As a grocery store, the prices are too high, but I love their little flower shop! The flower shop always has something I like and the prices are reasonable! The staff are friendly too! Great experience.

Everyone is very polite and helpful ask someone where something is they take you to it the big W you ask about something and even in the pharmacy they say over there or could be somewhere else go look

Metro has high prices and the service is Horrible. And if you complain, the company lashes out at you and attacks you. They'll even go after your employers. I will NEVER shop here again.

I find this laundry is exceptionally clean , handy location , and very friendly family owned business . The laundry is well monitored by CCTV . As well the people are in many times throughout the run of the day . The location is a cross from the public library , and also the Orillia Transit Terminal .

Great spot for weekly shopping we do while at our cottage. Have a wide selection on anything pharmacy, produce, deli, and bakery. Unfortunately I don’t believe there are public restrooms at this location.

Iam upset. I did everything to have my platters ready for Sunday. I wrote out my order and gave it to the deli department. They didn't have anything ready but the cheese platters. Apparently this happened to 4 other orders this week. They said it was a phone problem but I handed my order personally to the deli department. The manager wouldn't even talk to my family member who came to pick up the order. I will try them one more time. After that, I'll find someone rlse.

Great selection, lovely fresh produce (and the bags open easily!) they have lots of gluten- and lactose-free products, friendly staff. The specials for deli cheeses are great and bakery specials are good. Much prefer this layout to Zehrs.

Really nice flowers and bakery section. Great produce. We find regular pricing a bit high, so we mostly stick to the sales. But the quality is good.

I thoroughly enjoyed shopping at this grocery store. It seems to have gone downhill. The produce and meat dept is still fantastic, as is the bakery is top notch. It’s some of the employees I have an issue with. I was shopping and overheard an employee who was stocking shelves, talk very loudly about another employee being fired. The stuff she was saying should have most definitely been confidential. I took a look at her name tag. Her name was Kelly. This is not a great look on the store. Management really needs to reign in its employees. I like to go into a store, and have employees at the very least, smile at me if they are walking past me. That’s not too much to ask, right? After all, without customers shopping at these stores, they wouldn’t have a job. If anyone from this store reads these reviews, please do something about your employees discussing stuff like this in the presence of customers.

Freaking expensive. However, they have good cakes and usually discount them then they are worth buying, they also have a fresh seafood section which is very good

Very good selection of brands and products. Fruits, vegetables., etc. are fresh looking and again good selection. Items on sale have good cuts from original cost. Store is well maintained.

This grocery store has a fair variety of groceries. The customer service are friendly. The younger cashier's are not so friendly or patient. Two different times, the cashier had been dismissive, ignoring me, and just rude. I am always polite and respectful, and expect to be treated the same way. I also find that you can find some good deals at this store but they are generally at the higher end for prices comparatively to other grocery stores in the area.

Ordered on line for our staff Christmas party. Food was amazing. Loved it all. So fresh and ample.

Great meat selection. Probably the best in town. Maybe cost a little more, but quality surpasses cost any day

Metro Orillia is a beautiful store. It is kept very clean, the staff are kind and courteous with some clear holiday cheer. There are a few things that might be difficult to find in a last-minute shop due to supply issues not the store. My shopping experience has made me a loyal customer.

Visit 2 or 3 times for the week. Great store, love the freshness of the fruit s.

Metro employees are fantastic. Not like the food land in the same area. The employee at Foodland sucks. The employee at Metro are very helpful and friendly. They are willing to help you. Not like the other place. Thanks for your help at Metro. Now I know why that Foodland is not busy. It's the help.

Lack of actual cashiers, if I am paying higher prices, then I expect a cashier, as I am supporting employment, and I don't want the job of being a cashier, I came to shop, not work, for increased profits.

I was on the car with my grandson. While his parents wear inside. Looking at he storefront. When they came out happy. Looks like they had a great time.

Love this store. It is clean, the produce is fresh, the meat is good quality and the bakery is fantastic. I shop there regularly and appreciate the light-hearted staff also!
