I've been shopping here for years and I am so thankful to have this store in our community! While grocery stores are price gouging, Reimagine's prices haven't changed and I find most of their prices are the cheapest of anywhere! PLUS, they regularly offer promotions (subscribe to their newsletter!) and have a great rewards program. I also can't say enough about their refillery - they stock really awesome products. My favourites are the green tea hand soap & linden flower laundry detergent. I was initially sad when they went online, but it's so much more efficient I have no complaints. I actually love being able to see all the products online and picking up orders is fast and easy! Lastly, the cherry on top is that the owners are amazing people that deliver customer service you won't get anywhere else. They ensure you're satisfied with your purchase and are always taking feedback for new products/any improvements. This is a store worth supporting. Great value, service, variety of unique products, and you reduce your waste :).

Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Was able to bring in my own containers and was charged according with the tare weight. Everything was amazing and easy to use. Love seeing businesses practice this kind of trade. Spent about $25 for exactly what I was looking for. Which was amazing. Will be back next paycheque.

Today, I made my first purchase from this lovely store. If you care about Mother Earth and are looking for an environmentally-friendly store to buy groceries and other household stuff consider Reimagine Co. I brought my container, tared and filled them, easy and fast. No more plastic packing! Even I bought shampoo, conditioner, and washing liquid using my container. Imagine you can skip most of the plastic packaging by making your routine purchase from stores like this. The owners are nice, friendly, welcoming and happy to help. I always find great food, cleaning products, body care products, and great experiences alike at Reimagine. The staff are as kind and friendly as can be, and they host some really fantastic events for the community. The Thing Library, Repair Cafés, markets supporting local vendors... a really amazing place! I particularly like the facial cleanser and almonds. They source as local, green, and ethical as possible - you can't go wrong!

I used to visit Reimagine's old location back on King St, just visited their new one off of Richmond last week! It's a significantly larger space, they're able to offer so much more! I really like the grocery selection, it's nice to be able to source groceries downtown. I'm looking forward to exploring more of the community events facilitated by Reimagine. 🧡

Great products great prices! And love that I don’t have so many perfectly good containers going to my recycling bin. Oh love the garlic scape pesto oh and the micro sprouts - and the mushrooms! Nice to be able to get Herman’s berries with out driving out of town! Great work team! Oh yes and shout out to the thing library peeps- this is an amazing idea - saving me tons of cash!

Found this little shop in London while I was trying to learn how to switch over to a more organic way of life! The ladies were awesome when I walked in the first time. I've placed two orders so far and the product quality has been great and they were happy to provide information about any of the products since I was new to most of them. Love getting products with as little wasted packaging as possible!

We love Reimagine! We pretty much do all our grocery shopping here because they have so many great, quality products. It feels great to shop here knowing you're supporting a small business and reducing the waste you create. Also, shopping here is so easy! It really is a special place!
