We've been to a few of these types of restaurants, so we thought we'd try another somewhat local location. First off, make reservations ahead of time. When you dine-in for the first time, you'll understand why reservations are required. From beginning to end, we had top notch service - including water refills, quick delivery of food and changing our grill. The best part, we never asked once for any of it. They often come by and provide you with napkins as well and take away empty trays/dishes. Overall, the service was fantastic! Really nice people! The food was unbelievable! We ordered the beef, beef short ribs, lamb, bacon wrapped asparagus, mushrooms, pineapple, and honey glazed general tao chicken for dinner. Our top favourite was the lamb as it was seasoned to perfection. For dessert, we tried the cookies and cream ice cream and deep fried custard buns. I've never in my life had dessert like this - the custard bun is DELICIOUS beyond words. I highly, highly recommend this place and will be returning with friends again. Definitely check it out!

You need to order the fried rice with pork!! This is some of the best fried rice that I've tried. It's a huge portion. You can easily get two meals from one dish.

I had an amazing experience at this Korean BBQ restaurant! The food options were surprising, with a wide variety of meats and sides to choose from. Everything came to our tables quick and it tasted great. The attentive service made the experience even better, with the staff being quick to clear the table and bring out dishes. One of the best all-you-can-eat restaurants I've been to in Southern Ontario. If you're in the Hamilton area, check it out!

I have been here on several occasions and have always had an excellent time. The staff are kind, friendly, and make the experience truly enjoyable. The food is always delicious! The first time I visited I only was eating vegetarian options and chicken, and even then I was full by the end of the visit (there were many vegetable options, included veggie fried rice, which was soooo good!). I now have a much broader diet and even tried the beef tongue (tasty but the texture is not for me). I will be back again and again. Thank you for persistently providing a great evening!

Grill your own Korean BBQ was a new experience for me! Food was not exquisite (likely largely due to my own culinary inabilities) very tasty. This is definitely a restaurant worth trying if you haven't been!

Very nice restaurant. The food was fresh and delicious! The portion sizes were perfect. Not too much and not too little. The iPad was nice and easy to use but it was a bit of a negative waiting for the server to confirm the order every time to have the order go to the kitchen. There was a nice gluten free section too! The service was quick and efficient. The burners worked well and we had ours changed once as there was alot of residue food after cooking and that made it hard to cook more. It was changed quickly once we asked. The temperature was great for cooking. The price of $38.99 is all day, for lunch and supper. There is no lesser price for lunch, unlike most other buffets. A bonus is this does include a bottomless soft drink or ice tea and the server is frequently asking if you want a refill but you basically pay for the drink with the $38.99 per person. The parking is free and the location is good. This is a nice place to try out, I recommend!

We visited the restaurant recently, and unfortunately, it was a major letdown. While the atmosphere was pleasant, the tabletop burner posed consistent issues, hindering our overall enjoyment. Firstly, an excess of water in the reservoir slowed down heating. The burner turned off four times before the waiter replaced the grill, affecting the flavor as juices were lost due to the lack of proper barbecuing. Despite repeated incidents, the grill replacement was delayed, resulting in improperly cooked and tough-to-chew food. Additionally, the low-temperature cooking and constant waiting made our experience less enjoyable and left the food smelling like gas. Another inconvenience was the unnecessary system where the waiter had to approve the order, seemingly designed to prolong the waiting time. Furthermore, despite requesting to speak with a manager, no one showed up, and the negative experience remained unresolved. Regrettably, based on this experience, we have no intention of revisiting the restaurant.

Service was great!! The vegetables didn’t seem to be too fresh. Seemed like they were cut and left for a few days in the refrigerator. For my liking all the marinates and food options were too sweet.

Nice dinner, good service. Menu could have a bit more options. But was a good experience.

Reasoning behind the 5 star review is because our server Danny was excellent. Went there last Saturday during a rapid snowfall evening, and it was packed. Danny was diligent with our table, professional and despite it being overwhelmingly busy (You can see other servers making mistakes and struggling) Danny was working non stop to make sure our needs were met. Straight to the point, authentic and no disingenuous small talk. Would highly recommend this location, due to staff like Danny representing the brand!

I love the whole concept of this restaurant. The food is always fresh, and the service is impeccable. The ♿️ accessibility is an issue, though. They do not accept debit, and their only ATM is down two flights of stairs. They have a single accessible bathroom on the main floor, and when I went to use it, the toilet was covered in feces. Not the best way to end a great evening.

The food, atmosphere, vibe and staff especially Nicky just makes the whole experience enjoyable each and every time. Just cannot wait to go back each time. Kimchi, salmon and deep fried crab meat are my FAVS 🤩🤩🤩🤩

Incredible food and always a fun experience. Whatever marinade they use on their meat is phenomenal. They were very accommodating and made a few VERY sweet gestures while we were there. I will always go back and I will continue to recommend this place to anyone I talk to.
