Seriously the highlight of our anniversary! 🤣 first and foremost they are very nice people but unfortunately the lower rated reviews are right - they cannot be licensed therapists. DON'T GO HERE if you've never had a massage before! 🙅🏾‍♀️ This is NOT what massages are supposed to feel like! My husband and I went for a couples massage and it was the biggest joke of a "massage". Did they try? Yes but were very unsuccessful in providing any relief. They massaged as if a licensed therapist gave them a 10min crash course. I had the man who was working the front counter (who was still working the front counter several times during my "massage") and it felt like he was literally was going to rub me off the table. He was very rough and rushing, again, with no technique. My husband said his lady at one point was on the table trying to apply pressure to his back 🤣 BUT WAIT - there's more lol because the room is not fully enclosed (walls don't touch ceiling and there is no door, just a sheet) you can hear the customers at the front. One customer was so loud on the phone, cussing up a storm about getting his teeth pulled that my "therapist" left the room, yet again, to tell him to be quiet lol They don't have you sign any paperwork. They don't ask you about your problem areas. They definitely do speak Vietnamese to each other during your session. It is noisy and it is cheap. We went on a Thursday at 2pm with a Groupon. Maybe the chair massages are better but don't say I didn't tell you about the full body 🤣

I will begin with the this. The guy Jack i think thats his name who did my massage was amazing. He did an awesome job 5 starts for him but I am giving a negative review because i specifically called and asked for a 1hour massage and they said yes, hence i drove almost 20 minites to this place. Once i reach there they tried selling me the 4 hands massags for 30mins instead of 60mins as they had to close. I said no and i was leaving but they said no worries and said they will take care of me. As soon as I was about to go in the room they lady said 4 hand very good and go for it. This 1 star is for that lady who doesnt understand the meaning of no means no and was only selling me the 4 hands to get done in 30mins. This guy did such an amazing job i wish i could enjoy my massage for 60mins. The girl who was the extra 2 hands did my legs and i did not have a great experience

The massage itself was very good! Very fair pricing for the amount of relief. They have strong hands and know the body well. I get massages regularly at Massage Envy and although it's relaxing I highly suggest a place like Body and Sole to truly get rid of tightness. Just beware that you may have to wait even if you make an appointment. Not a huge deal because it truly is worth it, but scheduling could be better. We went on a Monday evening, they had about 4-5 people on staff, all of which were very kind. Of course you can hear activity in the mall, not sure what other reviewers expected but the 90s saxophone love ballads make an attempt to drown out the sound. I did a quick chair massage this time but will definitely be back for more. Highly recommend.

I've gone 3 times and every single time I have THE BEST experience. Everyone is so friendly and considerate. The prices are very fair and they are always very grateful for the business. My mom, sister and boyfriend all love it as well. I have received many massages and this place is the best, better than PGA spa. I never leave there with any tightness afterwards.

I came on Christmas Eve with my husband for a couples massage let's just say never again it's Christmas and I'm in so much pain the lady was super aggressive dug her elbow in back constantly my back is completely bruised and sore I couldn't sleep all night I'm in so much pain from a massage Who goes to massage parlor just to come out worse 😠 I couldn't even relax them made me tense. I would not ever go back there charge all this money & want a tip for horrible service... Such a Terrible Experience

I ordered a couple's massage on Groupon for body & sole massage. Me and my partner went there at 2:30. We didn't get our massage until 3:30. The staff over there did not know how to speak any proper English so there was a huge language barrier. Then let me finally gotten to the massage room there was a small pin to put our stuff in. The first person that came in and started massaging my partner's back was a woman then out of nowhere it switch to a man. They were very rough and it was not a deep tissue massage because they were not aiming for muscles they were aiming for joints and bone. They were rushing as well. It was supposed to be a 50-minute massage but it turned into a 30 minute massage. I only had hot stones on my back for only a minute. Then at the end they forced a tip. I won't be coming back.

I have been here several times, massages great depending on who you get some people are way too rough. Today I went in and the therapist that I got was extremely rough and made me feel awful the whole time. Then after the massage was over I gave him a $10 tip and then he proceeded to show me on the calculator that 20% would be $18 I thought that was rude and I probably won't ever come back.

Went to this massage place with my girlfriend. Massage was good however we both got 20 minutes of the full body table massage and 30 minutes for the foot massage. The chart with the prices stated that the full body massage came with hot stones and oil neither of which we received during the massage. The foot massage also stated that it cane with sea salt scrub and water. Neither if which we revived during the massage. After the massage was done we told the cashier at the front (he was one of the people that did our massage) and two other employees one of which did my girlfriends massage and they all said the 20 minute massage didn’t come with the oil nor the hot stones (by the way it didn’t say that on the price chart) and i asked if the 30 minute minute foot massage came with the sea salt and water and he said no. He gave me a free 10 minute massage card but still made us pay full price despite not getting full treatment we paid for. Very unsatisfied.

May is wonderful, magic hands 🤩 a don’t even have to say or point where it hurts, just by feeling my body she already knows. The only downside is the communication and wend May is not there 😩 she’s the best! Thank you May i really appreciate you.😊
