I went to 3 different clinics for a walk in prior and no one allowed a walk in. The doctor here is fantastic and knowledgeable. He addressed my concerns and put my mind at ease. I’d definitely recommend this clinic to everyone!!!

I am a long time patient of Dr. Amjad and she’s a wonderful doctor. It’s too bad that she’s works out of this clinic. The reception is the worst customer service you can ever experience. They never pick up the phone. Sometimes when I’m lucky and it goes to voicemail, they never check the voicemail and respond back. I had booked an appointment for my kids with Dr. Amjad. 3 days before the appointment, I called to cancel as I couldn’t make it. After the 15th try, I finally was able to leave a voicemail to request cancellation (otherwise you get an automated message that no one is available to receive your call). I had left my information for them to call me back to confirm the cancellation. Not surprisingly at all, they don’t call back to confirm. The day of the appointment, the receptionist calls me and demands where I am and says “why didn’t you come to your appointment?” I explained to her that I had left a voicemail to request cancellation. She extremely rudely says that her voicemail has been having issues. Now is that my problem that the voicemail is having issues or they don’t check their messages? I followed protocol and gave them ample notice about the cancellation. She kept repeating the question why I didn’t show up for the appointment! This receptionist is extremely rude and lacks complete manners when speaking to the patients. Please hire someone with adequate mannerisms and courteous attitude who doesn’t cut you off and demands you to show up. Absolutely unprofessional. This is not the first occurrence either but I’ve had enough with their bad attitude.

2 stars are coz the doctors are good here. Receptionists rarely answer the phone nor call back. There’s one particular receptionist who speaks with an entitled tone and is rude. A receptionist is typically the clients first point of contact and hence represents the business. Communication skills are key to this role.

I would recommend this clinic if you like wasting your time. I've been accessing this walk-in clinic before they had relocated since I regularly need prescriptions. The experience has not been stellar but bearable, considering the convenience factor. Since COVID, it has been increasingly difficult to be able to speak with any doctor, which is understandable. However, the experience I've had at this clinic over multiple occasions, begs to be shared with the public. First of all, it is near impossible to get a hold of the receptionist. I don't mind holding, but the line would not even connect. The call automatically gets rejected, so I have had to dial 20+ times just to be able to speak with the receptionist. Secondly, they would forget to send my prescription to my pharmacy (more than once). And when my pharmacy called them to request for the prescription, they require you to speak with the doctor again. I'm not sure if it is because of the nature of my medication that they had marked me as non-urgent, but the fact that this happened more than once is beyond ridiculous. I understand that we all make mistakes, and that delays are to be expected since they are most likely swamped with patients. HOWEVER, I do not understand why I would need to speak with the doctor a SECOND time, for a prescription that I have already waited over an hour to get a couple days prior. The thing that frustrated me the most, is that certain doctors in the clinic do not give out refills. That is allegedly this one doctor's policy (3 month's amount maximum), and although I personally find this inconvenient, I can respect that. Interestingly enough, there are other doctors in the clinic that are more generous and are willing to give refills. In this particular instance, I had spoken with the more generous doctor (who failed to send my prescription to the pharmacy) and she had agreed to give me a refill so I wouldn't have to call back for another 6 months. However, since I was had no choice but to speak with another doctor for my prescription, this doctor had refused to give out a refill. I let this doctor know that I do not need a second prescription, as I had already gotten one two days prior, and that the clinic can simply send the prescription again to the pharmacy, which had the refill. This doctor refused to listen to any reasoning, cut me off and continuously repeated that he does not give out refills ("3 months maximum"). When I asked this doctor about if there were any case notes or records of the prescription that the previous doctor had written, he said that there were. However, he still refused to send the other prescription to the pharmacy because it was not his, and I therefore cannot get any refills as a walk-in patient, although I was being sent around in circles to speak with two different doctors over a simple prescription. The moral of the story is this: if you are finding yourself idle, enjoy wasting your time, and would like to jump through hoops trying to get a simple prescription, I would definitely recommend this clinic.

I agree with all the above 1 star review. The receptionists is totally irresponsible and have no manners. First she keeps the phone off the hook. Upon asking she said Dictor is on the phone. Finally last Friday I spoke to Doctor and she said call me back if needed with an update when I called back the receptionist said you can only talk to the doctor once and now you let me know what you need tell her i told her i need to speak to the Doctor as this confidential. Finally she let me speak to the doctor and she prescribed me the medication and the receptionist never faxed it to the pharmacy and its weekend and I cannot get hold of the Doctor. How irresponsible and unprofessional person she can be. I hope that the Doctor is reading all the reviews.

The receptionist didn’t seem to care i was waiting to register. After waiting 10 minutes i was addressed, and was told the “walk in” clinic was not accepting walk ins. A waste of time if you are in need of medical attention.

Was looking for a walk in near my house and this place popped up first. Came after work and spoke to the doctor within 10 minutes. Doctor was very professional and took his time talking to me. Provided me several options to take care of my concerns. Convenient location at Britannia and Erin Mills, near my favourite restaurant too! The actual location is really nice clean and spacious. Washrooms are extremely clean as well. I will definitely be coming back and recommending it my family and friends

Family has been with Dr Sima for over a decade. She has relocated to here so we come here too. It's out of the way for us and it's hard to get a hold of the receptionist over the phone but that's to large volume of calls, I don't blame them. She's a great doctor and has always addressed our all our concerns. I've tried other walk-ins as well and they are all pretty much the same, but I still prefer this one.

Not a good clinic. Worst customer service, the receptionist is rude, unprofessional and need a training on customer dealing. Dr Saima is an average doctor, you have to remind her on your reports, and ongoing issues. Acts like she knows a lot about the patient profile but I had to correct her every time on my visit.

Dr. Amjad is by far one of the most wonderful physicians I have ever had, she's diligent in her efforts as a physician and is incredibly kind. Dr. Amjad is the only reason I tolerate the abysmal front staff. This review would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the horrendous front staff/reception. Unbelievably unprofessional, rude and you have to call 20 times before being able to even speak to someone. Leave a voicemail? They won't bother returning the call regardless of how many messages you leave. If you need to call, you'll need to put your phone on speaker and just keep dialling, they'll answer and hang up on you a few times, so keep dialling.

Dr Saima is my family doctor since august 2020 and ever since she has looked after my family with utter care. She is always so prompt with our tests, diagnosis and medication. Never wastes time in referring to the specialist whenever required. 100 star for my doctor.

Came into the clinic to be examined for a concussion. Called ahead and asked if they would see me on such short notice and if they were accepting new patients even during Covid and they said yes.The person at the front desk seemed concerned which was nice. I was asked to fill out a form and then I was seen promptly. The doctor performed a good assessment and made it seem like he knew what he was doing. However, I asked for a doctors note and was provided with one. I had to pay for it which I knew would likely be the case however the grammar wasn’t checked properly and it was written quite poorly. Other than that I have no complaints. Overall I thought the clinic was clean and the staff were prompt and efficient. Was in and out of the clinic in less than 45 minutes!

Closed clinic with no functioning/working forwarding notice during Covid (for 3 months). Anyone who had prescriptions was locked out and had no way of getting paperwork and tests transferred. Operating currently (July)? Left several voicemails. No calls returned and no reception to answer calls.

By far one of the best walk-in clinics. Dr. Samy is an amazing doctor, he is very kind, knowledgeable and diligent. The receptionists are professional, and the pharmacists are also knowledgeable and very helpful.

A walk-in clinic but there is no doctor to diagnose you 2 hours prior to closing. A receptionist will tell you to check the website.

I had the awesome experience . Dr Siddiqui is v professional doctor. He takes his time listening to patient’s complain & act accordingly . He lets the patient speak & that’s the key factor usually physicians ( family practice Doctors ) ask u just tell me one complain per visit but he lets u speak which is blessing . All the appointments u need for Specilist & any test required the staff & doctor make it possible faster for you & that’s the best thing for patient point of view specially in this COVID times . Staff & Pharmacy are also very professional & doing their job very well which is blessing . Office is nice & clean & doing the proper COVID SOPS which is another plus point . I highly recommend it for walk-in or as family physicians .

I called this walk-in clinic to bring in our daughter to see the doctor. Receptionist asked me what was wrong. When I told her she said "no walkins for the doctor, only virtual" 🙄. Yet other reviews state they seen the doctor? guess it's not a walkin clinic? Receptionist then hung up abruptly.

Dr. Saima is an amazing doctor, been our family doctor for over 6 years. Today, I had an appointment with her on call and she seemed like in a rush. If you have five things on your list, she will be very helpful for the first two things and than just leave. It lacks empathy and decency. I had been in an accident recently, and after Dr transferred me to her receptionist after a very long hold, the receptionist just picks up and ends my call. I called her back that Dr put me on hold I have some other concerns to talk about and the receptionist rudely said: she is with patient, she doesn’t have time. What does this mean? I booked an appointment, suffered from an accident a day ago and needed ugrent care from the doctor and with no communication the receptionist rudely refused to connect me back with the doctor. I told her I suffered from an accident, the doctor put me on hold and gave me no indication of the appointment being over. There are so many things wrong with this. - The doctor after over 30 mins of long hold picks up, talks for not even 5 mins and rushes through the appointment - You have to wait another half hour to talk to the rude receptionist, who ends the call in your face - I received no proper medical attention, no proper care, and had to experience the most hideous appointment of my life We understand the the Dr has many patients, and is busy. I’m not asking for an hour of your time. I’m asking your full attention for when you have me down for an appointment. Before anything, it’s basic decency. The receptionist has always been very rude, and very unprofessional. Before going to this clinic, just respect yourself enough to not. They will treat you like animals, not humans. The doctor is very qualified, but what is it worth? There are a thousand others doctor which are 10x better, just because they have the basic decency to talk to you with their full attention for 5 mins. They only reply to good reviews, never a bad one. They do not care enough to care. I hope this helps and you do not make the mistake to go to this place :)

Doctors are so good, friendly and they listen to patients issues and give them right medication. It is very hard to get appointments and no one picks the call, if we go directly we are not allowed to visit the doctor without appointment. Receptionist don't pick the call even though they have a chance to answer it.
