Not the biggest KFC, but what they lack in size they make up for in the service. Had to use the rest room and public bathrooms can be scary, but everything was clean and hygienic. Meal ordered was prepared to standard

Poor service with drive through. No notices up or beacon that the drive through is out of service due to systems being down. Once redirected to the last window, staff advise to come inside to place a order. Staff only willing to help once advised not possible due to kids in the car. Staff not willing to meet the customers needs yet meet their own desires to make things easier for themselves.

Enough staff and experience counts, that what you get there and you can also sit outside with a great view

I'll definitely not set my foot here again. Bad customer service. After a long terrible day I met an evil employee who was so rude that people had to stare at me with sympathy. I ordered 2 bucket for 1 and my slip included a dirnk but they didn't give me because I didn't give R2 of hope. If you cannot work with people don't apply for jobs that cause you to interact with people. Sies to the lady who humiliated me.

Why is it that the pieces just get smaller and smaller? I bought a streetwise two for the first time in years and the pieces seems to have shrunk to the size just bigger than the zinger wings and on top off that, the chips tasted old. Not happy about the food anymore.

Pathetic service. The people at this kfc charged me R8 for hope. And when i asked them why there is R8 charged for hope without telling or asking me about it. And whilst waiting 15 min at the next window to recieve my order the manager is nowhere to be seen. I wil never recomend this kfc to anyone in my life. Id rather go and eat an old garage pie and get better service.

Less traffic and the place is much safer and has a welcoming atmosphere. Restaurants are limited but one can make the most out of what they have to offer. They have nice fries at various shops.

The service is very sloppy. The intercom isn't working. Only the last window is operating. The speed point at the drive through is supposedly also not working. We went inside and it's still as slow. The staff are causally chatting as if there aren't customers to serve. One of them had an attitude too. The one cashier had her phone in her hand all the time. No, this is totally unacceptable. KFC, please fix this.

Quick service through the drive thru but they gave me the wrong order and I only notice it when I got home. Phone and had to go all the way back to get fix it. They gave me a new set of food but the inconvenience to go all the way back so please check your orders before you drive off.
