I had 3 hours spa day voucher. I had amazing Gel Hands and the girl gave me the best hand massage ever. After I had waxing which was surprisingly PAIN FREE. She talked to me through it and she was really professional. Then I had 1 hour massage which was really good. The Therapist new exactly what she was doing and told me all about my bad points. (I will be booking that again SOON) The last was SPRAY TAN and I have had many spray tans and I must admit they are GOOD. Only thing they couldn't fit me in for a facial that I really wanted, but they were booked up. They do ENVIRON facials that I am very much looking forward to coming back. Thank you very much ladies. I had a wonderful deep tissue back , neck and shoulder massage with Tanvi . She worked really hard to tease out tension in the muscles in my neck and shoulders . I felt so much better following the massage . The staff are extremely professional and friendly . The premises are spotless and the treatment rooms create a calm atmosphere .

My wife got a pregnancy massage. Service was good, massage was really good. The only reason I’m not giving a 5 star is that it would be nice if they actually had the cutout pillow with the hole in the middle for the belly instead of doing the massage on the side. Other than that everything else was good. 😊

Went there first time for light left massage. Customer friendly. Place ambience is good . Clean. My therapist crystal . Was professional . Therapy was good 👍. Will recommend this place . Lastly prices are very affordable

LOVE this place.. my sister brought me a voucher for treatments after our mother passed away. I had full body swedish massage with Tanvi, and excellent face and head massage today with katie. I feel brand new :-) lovely relaxing warm place with wonderful professional friendly staff. Cant wait to go back. Thank you ❤️

Such a relaxing experience at Petts Wood spa. The 50 minute facial was amazing, Katie is absolutely brilliant and I enjoyed every minute. I will be making sure I go back every month for a refresh, would highly recommend!

Today was my first visit to this spa and I had the most amazing massage with Tanvi. She was very welcoming, professional and immediately put me at ease. The environment is very relaxing. The deep tissue massage was easily the best by far I have ever had, Tanvi’s technique and pressure applied were totally on point. She really is unreal! It was the best value for money and I immediately rebooked my next treatment. Thank you so much and I look forward to seeing you next week.

The best place for pampering, ever! I love to come here from time to time for facials, massages and pedicures. Super relaxing treatments, lovely, friendly staff who are also very knowledgeable and able to recommend products to help with problem areas on the skin with great results! A couple of weeks ago I had a skin tag removed here, by Katie, using a Cryopen. Amazing results! The procedure literally took a couple of minutes, it wasn’t painful at all and after just over a week the area looks like there never was a skin tag there. Definitely recommend Petts Wood Spa, worth every penny and a wonderful, relaxing treat every time!
