    Car broke down and was a last minute rental but Maggie did not want to be helpful at all. Her first words were that they only had the small cars at the front. Didn't even ask what size car we wanted. Unfortunately we were desperate but will never use Avis Welkom again.

    Make sure you don't rent a car when it rains. You might end up being held liable for a small scratch you could not see in the rain.
