I booked that hotel through Priceline. I’m totally disappointed for several reasons and would like put my comments here hoping that it will help other people not to make the same mistake I do. First of all Cleaning issue. It was not clean at all especially the bathroom and shower area was not cleaned properly. You see hairs every where and dirty spots at bathroom. There was molding everywhere. Even the toilet was not installed properly and it was so loose. It looked so grips to take a shower. This hotel needs to be renovated from furniture to painting. It has good living space with an additional TV but everything looks so old and not clean at all. It says it’s 3 star hotel but obviously it was not even 2 stars. I don’t know who have them 3 stars. The other issue is breakfast. It says hot breakfast. However there was nothing hot there and there is no choice. They have a brown bag to everyone with simple stuff like banana and kind of a food bar. And also the bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. They were simply so old. This hotel only deserves maybe two stars at most and I feel I wasted my money. It’s also pretty far to the city center.

Most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. Sign inside mentioned franchise, and that explains a lot. The roaches was the 2nd incident. The initial was to sit on the couch, only to have the wreaking smell of urine pertrude through...full cushion was saturated in what smelled like adult urine that had gone unnoticed for a long while. The solution from them was to cover it with a sheet until the next day. I checked in my room that evening and had to leave as I was Co hosting an event the next morning and needed to prep so didn't notice until after we got back, went to pool immediately, and late night showered. The "joy" of having a freshly showered body sit on such... After their "solution", being it was nearing midnight, I woke in the morning to get ready to head to the event and saw a visitor on the wall. Of course they would ask if you possibly brought them, so I began to fully scan the room including the fridge which had them frozen inside...yuck!!! I had to go as all day event (again, no time but to alert and demand a solution and credit upon return). When u get back that night, I was shown the only 2 other rooms available and neither was up to part so chose the lesser of 2 evils and only received a 10% credit from the Manager. The room was not even cheap in cost for the weekend whatsoever as I don't go for over the top but like to feel comfortable wherever I stay. This place should be listed as a 35/night cheap motel hook up. The female desk clerk and breakfast attendant were kind, adding some type of positivity to this experience.

Bugs everywhere. Those little baby cockroaches. Mostly in the kitchen and bathroom sink. Carpet is filthy. Room smelled not clean. Breakfast was excellent. Coffee tasted great. Love the creamers. Please bring your own towels. They give you miniature towels and they are rags not towels. But I wasn’t the only one ask for a normal bath towel. Beside the cockroaches and I feel they are probably in my bag I has to remember not to bring my bag inside the house. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of nice choices.

It was a horrific experience if I'm honest, but for one reason and one reason exclusively, the HOTEL ROOMS ARE NOT CLEAN AT ALL ! I think what is most upsetting is that the rooms aren't CHEAP ! I paid 179$.00 for one night, it's actually one of the more higher prices I've paid for a hotel room and to get the experience I had was heartbreaking. To be specific, there was food left in refrigerator, microwave, and cabinets, which is disgusting. The sheets and sinks were FULL of hair, all around just dirty rooms. I've reached out to the property about this for a remedy, but management would not return my call. Thank goodness I only had to endure this torture for a night, as I did not use the bathroom not once the night I stayed there and slept on top of the comforter, it was a nightmare. Please do not stay at this hotel if you value your health.

When we arrived, our room ended up being double booked. Had to try to find us a similar room last minute which sucked because we got a room super close to an at times loud lobby/breakfast area. Housekeeping only came like three times out of the whole week we stayed so we had to go get our own toilet paper and trashbags for extra trash we couldn't fit into the super small bathroom size trashcan. They charge ridiculous prices for the amenities. When we ran out of towels thanks to housekeeping not stopping by, we asked front desk for at least two more towels and they charged $15/ea. Insane! So we just went and bought our own beach towels. Our key cards for the first two or three days kept deactivating and come to find out they were only activating them day by day instead of having them activated for the duration of our stay. The only benefit of this hotel for us was the location. Plenty around to eat and not far from a movie theater and the water park at Stone hill. Other than that I would not recommend this hotel for long stays but rather a few days of stay.

This place is filthy. That simple. Don't believe the stock photos. It's 100% false advertisement. You will not find a single room in this building that looks as clean as the photo portrays them to be. I'm surprised that the Radison brand would attach its name to this, as I've known them to have high standards. But I guess those standard go out the window for budget hotels. And I understand this is a budget hotel. That doesn't make it acceptable to be filthy. Hair in bed. Hair in "clean" towels. Stains on comforters. Dirty head boards. Old discolored toilet seats. Just dirty. I won't stay here again. A lot of sketchy people walking around the hotel. And they hold a hundred dollars for accidentals...that they clearly won't put the money toward because the rooms are raggedy. I will just pay more for somewhere I know will be clean. Did 3 nights, leaving after 1. Won't stay in a Radison hotel again.

Nobody expects luxury at this price point, but I can’t compromise on hygiene. The king suite we booked seemed okay, but the sofa bed was disgusting and not in any condition to be slept on. It was full of stains, was bumpy and springy and we got no extra linens even though we asked for them. The front desk clerk was nice enough to switch us into a room with double beds, but the room was dingy, carpet was dirty, lock on the door was broken, bed linens had stains on them, some lights were dim and others not working, and the shower faucet required considerable patience to get it at a specific angle for some hot water. The breakfast was simple but okay the first weekday morning, but looked like leftovers the next (weekend morning). If you desperately need a place to crash, this hotel seems safe, and has an ATM and vending machine in the lobby. The first clerk was nice enough to let us switch rooms at no extra cost but don’t expect any staff member to be especially friendly once you’ve checked in. Book elsewhere if you can.

Terrible smell in rooms, everything felt dirty stains everywhere and the final straw was a giant wet spot on the carpet. When I picked up phone to call the front desk, I noticed the cord was broken and had to use cell phone to call and ask for anther room. The other room I was offered had a worse snell and was in the same state of cleanliness. I ended up asking for a refund and going to a different hotel. Never received a refund.

Orbitz booked me here after the Best Western “executive” inn down the street gave away my room and refused to honor my reservation. This is an older hotel that I would describe as halfway renovated. The lobby is very updated, modern, and clean. The restroom/vanity area in the rooms are updated and clean. The actual bedroom and suite area of the rooms need updating. The carpets are very old and I can see how they give some guests that musty smell. To conserve energy, the air unit was set at about 74. What I did was I closed the door between the suite area and the bathroom/bedroom, cranked the air at 68, and the air felt fresh/not mildewy as other guests have described. The carpets in the hallways have been updated, they need to do the same in the rooms and I suspect the room complaints would go away. I would stay here again. They had a very nice hot breakfast buffet and the staff were very accommodating.

    1. Website pictures need to be updated. Did not represent what we booked 2. Came for the pool and mysteriously the pool pump was broken 3. Lobby was nice and clean, but the rooms really could use some deep cleaning 4. Went to use the bathroom lobby, and the receptionist said it was locked because it was dirty (it was also locked the day before). 5. Bathtub was only good for a shower. Wouldn’t dare to take a bath (also booked this hotel for the jet tub)

If you can find somewhere better go there. But since you probably can’t because you’re reading this I’ll inform you of my stay. To being with the employees are nice. They don’t have a hot breakfast. The room that they gave me the first time was dirty. The beds looked like someone had just got out of them. So I asked for a different room. They gave me one. When I got into my second room the coffee maker had ramen noodle mess in it. The bed sheets had stains all over them. It had a bad smell, and the drain in the tub was moldy. Don’t stay here if you can.

Room was ok and the bed was comfy but the toilet wouldnt flush. We were in room 318 and we had to ring twice for the maintenance person to fix the toilet on the first day. Luckily we spent most of the second day out of the hotel but when we returned we had to call again for maintenance as the toilet wouldn't flush again. Then after another temporary fix it broke again late in the night so we just left it. We are checking out this morning and it is still not flushing.

Bathroom toilet flush was broken, front door locks were broken. My credit card that was on file was charged instead of company card even after verifying at the front desk. Food was good, and the location is good.

My fiancé and I stayed here for 2 weeks in total. The first day, the hallways, staircase and walking into your room smelled like someone threw up all over the place and no one cleaned it up in a while. I have so far used a whole bottle of black ice spray because it smells so bad. We have seen bugs. In the stair case there were two huge cockroaches and then on the wall, in the hallway, outside of our room we’ve seen a very large cockroach. Almost the size of the palm of my hand. In our room so far we have killed two baby cockroaches so you know they are now breeding. There’s a room that says “guest laundry” but when we tried to use it our keys didn’t work for the door. So is the “guest” laundry room actually for guests? Also if you stay here during the week, traffic gets really bad, it took my fiancé 30+ to get here from work when he only works a few miles away. We paid almost $800 a week for this place..

Everything is great on the 1st stay now on this 2nd stay the only thing is during my stay I keep asking to get my room clean and all and for some reason they just kept saying we will see if our maintenance staff can get to it for one when you stay at a hotel at least in my case I want them to go and clean my room, change my towels out and take my trash can trash out and when found one of the maintenance lady and ask her to take out the trash she said she didn't do that then what does she do in this place but honestly thinking of staying somewhere else because I can't be stress over cleaning issues just because no one wants to do it .Last time stay here there was a very nice lady and she ask if we needed anything and even took my trash out but to my bad luck we have bad service with receptionist and maintenance this time doubt to come back. And the hotel itself was dirty this second stay so I don't know if it's the people working on this weekend or what??? Sad to have to deal with lazy people that don't do their job and when it comes to me paying for my service I expect the best because I've always been a very nice person and talk nice and respectfully and all for me to get those responses!!

WILLIAM HARPER IS BY FAR THE BEST HOTEL HOST WE HAVE EVER HAD IN OVER 15 YEARS OF TRAVELING. For example-we travel with 6 little kids. We checked in at the front, pulled the car around, went to room to unload and there was a knock on the door. It was Mr. Harper with extra blankets and pillows! We did not ask-he saw the need. The next day, we headed to the pool. Mr. Harper was on the back patio. We went out to the outdoor pool (and didn't realize there were not towels out) We decided we would just drip dry and maybe they didn't have them. We had only been in the pool within 5 minutes and Mr. Harper was coming into the pool with towels with the family-again because he saw the need. He made sure we had waters when we needed them. He was always polite and courteous. He was just incredible. The room was great as well with a door that separated the living room and sleeping area. This was awesome because both areas had tvs. I was able to get work done at the provided desk. We stayed 4 days with 6 kids and we enjoyed it. It was convenient to the highway and I did not hear noise. The breakfast was great and different each time we went down with plenty of hot options. It had a microwave, coffee makers, and a little fridge. There was a sonic, bbq joint, and an incredible Peruvian restaurant within walking distance. Even if the hotel itself was not the 5 stars I feel it is, we would come back if MR. Harper was working. INCREDIBLE MANAGER and treats people the way all hotel staff should and goes way beyond anything we could have ever expected. Thanks from the Loys Mr. Harper.

Nice place to stay. But the maintenance of the building it’s super bad. The Rugs are super Filthy, SUPER FILTHY. The smell of Marihuana on the Rooms are insane, they really need to do something about the Marihuana Users. It’s Horrible. Really Good Breakfast, only the Fat People complaining because you can’t bring the breakfast to your room, it’s reasonable because people leave food everywhere and the cockroaches arrive. Nice staff Good location They need to improve about the Bugs and the Marihuana users. The smell of marihuana it’s on everything…

The location was great. We didn't really get much room service cause I guess you have to request it for them to come clean your room or give you extra towels. The room had a smell like mildew every time you first walked in, and the door to the bathroom wouldn't open all the way. The beds were comfortable, and the AC worked pretty well.

My boyfriend booked this place thinking it would be nice for the price. It’s not good, the room immediately smelled like smoke when we walked in, we had to go downstairs to get towels, there is no hot breakfast as indicated on the website, our lock didn’t work, the handles on the shower were about to fall off due to rust, and lastly the hot water in the shower is backwards. Makes no sense. I never leave reviews unless it’s for good work. This place is dirty. However: the front desk staff was very nice and lobby was clean.

We had a very nice stay at his hotel. I don't really know why it gets so many bad reviews. We didn't see a single bug. It was fairly clean and the staff service was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good. The only way it could be improved is by adding a breakfast meat and gluten free bread, but if that was a deal breaker, we would have just gone to a restaurant. I would definitely stay here again.

We liked our room. Comfy bed. Ac was pretty loud. The building smelled like marijuana.. even though it's supposedly smoke-free. I pre-paid for my room ahead of time and they charged me an extra 125.00 for holding. It's been 3 days and still haven't got my refund. Other then that, I recommend having them hold 125.00 in cash instead and get it back at check out.

Stay at your own risk. We stayed here November 26 and had just gotten to bed at midnight when the fire alarm went off in the entire motel, the person at the counter didn't know what was happening, was it an actual emergency??? The fire department came and checked the motel, no fire, but the alarm was still going off and management didn't know how to disarm it. At 1:30am with the alarm still blaring we asked the girl behind the counter if we could get a refund for the night as we were going to find another motel, she said yes no problem but after contacting Expedia who we booked through, they are refusing to give our money back. Shudder to think if it had been an actual emergency.

Unless this is the only option, avoid this place. I stayed for 3 nights, one of which was without water, at all! One second day I was moved to a room that had water but the bathtub was old and filthy. Rooms appear to have been updated but the bathrooms are old and the AC units reeked of bad smell. The breakfast is very basic (waffles and bananas. No bagels, no yogurt, no bacon). They were out of orange juice. The place is very poorly maintained. Front desk was courteous and apologetic but that doesn’t make up for not being able to use the toilet or the poor food! This was my first and last Country Inn & Suites stay.

I had to stay here for about 3 weeks and all of the staff were amazing. The room we had was large and clean, and i can appreciate it being a little older hotel because build wise this ensured that we didnt have to always hear everything our neighbors said or did. we only had to ask for needed supplies every other day and it was no problem. The hot breakfast was great, saving us money and ensuring we had a good start to our day. the location initially looked unsafe but it actually was the opposite which was great. The laundry services were good too. Both Mr. Williams were just the best and it was a pleasure getting to know them and interacting with them as the faces of the hotel in the evening. The young woman that kept the lobby clean and served the breakfast in the morning always had a smile on her face and kept things clean in the midst of so many people. I would stay here again and recommend anyone to do so.

Overall, this hotel is okay, it's clean & the location to downtown is good. The pictures & description online make it look nicer than it is, it's just a basic hotel but we felt safe & it has parking. Only complaints, the elevator was broken our first day getting worked on and then the second day there was a notice it was closed due to heavy storms. Our room toliet also kept not working, the flusher kept disconnected, we had to have someone come 4+ times in two days and it still runs all the time. Okay, but would probably stay elsewhere next time.

Been staying here for awhile now and I couldn't be happier with my stay. Rooms are always clean, nice and big for a good price, breakfast in the mornings is always a plus ➕ the staff is always friendly and welcoming, not to mention the manager William he is always willing to go above and beyond to make the customer happy, I love the way he runs the hotel , he truly is the best! welcoming, helpful and makes you feel like your more than just a guest. Overall I couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend this Country Inn ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The room was very spacious, however, not one single trash can in the room. . Sometime during the early morning hours a water pipe busted. No notice from staff. Woke up at 5 a.m tried using the faucet didn't work. Woke back up at 7 still no water. Called the front desk and asked what was going on, because it's an inconvenience for everyone not just us. We asked for at least a partial refund she said more than likely no bc we still got to stay the night. . So then I asked for her manager call me. Still waiting on the call. .
