Dr. Romela is one of the kindest doctors I have ever met. She handled my two dogs with such care, and it's amazing to see how the dogs respond to her as well. She takes her times, examines the dogs and also makes sure that they are okay and comfortable as well. Which is extremely rare these days. She never hesitates to responds to messages and send prescriptions when needed, also She was kind enough to come to my place and offer her services when needed even if it was really late. I'm so glad that she's my dogs doctor and I recommend her very highly 🥰

No one should go to this animal hospital. This dog died because of her, she doesn't know how to treat animals. And they charge unfairly. I see that the reviews here are fake, i think so. Please please do your job properly.. I personally wouldn't advice anyone to take your pets here. lady doctor doesn't know her basics! She doesn’t know anything. If you do or see something like this again. I will not let you stay there. Do the right thing !

Dr. Romela is so careful and patient with animals, always taking into consideration their best interest and comfort, and not rushing into decisions. She is also very informative and interactive with the pet owner, taking the time to explain and discuss everything. I was very worried and undecided about where and how to go about the urgent surgery required by my dog for her pyometra condition. I'm glad to say that I found what I needed in Dr. Romela of Vet 4 Pet Animal Clinic & Surgery ❤ I have two. The older one is Bronty. When Bronty is sick most vets were not willing to approach him since he was a bit scary. But that didn't keep Dr.Romela away. She approached him with care which saved him more than once. Recently during the lockdown, he got a bump in his neck. It got worse day by day until it became a huge opening in his skin. Even though Dr. Romela was not able to reach us she kept me updated with what to do until it got better. I know that some vets would go straight to an operation without even thinking about the pet's condition just for money and then when something goes wrong they say that it's nature. Dr. Romela was not willing to do that. Even though I was scared because of the wound she patiently guided me until he got all better. So I am truly grateful to her ❤ Love you doc ❤

Exceptional service. My parent's pet dog Rocky was stung by a snake at around 10pm. We called Dr. Romela who immediately asked us to bring the Rocky to her clinic. By the time we went there she had gone back to the clinic and opened it again just to treat Rocky. She then tirelessly worked for over 3 hours and was able to save Rocky. Long story short Rocky is fully healed with absolutely no ramifications and this was all due to Dr. Romela and her tireless effort.

Dr. Romella treated our 13 year old dog, Rocky. He was very weak and sickly. She ordered a blood test, urine test and xray and correctly identified that he has a heart condition. She gave him the right medication and made sure to follow up and now he is doing so much better. She spends time and puts in effort to treat the pets that come to her 👍

Doctor Romela is one of the most dedicated vet's that I have come across. She has treated several of our dogs and cats. Recently she saved our cat, Casper, who almost passed away because our previous vet had messed up her sterilization. She never rushes. She always listens to our concerns, checks their vitals and never hesitates to go one step further and order skin scrapings and other blood tests to see what's going on. I will always recommend Doctor Romela and I guarantee that she will do the best for your pet 👍🏼

The vet was very friendly and kind. She handled my dog with care and she took her time to examine my dog properly. She made sure to let my dog know that she was not a threat and was only helping. Most vets in the area don't take the time to calm the dog down or be kind towards it. It made me feel comfortable to let her examine my dog and give it the medical help it needed. I highly recommend this vet to anyone who cares about how their pets are treated by the vet when they are sick and vulnerable.
