friends
and
I
decided
to
have
dinner
at
this
Ocean
Basket
and
it
seriously
destroyed
my
OB
experience.
We
were
horribly
disturbed
by
cigarette
smoke
indoors
and
saw
a
lady
smoking
at
one
of
the
dining
tables.
Our
waitress
noticed
that
we
were
pretty
upset
about
this
situation
and
mentioned
that
unfortunately
it's
the
owner
of
the
Franchise
and
even
though
customers
complain
about
it,
no
action
is
taken
against
it.
The
staff
seem
just
as
disturbed
about
the
whole
thing.
The
owner
if
anything
is
meant
to
set
an
example
yet
she
acts
completely
unprofessional
and
is
allowed
to
do
what
she
does.
I
think
it's
utterly
rude,
inconsiderate,
unhygienic
and
unlawful
to
be
smoking
in
a
restaurant
like
this.
It's
disgusting
and
absolutely
unacceptable!!!
I
doesn't
matter
who
you
think
you
are.
The
complaints
seem
to
stop
by
the
owner
because
the
managers
of
the
restaurant
came
to
apologize
on
the
owner's
behalf.
She
doesn't
care
about
how
it's
affecting
all
the
customers
around
her.
I
refuse
to
visit
this
franchise
again
and
if
you
despise
cigarette
smoke
the
way
I
do,
then
I
wouldn't
recommend
going
to
this
Ocean
Basket.
Surely
all
franchises
should
upkeep
to
a
certain
standard
throughout
whether
you're
an
owner
or
not?
