Fantastic service especially from Nohaa from start to finish. She was checking in with us qt every stop of our tour to see if things were going well and if we had any queries. Thanks for the amazing trip. We loved every minute of our stay in Srilanka. The people are so warm and friendly and all resorts and the hotels where we stayed were just excellent. Had an excellent experience with them, surely the best travel agency i have consulted so far. Everything was delivered as promised according to itinerary. The people were very cooperative and customised the holiday package as per my needs. Our guide Faider was a really nice and humble person who also knew Hindi language and helped us roam around different places. Hotels and food were better than expected and It surely was value for money deal. Strongly recommend, for hassle free experience.

It is actually dangerous to use this Travel Agency. Please look carefully before using a travel agency if you want to have a safe time in Sri Lanka. IAMSRILANKA made promises, looked trustworthy but in the end nothing worked out like they make us believe it would. In exemple: prices, hotels, travel times, etc. The package they presented was unrealistic, completely out of notion, it was just impossible to do what they plan for every day, the plan just didn't make sense. It really looked like they had no knowledge of the country. It is a hazard to book your vacations with this kind of travel agencies. Please be careful.

Our holiday in Sri Lanka was amazing; we spent 9 days visiting the beach, tea plantations, and climbing the mountains. The trip was very well planned by I AM Sri Lanka, they did a great job, the hotels accommodations were very good, and our driver, Laki, was really nice and a very cautious driver :). Me and my family had a holiday in Sri Lanka from Oct. 5th to 12th, 2019 and were thoroughly impressed with the services provided by IAmSriLanka and their travel advisor Noohaa in particular. I came in touch with IAmSriLanka through a Sri Lankan government website.The warmth and enthusiasm shown in the first interaction itself, made me feel very comfortable with them. Subsequently we had many interactions to customize the holiday according to our needs, and Noohaa was always prompt and patient with us. Once the plan was finalized, all the arrangements were made perfectly, and we didn't face a single issue, right from the time we landed in Colombo, till the time we flew out. Every single detail was taken care of, the vehicle and the hotels were all top class. A special mention for our chauffeur Chintaka, who was always jovial, helpful, gave the right suggestions and tidbits throughout the holiday and drove us very safely. All through, Noohaa was always in touch, inquiring whether everything was fine, asking whether we were enjoying the trip, and whether we needed any help. Both Noohaa and Chintaka kept in touch with us till we finally reached home and informed them. That showed genuine concern from both of them for our wellbeing. I would definitely recommend anyone wanting to take a holiday in Sri Lanka to avail of the services of IAmSriLanka, and of Noohaa and Chintaka if possible. Finally, what a wonderful country and great people. Would love to visit again.

Well, let me start from the beginning, I was in a conversation with Miss Noohaa from (Iam Sri Lanka Holidays) since May'18 and we closed that in July, it almost took 2 months for both of us to close the deal. I booked the traveling thing only from them, because my hotels and flights had already been booked before. My only concern before booking the taxi/cab was the tidy and cleaniness of it and the driver should be decent. According to me, they sent me their best driver (Shiomi) with us, we booked the cab for 6 days, the driver was outstanding and very helpful as he was a citizen of Sri Lanka only, he knows everything about the cities, we had travel with him. Very good experience, highly recommendable and our special thanks to Noohaa and Shiomi for making our trip memorable. Thanks you guys, thanks soo much once again. You people are as good as your country is. Will give you 10/10 undoubtedly.
