***FINAL
REVIEW***
Eileen
&
Phillip
are
amazing!!
They
are
doing
everything
they
possibly
can
to
get
this
property
up
to
market
standards.
Like
everywhere
in
the
area,
rent
is
high,
but
the
last
few
months
of
my
lease,
I
have
no
complaints.
Can’t
beat
the
location!!
[shopping,
food,
entertainment,
MetroRail,
H.E.B
all
within
5
miles].
Maintenance
is
prompt
and
actually
resolves
issues.
My
renewal
offer
was
30%
higher
than
what
I
was
paying,
so
I’ve
decided
to
move.
***UPDATE
4/28/2021***
We
are
currently
on
the
3rd
management
company
within
a
year.
Bell
Partners
Inc.
is
professional
and
working
to
upgrade
the
property,
which
is
outdated
and
literally
falling
apart.
Things
to
know:
$25
Valet
Trash
Fee
[not
optional]
Some
units
DO
NOT
have
washer/dryer
connection
Carports
have
collapsed
(even
prior
to
winter
storm)
No
security
gates
Pros:
Location
Cons:
It
took
maintenance
3
months
to
properly
repair
a/c
unit.
Malfunctioning
a/c
units
are
popular
around
here.
It
takes
multiple
service
requests
for
any
appliance
to
be
properly
repaired
or
replaced.
Minor
cosmetic
issues:
old
poorly
painted
doors,
busted
tiles,
broken
mirror,
poorly
repaired
walls,
etc.
There's
nothing
aesthetically
pleasing
about
any
of
these
units
-
no
granite
countertops,
no
flashy
appliances,
sloppy
paint
jobs,
and
that's
the
"upgraded"
unit.
Mail
boxes
have
been
broken
for
over
a
month
now
with
no
estimate
on
when
they
will
be
repaired
or
replaced.
The
post
office
where
we
have
to
p/u
mail
is
ridiculously
busy.
Literally
takes
an
hour
to
stand
in
line
unless
you're
there
before
9:30am.
*UPDATE:

Mailboxes

Office
resumes
mail
delivery.
*Update:
New
Management
accepts
packages
at
leasing
office.
The
Lakes
at
Renaissance
Park
provides
a
roof
over
your
head,
no
more,
no
less.
If
you're
low
maintenance,
it's
tolerable,
but
certainly
not
worth
the
money.
