel agent..gave me a itinerary with one hotel when I reached Malaysia they took me to another horrible hotel after I asked for a refund they told me that travel agent was no longer with them.DO NOT CHOOSE LSR.

Had my Kids birthday party at Fun Factory Mount Lavinia. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the time we started planning the party. They went out of their way to make sure that all the kids had a lovely time. The decorations that were done by them exceeded our expectations. It’s a lovely place to have a party as the play area has many activities to keep the kids occupied.

I Visited here today with my kids...so many rules and regulations to follow up. One lady rude to my son as he is throwing balls to outside. Please to note you they are kids not adults. They don't know your rules. Kids are supervised by parents. Therefore they don't need to involve. Also we paid for them. Not worth for the payment. This is the most worst plase i have visited ever before.. not recommending to any one..

Spacious compared to Nawala. They are selling socks inside, so you don't need to worry if you've forget to bring. Well maintained. Staff inside the facility not friendly as I expected, specially for kids. However, front desk lady doing her job really well. Friendly, and really helpful.

Recently we hosted the birthday party of our son at Fun Factory Mt. Lavinia and the event was so successful and fun. Place is clean, neat and well arranged. Staff is also so friendly and supportive in arranging and preparing everything for the event. There are many party packages available and also you can bring your kids to play for couple of hours during their opening hours. Their charges are reasonable and the place is quite safe for kids any age.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a delightful kids play area, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The wide selection of toys available for the little ones to enjoy.From ride-on cars to building blocks, jungle gym, ball pit..Doll houses.. etc. The cleanliness of the place was impressive. And the staff also very friendly. The play area had ample space for children to run around freely. It was refreshing to see such thoughtfulness in designing a space that prioritizes active play.

There are some Friendly staff specially the HR manager. Facilities and the service are also good. Recommend !

Excellent place for kids fun. Jungle is very well planed and structured. Kids enjoyed a lot. Very good concepts been deployed with plenty of varieties. So with out boring kids can spend hours. Party area also very spacious. Another plus point is having a separate parking area for this building. Management also very helpful and very much understanding. They provide 10- 15 minutes tolerance Comparatively to the rajagiriya branch this is very big. Mount one has got the bouncer as well. Good cafeteria area as well. Planty of space and seating places fro parents as well. Its a good place to have different experience. Two thumbs up for the owners,management and staff to maintain the quality. The visit made the impression that néed to to visit again

This is well set up soft play area, and has the potential to be great fortnightly visit got children. However, the maintenance of the equipment is poor, the place is FULL of rules and the staff are really unfriendly. To be honest, there are relatively easy fixes to make this a really fun place for children and their parents. You can tell by the very low footfall that many people leave with this impression.

The best place to take your kids. Lovely playful environment with friendly staff. Parents can relax few hours , enjoy some me time while the kids play and have fun.
