Hot chicken pizza pie made my wife so sick that it took two days for her to recover .chicken gone past expiry date perhaps and covered with peri peri sauce thus you will not taste it.bad ,very bad

The Pizza is amazing but... I placed an order for delivery and waited for more then an hour and a half.. When I called to enquire about my order, a rude cashier told me that I just placed my order and they havent even started with my order yet.. So I think its best to call and collect

My son just came to get pizzas at 10:50 didn't know they only open at 11 opened door and got screamed at by staff at back get out we not open one in front was on phone. Well you lost a client now to perfect pizza in welkom they were very helpful and friendly and pizzas are Devine won't be going back to Roman's again

The staff are rude. They have regulations in place, but don't advise customers of their regulations, then argue with the customers when they don't follow the regulations. If I don't know that you only allow 1 person at a time at the counter I can't be expected to adhere to the rule.

Their service is very very fast a persons doesn't have to wait for long for his / her order They just need to start delivering orders. That's would be awesome and a way to create jobs.

I ordered online and waited for 2 hours, then I called them. Only to find out that they don't deliver in my area, so I should fetch the food. When I got there, I had to wait an additional 2 hours to get my food. Service is horrible!

The customer care of Romans is very good, was upset and got called and issue was sorted out in an instance. Staff as well messaged me separately asking her apologies which I very much appreciate. To fellow clients, be patient with service for sometimes the people helping us, try their best to take care of someone they love. Thank you Romans for always delivering the best, either with food or service or care!!

Didn't have a lot of time to wait for food. So we ordered food online so that when we went, the food would be ready. When we arrived they addressed us that they weren't aware of the order. They told us to pay and wait outside while they prepared the food. After another 15 outside we went inside to see that it still wasn't ready. Still keeping an eye on the person who was at the teller. She called us back in and asked what we ordered. We showed here the slip again and she handed us a bag that was behind her for the past half an hour. She handed us the back of cold food and we went on our way. Not realizing that we didn't even receive everything we ordered and paid for. In conclusion, I've been coming to Romans Pizza for a long time. The food has never been bad at all. But the service is not worth the taste of the food or the waiting time. I recommend ANY alternative options.

It's pathetic. Went there on Sunday afternoon 11/02/2024 as I wanted your pizza special and pizza pie. My boyfriend and me sat there for what felt like almost an hour waiting for our pizza. The staff decided to have a fighting club in the kitchen and leave the front shop unattended. The phone rang and nobody even tried to answer. Clients came in got no service and then walked right out I had to call the lady 3 times just to bring me my pizza as it stood on the rack. I phoned Tilana as her number stood on the board in the shop to complain and she told me that she would sort it out and I still have no answer or even an apology. TOTALLY BAD!

Unfriendly staff . I had to wait 45 min for pies that was pre ordered by phone 25 minutes earlier. The pies were lying in the shelf for 15 min before I was called. Horrible experience.
