one of the good and better indian restaurant in london. i have tried in other restaurants but here is different, the food and the taste more like indian. i tried the mini tiffin classic with coffee. the taste of masala dosa was exactly like kerala style. and the idly was so soft and the last medhu vada its complete the food. the service was really excellent. the staffs are so friendly and fast services.

Enjoyed the mini tiffin with masala dosa that I had. Very tasty, though Saravanaa Bhavan’s is better. Friendly staff as well, always smiling. The Falooda was not to my taste but sure it’s just personal preference.

The service was impeccable. Sweetest staff members who are easy going and host well. Was very warm atmosphere. Ordered the dosa tiffin with unlimited chutney and sambar. However, the paneer butter masala with the garlic naans were the best. It was so flavourful and the paneer was soft, the naan was big and had the perfect texture. So well presented and very big portions. All the food came out so quick. Definitely coming again to try the rice tiffin for under £10 (sit-in) next time!

Stands amongst the best Tamil Nadu flavour restaurants in East Ham. Must try their breakfast menu. Very tasty and good food. Very polite and friendly staff.

Had the Masala Dosa, Gobi 65, Paneer 65, Chole Bature and the Salty Lassi. All was great apart from the lassi, which was too salty so if you order this, remember to tell them to go easy on the salt.

We have now used Vasantha Vila's 3 times for live dosa at our functions at home. The whole process has been so easy. We dealt with Giri and Mohammed at all three functions. All they wanted was our guests to enjoy the food they had prepared. They turned up on time, set up quickly and had the dosa's firing up in no time. Sunil the chef on the day worked very hard in feeding all of our relatives. They were very polite and did everything they could to make sure our guests were fed well. Everyone complimented the food was amazing. We have already used them 3 times as each time they are just wonderful. If you are looking for a live dosa then Vasantha Vilas is the place to go. They are competitive in price and will do what they can so your function goes smoothly.

It's the Asian version of a greasy spoon. The food is delicious and so different to the usual Indian restaurants. If you want posh service then you won't be happy but if you want fresh tasty Dosai then this is the place to be. Great quality food in a clean environment.

This vegetarian South Indian restaurant is really busy and deservedly so. I'd ordered from here a couple of times and it had always been great, but now I finally visited in person and it exceeded my expectations. Some of the best South Indian food I've had.

Authentic Tamil restaurant. Good food with reasonable prices. Taken out one star as I had to wait for 10 minutes and ask 3 times for an extra bowl of sambar.

Love this place every time, for years. Again we visited our favourite local restaurant, on New Year's Day 2023 and they were very busy, all tables were full and a small queue. After waiting me and my family were given a table within 10 mins, and still the staff done an incredible job, didn't crack under pressure, all our dishes came excellent

Felt like I was sitting in Andhar and having local food, very yummy very tatesty. Dosa and chutneys are tasty, parota is bit hard but tasty. Had tea and filter coffee they are authentic. Place is bit rush but Sarojin is very attentive.

Loved the foooood and this place so muchhhhhhhh. The way I am writing this review speaks for it I guess . The meals reminded me of my house . Too yummy and too tasty . The sambhar , chutneys and all dishes were absolutely great and at perfect spice levels . Must try this place . 2 weeks after coming back from a trip to Hyderabad we were missing our morning tiffin routine. So we drove to Vasantha villas and ordered their great mini tiffins. This was the perfect variety and portion size. Taste hit the spot, prices were reasonable and the service was very diligent. Thanks!

Excellent service. The people in the restaurant go out of their way to provide quick and quality service. The quality of food is excellent. Great place for vegetarians. Unlike other big chains and restaurants their prices are also decent for good qualities food. One will be surprised with their service quality and promptness.

Amazing food and service. One of the best in East Ham. Food portions are good, delivery time is quick. Menu is elaborate. A better choice over Sarvana Bhavan to avoid the crowd and better spice levels. It's worth a shot!

Place to go. Visited around 1.30pm was full, had to wait for the table. Fortunately got the first order Paper Masala Dosa. But it took almost 20-25mins to get the next order which was Idli Vada plate and onion uttapam. Other than this everything was perfect. Food quality amazing as always. Filter coffee too good.

The place serves exquisite authentic South Indian cuisine with a wide variety of options to choose from. The place is near the Tube station (East Ham) and has easy access to bus stop. The place can be reached from near by temple by walk. I would recommend their range of dosas and Combos which are worth the money.

FAMILY DOSA..... WOW, so huge dosa 3 of us had it, we also ordered mushroom chettinad with parotta. all the dishes were tasting amazing. full marks for the food, great taste compared to other restaurants in east ham.

A good place to have south Indian vegetarian food. Mendu vada is better than places around. Puri could be better. Mini south Indian breakfast with masala dosa is good option where you can try multiple items for less price. Staff are courteous but they tend to forget what we asked for. Overall experience is good. Bit crowded in evenings but not at all crowded in the mornings.

Idly was good Price was 4.59 pounds for 2 idly 1 Vada Tea has camphor added by default. Once in a while can eat here . mostly South Indian food

Vasantha Vilas restaurant is located near to the East Ham Tube station. A pure vegetarian restaurant well known for its quality and authenticity. Tried the mini tiffin breakfast set here and all the items in it were delicious and fresh. Coffee was also good. Service was quick! Appreciate all the lady staffs here who manages the cash counter, customer orders and even the online orders very well. Recommended 👍🏻

Great place to be in. Service was quick and they had unique varieties, where we tried the crispy baby corn and a very special stuffed parotta which was suggested by their staff, Also they suggested their recently updated veg Manchurian which was absolutely perfect. My husband ordered paneer shahi kurma and 4 chapati this morning on Uber eats. Shahi kurma was tasteless and watery and all chapati was burnt. My husband and I have been eating here since very long but now the food quality is worst than ever.

Really tasty food, fast and Good service, a lot of value for money! When we arrived around 6:15 on a Wednesday night, there were just 2 tables with other people. But when we left, the whole restaurant was full of people which is a good sign! Highly recommended!

Food was great although quite spicy. We ordered chilli parota and requested it to be low spice. However, it was very spicy and quite gravey. Naan and paneer butter masala were tasty.
