I
would
recommend
this
clinic
if
you
like
wasting
your
time.
I've
been
accessing
this
walk-in
clinic
before
they
had
relocated
since
I
regularly
need
prescriptions.
The
experience
has
not
been
stellar
but
bearable,
considering
the
convenience
factor.
Since
COVID,
it
has
been
increasingly
difficult
to
be
able
to
speak
with
any
doctor,
which
is
understandable.
However,
the
experience
I've
had
at
this
clinic
over
multiple
occasions,
begs
to
be
shared
with
the
public.
First
of
all,
it
is
near
impossible
to
get
a
hold
of
the
receptionist.
I
don't
mind
holding,
but
the
line
would
not
even
connect.
The
call
automatically
gets
rejected,
so
I
have
had
to
dial
20+
times
just
to
be
able
to
speak
with
the
receptionist.
Secondly,
they
would
forget
to
send
my
prescription
to
my
pharmacy
(more
than
once).
And
when
my
pharmacy
called
them
to
request
for
the
prescription,
they
require
you
to
speak
with
the
doctor
again.
I'm
not
sure
if
it
is
because
of
the
nature
of
my
medication
that
they
had
marked
me
as
non-urgent,
but
the
fact
that
this
happened
more
than
once
is
beyond
ridiculous.
I
understand
that
we
all
make
mistakes,
and
that
delays
are
to
be
expected
since
they
are
most
likely
swamped
with
patients.
HOWEVER,
I
do
not
understand
why
I
would
need
to
speak
with
the
doctor
a
SECOND
time,
for
a
prescription
that
I
have
already
waited
over
an
hour
to
get
a
couple
days
prior.
The
thing
that
frustrated
me
the
most,
is
that
certain
doctors
in
the
clinic
do
not
give
out
refills.
That
is
allegedly
this
one
doctor's
policy
(3
month's
amount
maximum),
and
although
I
personally
find
this
inconvenient,
I
can
respect
that.
Interestingly
enough,
there
are
other
doctors
in
the
clinic
that
are
more
generous
and
are
willing
to
give
refills.
In
this
particular
instance,
I
had
spoken
with
the
more
generous
doctor
(who
failed
to
send
my
prescription
to
the
pharmacy)
and
she
had
agreed
to
give
me
a
refill
so
I
wouldn't
have
to
call
back
for
another
6
months.
However,
since
I
was
had
no
choice
but
to
speak
with
another
doctor
for
my
prescription,
this
doctor
had
refused
to
give
out
a
refill.
I
let
this
doctor
know
that
I
do
not
need
a
second
prescription,
as
I
had
already
gotten
one
two
days
prior,
and
that
the
clinic
can
simply
send
the
prescription
again
to
the
pharmacy,
which
had
the
refill.
This
doctor
refused
to
listen
to
any
reasoning,
cut
me
off
and
continuously
repeated
that
he
does
not
give
out
refills
("3
months
maximum").
When
I
asked
this
doctor
about
if
there
were
any
case
notes
or
records
of
the
prescription
that
the
previous
doctor
had
written,
he
said
that
there
were.
However,
he
still
refused
to
send
the
other
prescription
to
the
pharmacy
because
it
was
not
his,
and
I
therefore
cannot
get
any
refills
as
a
walk-in
patient,
although
I
was
being
sent
around
in
circles
to
speak
with
two
different
doctors
over
a
simple
prescription.
The
moral
of
the
story
is
this:
if
you
are
finding
yourself
idle,
enjoy
wasting
your
time,
and
would
like
to
jump
through
hoops
trying
to
get
a
simple
prescription,
I
would
definitely
recommend
this
clinic.
