So could someone explain this to me? It clearly says on the bonus deal Buy the 100 ml get 50 ml free! As you can see the regular 100 ml is priced at $24.99 & the bonus deal is priced at $40.99! These amazing 😂 deals are all over the store & most customers are not even aware of it. Today, I put my products on the counter, no one in the line up & when I’m about to pay the lady says ‘ were you in the line up?’ Out of nowhere there were 5 customers in the line up. Very disappointed, wasn’t going to wait around so left. With their amazing deals, probably not just at this location but all, this experience has totally put me off buying here. Shame! They should change their name to Healthy Fake Deals

LOVE healthy planet and I was so happy to find one near my home. Everyone there is so knowledgeable and goes out of their way to ask you if you need help and even suggests items catered to your needs. Angela helped with me some supplements and then brought me over to the clean makeup brands and I found a beautiful blush! So many options for my new gluten free life. Will definitely make this a weekly stop for all my essentials.

There’s a woman working here that offers exceptional customer service. This is my favourite health food store to visit! I’ve been coming here for years and always have no problem finding what I need. The salespeople are very helpful (especially Angela who has helped me a few times now!). There are great sales often on many well known and reputable brands. For all of your healthcare needs, come to Healthy Planet! You won’t be disappointed :)

Some employees here are amazing and so helpful. There is one tall female with long dark brown hair - she is very rude and has bad customer service - will talk about customers while they are shopping and will laugh at you and was overheard saying that racial issues are to be laughed off- after an incident with another employee. Love the products dislike some of the extremely rude employees Will be contacting reporters and head office - yes I hope so racial discrimination is a serious matter.

I came here because I was dealing with some sort of bladder pain that I didn't agree with a diagnosis of my urologist and I met a girl who worked at this location named Alice and she suggested to me l-theanine which is for anxiety stress and to kind of reboot the nervous system and help with adrenal fatigue syndrome, it basically decreased the pain I was feeling by 90% and in the end it all turned out that the pain I was feeling in my bladder was due to anxiety and stress and being burnt out. I'm very grateful to Alice she's very intuitive a great critical thinker and bless her for helping me and thank you to healthy planet Richmond Hill. Paul RMT

Of all the Healthy Planet locations I have visited, the customer se rvice at this location is horrible. I tried calling in to check if they have a particular product in stock but kept getting voice-mail and in one instance the phone was picked up but no response. I could hear the cashier speaking with customers in the store but no response . I hope management review these comments in order to improve on their services. Interestingly, I have also heard similar complaint in the GTA areaa about this said store.Just saying!

Drove 15km to the store, didn't have the main product I came for and while shopping for some other items there was a brown out and their system went down. The power was still on but they threw everybody out of the store and into the storm, then stood at the windows and pointed & laughed at the people outside. There were like 6 staff there and not a single one even tried. I guess Amazon's getting my $200.

Good selection of organic varieties of almost anything, they even offer shipping. When items are on sale, it IS a sale, even cheaper than Ambrosia for the same items.

I bought a product with cash 3 days ago that caused adverse effects. I went there today to at least receive a store credit. I did not have my receipt. The girl that SOLD the product was trying to do the return. The district manager said they could not return or store credit the product because they did not have a receipt. I have been going here for years. WORST experience ever! They just lost a regular customer. Healthy planet forgets they are not the only health food store out there. I definitely will be passing this onto others.

Back at Healthy Planet, one of my favourite local haunts. Cathy always helps us. She’s so knowledgable and helpful! This place always has sales so check in regularly for your favourite products to go on sale. A variety of vendors means usually everything is in stock.

This is a second time that I had shopping in this location, Staff are supportive especially miss Manasvi (She spend a lot of time guiding me).

I walked in at 9:05 because the doors were unlocked and the lights were on. I saw staff as I walked in. I was looking at the flaxseed powder in the first aisle. I was promptly kicked out stating the store doesn’t open until 9:30. I said oh sorry I thought it opened at 9, especially during this time of year holiday hours change. I was told where did you see that? It’s 9:30. I tried to leave the store and doors were locked now. I said how can I leave the store when you locked me in? He unlocked it and asked again to see where it says 9? Before I could answer he slammed the door shut and locked it again. I saw the sign that says 9:30. Ok my mistake. But this could’ve been handled with more human decency. They had the door unlocked, it’s not like I broke inside. It’s really disheartening to be treated so badly over their mistake of leaving the door unlocked. Even if they let me browse still and I had to wait inside. Instead I’m standing outside in the cold and will not be shopping here again. Beware! This location has always had staff with attitude. I’ve called head office so they know what members of their team are doing to customers
