Have been coming here for a while with my oldest and now my little ones. Assistant had told me we are going to fix the filling and then put a crown on it. While they were working on my little girls tooth my eldest daughter said I dont even know why he is dentist if he is always rude and wont even interact with the kids which in reality she is right. At night my little girl came to my room her crown fell off and they took almost completely took all her tooth out just left the roots. At no moment did they mention that they were removing her tooth. If they were going to take my daughter's tooth they should have told me something. Annoyed and disappointed to top it off I paid cash I dont even have dental insurance

I won't ever take my kids back there. :( Dr Jimenez strapped my son down to pull a tooth, used a little gas and no other pain medicine, and then called him a cry-baby for crying. He was 6 years old. He is cruel and made my son think all dentists were horrible.

Really didn't want to believe the reviews but took my special needs son there for a check up and cleaning and it was just as everyone said HORRIBLE!!!! I must say the dental assistant who did the cleaning was very friendly but I will never take my kids here or recommend this place to anyone. The office is very old and in need of a deep cleaning. I'm surprised the health department hasn't shut them down yet. After the checkup she said my son will need to get some baby teeth pulled. I asked if he would be put to sleep like I said he is special needs and very hard to work with when it comes to working with his teeth and very strong will squirm. She said "no all we do is give them some relaxing medicine." Are you kidding me? You want to pull my sons teeth without putting him to sleep?! It's absolutely absurd!! When the dentist did come in not once did he introduce himself like most professionals do. Earlier I had seem him scold the assistant for what reason I don't know but he seemed very annoyed and agitated. My personal opinion I don't even know why he is in his profession seems like he doesn't care to help kids and hates his job.

This is a terrible place to take your children. I don't know why the health department or the dentistry board haven't investigated this dentist office. They are extremely abusive with children, and this is a felony. They maliciously punish children who cry due to their painful dental procedures. Dr. Jimenez (if he really is a doctor???) and his staff bully children. So, stay away from this office, and I hope someday someone shuts down this place forever and prosecutes all of them. Francisco Jimenez is a criminal not a dentist.

Absolutely disgusting office, all of the chairs are in a common area and tools look dirty and unsanitary heard multiple parents complain of teeth cleanings lasting seconds. They strapped my child down like an animal and asked me to leave, my child and myself left. Never again the star rating on this place is for a reason.

I really like Dr. Jimenez- my son loves his office and the fish themed lobby, and I like Dr.Jimenez friendly personality,and explanation of everything he is going to do step by step. He allowed my toddler to lay on top of me while he cleaned his teeth because my son was so terrified of dentists.He has put my son at ease. He is 4 now, and we have been going to Dr. Jimenez since the age of 1. I wouldnt trust any other doctor with my son.

I've been taking my kids there for a year and yes y'all are right he don't interact with the kids every time I go I have to come back another month I really think they not doing a good job

Really bad service. Even people that have worked there don't like it. Not a place to have you're children, workers would rather talk and gossip than actually do their job. They are all only in it for the pay. The dentist only checks the kids for less than a minute, everything is a root canal. Seriously glad I have switched!

First going and really didnt like this dentist .. just went for a cleaning for my son .. and the lady who did the cleaning very rough with kids .. made my bby bleed while doing x rays .. the dentist just looked at my bbys teeth and wanted to pull all of them out ... really wont go back .dnt recommend this dentist to anyone .. also very old tools used .. spinning brush didn't even want to spin due to the oldness .. the office is all very old and machines also .. they need an expection done ... DONT GO THERE .. belive the other reviews .. didn't believe it till i went ..
