***FINAL REVIEW*** Eileen & Phillip are amazing!! They are doing everything they possibly can to get this property up to market standards. Like everywhere in the area, rent is high, but the last few months of my lease, I have no complaints. Can’t beat the location!! [shopping, food, entertainment, MetroRail, H.E.B all within 5 miles]. Maintenance is prompt and actually resolves issues. My renewal offer was 30% higher than what I was paying, so I’ve decided to move. ***UPDATE 4/28/2021*** We are currently on the 3rd management company within a year. Bell Partners Inc. is professional and working to upgrade the property, which is outdated and literally falling apart. Things to know: $25 Valet Trash Fee [not optional] Some units DO NOT have washer/dryer connection Carports have collapsed (even prior to winter storm) No security gates Pros: Location Cons: It took maintenance 3 months to properly repair a/c unit. Malfunctioning a/c units are popular around here. It takes multiple service requests for any appliance to be properly repaired or replaced. Minor cosmetic issues: old poorly painted doors, busted tiles, broken mirror, poorly repaired walls, etc. There's nothing aesthetically pleasing about any of these units - no granite countertops, no flashy appliances, sloppy paint jobs, and that's the "upgraded" unit. Mail boxes have been broken for over a month now with no estimate on when they will be repaired or replaced. The post office where we have to p/u mail is ridiculously busy. Literally takes an hour to stand in line unless you're there before 9:30am. *UPDATE: 11/20/20 - Mailboxes repaired//Post Office resumes mail delivery. *Update: New Management accepts packages at leasing office. The Lakes at Renaissance Park provides a roof over your head, no more, no less. If you're low maintenance, it's tolerable, but certainly not worth the money.

Do not waste your money on these people. I paid for the application, earnest money, whatever other charges they added on. It came out to like $250 just to file the application. I didn't hear anything from them so I stopped by the complex where I was told the "available now" apartment wasn't ready and was extremely dirty. They found another apartment which was supposed to be available August 8th (then pushed back to the 31st.) I got one phone call from them saying I need to provide proof of income. I sent my proof of income to their email they provided. Again, didn't hear anything from them for a week until I got an email saying "If we don't get your proof of income in 24 hours, we're keeping your money and you can't apply again for 30 days. Screenshots don't count." Apparently the screenshots I sent of my bank account, deposits from my employer, and letter from the owner stating that I was a salaried employee making over 3x rent wasn't good enough. They would not answer what would "count" no matter how many times I asked them. Their lack of communication and lack of professionalism is appalling. They canceled my application and are refunding $100. The other $150 is theirs to keep. This is not how you run a business, it's how you run a scam. Stay away from these apartments and Bell Partners Management Company all together.

Over a year to have the repairs that still were not done. People in the office mixed up rent payment with someone else. No one wants to come home to a standoff SWAT situation! Or neighbors fighting physically and throwing rocks at each other cars over and over again and nothing done about anything at all. Within a two-year span went through three or four office managers or people who just sat in the chair looking crazy. Small and compacted parking. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone at all!

Planning on moving out soon, but wanted to provide my recent experience to help inform the next person. Overall this is a good place to live, the renovated units look amazing, I've spent the last year living in a 2br 2b renovated and have very few complaints about it. Nothing has broken down or stopped working and it doesn't just look like a new coat of paint was slapped over everything. As far as the office Staff goes, their current crew are all super friendly and helpful. Phillip especially has been a tremendous help always answering my questions and taking care of things I bring to his attention quickly. Very professional and nice My final input is this place is just another place in Austin and is worth atleast checking out, the location is super convenient for accessing the city and lots of things in walking distance.

One of the best parts of living at the lakes at Renaissance is the friendly staff. The front desk staff is very kind, helpful and friendly. Eileen was so helpful and attentive with my issue. The maintenance staff is also 10/10. Juan always responds to my maintenance requests quickly and is incredibly kind. He always goes above and beyond to assist. Very friendly and courteous people.

I moved in like June if last year and all in all it's been lovely. The front office staff is so so sweet and usually very prompt on any requests. The maintenance dudes are super cool too! I love my apartment so much I don't even mind that it's on the 3rd floor lol💕

I've been here a year and have had nothing but complaints. Previous manager,if you would call her that-was for the birds. Now our new manager, Eileen I can already tell she is efficient, strong, and will manage these apartments with a strong arm and warm heart. #hopeful

I would like to give an excellent review for the maintenance man Patrick. This had to be one of the hottest summers in Texas I have ever experience, and I grew up here. When my AC unit went completely out, Patrick brought me a window AC unit and installed it as well, until my apartment central AC unit was fixed. And it has been working ever since. thanks Patrick

I have been living here for a few months now and have had an overall good experience. I put in a request for my air conditioner and someone was out the same day to fix it. There are always things that could be better, but for the price and location I have been really happy with living here. Definitely a good experience for apartment loving in my opinion.

I still live here. The dryers in the laundry room work off and on. I sent an email yesterday about them not really working i tried drying my clothes twice and my clothes still weren't dry i had to put my clothes outside my patio and use my microwave to dry my clothes because I never got a response from the management office. They also need to hire more maintenance people. The person who does the maintenance he is doing his best to get everything done he is very polite when he interact with you. Other than that the apartment is great

I have been living here for almost 4 years (my husband 6) and this is the first company that has actually made the pool work. Summer of ’21 and ’22 the pool was out and looked horrible. Also, this is the first time in a long while that we have a maintenance crew that is actually on top of things. The apartment we lieve in hasn’t had any major issues and for the most part, it is quiet.

Patrick with the maintenance came and did an excellent job clearing the residual wash from all that rain we got. Super grateful since this was the first time I got to bring my kiddos home after moving in. First impressions are important!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional maintenance support provided by Patrick at our apartment complex. He was super professional and responsive, making sure everything was taken care of quickly. He really knows his stuff and explained everything so well. Plus, love the lake view!
