Don't waste your time. We have been waiting from 11:00 till past 15:00 to watch a movie. Each time they say their system is off. There is also no generator so don't waste your time to come to Nu Metro during loadshedding. You'll have more fun watching the paint dry on a wall than to stand in a queue.

Great experience watching Top Gun last night! And at only R39.00 a ticket what a bargain….

Only Problem I Had Was With Seating. Apparently A Group Of People Booked Our Seats In Person VS Us Who Booked Online. They Got Preference & We Were Seated Else Where. Kinda Made Us Think Why They Have An Online Store If They Prefer People To Buy Tickets At The Actual Cinema.

Awesome and safe place to watch movies! Staff are super friendly and restrooms and theaters are some of the cleanest I have been to. Consesion stand a tad pricy.

Place is clean and the service is good

It's honestly amazing. Cinema's are a chilly that's why you shouldn't forget a sweater. The staff are so friendly and always try to give the best experience and never leave anyone left out.

Saw a good movie with a lovely coffee that we bought. Enjoy it very much

I would rate it higher if i didnt have to walk out half way through the movie because the volume was way too hard ive been too other places and the volume control was better , since i walked out of there my ear drums are swollen for a week now had to go see a doctor , when theres action scenes the sound explodes above you , please learn volume control no normal human being can sit through such hard sounds , it causes a massive headache and ear ache .id love too return when the volume is not so loud and plus please see that your toilets are open we could not even use them at 7pm because they were locked

When my boyfriend and I got there, no one was at the counter and we had to wait from 13:30 to 15:00 just to see a movie because they only have three slots. The chairs were too small for me because I am a plus size, I was uncomfortable for the duration of the movie, I don't recommend it at all.

The service was fast and impeccable. I would recommend this place to anyone who is ready for a food time. The staff very friendly and ready to assist. They are also very patient with customers. A ten out of ten for everything.

The cinema was awfully dirty, stinking , the aircons don’t work!! Huuu I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go watch a movie at Nu Metro* WELKOM !!!

Price:Very good Location: Perfect Service: avarage Self service is way better and not hard to navigate 3D experience ,just regular standard 3D normal seats and sound.

What an Amazing experience. Staff were friendly and fast.

Had the worst movie experience today, we go there and our seats are given to other clients. We had to wait for like 10-15 minutes for them to resolve the issue while the movie was already playing. It's unfair that we bought tickets two weeks before the movie was released and didn't even sit where we we were supposed to sit.

Do not book row F in screen 5. The passage way lights reflect and shine in your face. Otherwise you are all good. But some cashiers have a tendency of conversing with each other whilst assisting clients resulting in procrastination. And I really wish they would empty the bins frequently so that we are able to throw away our trash.

Movie was fantastic, cinema experience was great. My only problem was the kiosk as the lines move really slow and theres not enough staff, causing us to miss a portion of the movie despite arriving half an hour early. The kiosk also closed midway through the 3hour movie, so no further drinks

Ticket printing on site is a bit user-unfriendly after booking online. Other than that a great place for a night out.

I have enjoyed coming to watch movies here since I was young and still do, the facilities are in good condition, as of recently the ticket sales have become self help and at times you need to buy them at the snacks counter, it's not always clear where you need to go, and the club card points haven't been working for months, if someone could help with that it would be great.

I love it. People there are so kind and friendly, they are helpful and they make my experience more comfortable.

Seats are terrible. Its always dirty in the cinema itself. The quality of the cinema watching experience is ruined because you can hear the movie next to yours sound clearly as if watching that movie. At least the service at the counter is quick and very friendly.
