Such an amazing place with the most friendly staff and just minutes from Canning Town station in a vibrant square of a new stylish City Island development. I had simply the best sour bread and avocado sandwich with perfectly scrambled eggs in London! And their own coffee is absolutely delicious πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ. Totally recommend it for a breakfast or brunch.

We had breakfast here three days in a row and tried most of the menu. The food and coffee were consistently great, both taste and look. The staff and the atmosphere are also very nice. Highly recommend.

Stopped here for lunch and had the Barre Breakfast which was amazing, I had reservations with the espresso glazed bacon but it ended up being my favourite part of the dish! Staff were very friendly, especially Lewis who made me a delicious drink served with a smile and made some great recommendations on what to try. Great place to work or to just hang out

Lots of seating, good lunch options, and coffee that's often worth drinking. The ballet dancers wandering around lend an arty atmosphere.

This hidden gem is just under the dance studio. You would miss it if you didn't know it was there. However, it has become my favourite place to get a full English breakfast or Barre Breakfast as they would call it. Every single component of the dish is fantastic. It feels like they took the standard breakfast and really elevated the flavours of everything. As soon as you see it you know it's going to be good with all the colours popping out to you and you just can't wait to dig in. The staff here are also super friendly and it's always a pleasure coming in. It's also a rather cool environment to have a cafe, with it being attached to the dance centre. Would highly recommend this place

This restaurant is hidden in the National Ballet building, so find it as it’s worth a visit! It’s a brunch orientated place serving artisan food and coffee, the food was really good. We were a two-top and our mine attraction was for the food. The menu looked really strong with a wide selection of options including vegetarian, for non-veggies, highly recommend the bacon, they have really taken the care to elevate it. When the food came, the quality reflected what it said on the menu so we were happy! Service was superb, staff are super friendly and have a real relaxed vibe, which is great for a Sunday chill. Only complaint is the coffee is abit on the expensive side, Β£3.30 for a small, Β£3.80 for a large, would be more likely to enjoy if it was closer to Β£3/3.50. Had to sit outside as my dog wasn’t allowed inside and only stayed to eat and drink as it was good weather. So this would definitely influence my rating if the conditions aren’t as great on my next visit. There is no parking options apart from the overpriced private parking which is not affiliated with the restaurant but the residential development, so if you are coming it eat here, realistically you should come by public transport/foot.

We had lunch here recently. There was a good selection of food on the menu, staff were friendly and the atmosphere was nice. We got 2 sandwiches and 2 flat whites which was just under Β£20. I felt this was slightly pricy (hence the 4 stars)for what we had. Nonetheless, the food and coffee were both very enjoyable. We would come back and try other items on the menu.

Delicious breakfast and perfect after a night out or just when meeting up with friends. The barre breakfast is your typical English breakfast, bacon was deliciously caramelized. I had the Avocado toast. It tasted a bit bland but the sourdough bread made up for it!

What a find!! Definitely recommend. Staff so efficient and courteous. Special mention goes to Lewis who was so pleasant and very helpful as I made my choices on the menu. I can only have almond milk and The Barre have it πŸ˜²πŸ˜‹as well as some sweet selections which are gluten free. Ambience is perfect, soft music, peaceful to just chill 😎 Thank you!
