    Do you enjoy a good bite? I was a smorgesbard at this hotel. Got in early on Monday morning and slept in my clothes. I noticed a couple bites on my ankle. Didn't think much about it. Tuesday morning I awoke to what appeared to be a feeding frenzy. My legs were bitten up everywhere. I talked to the front desk and asked them if they have a bed bug problem. She said we never have that problem. I asked to be moved. She moved me and I did not have that issue the next night. I went back to my previous room since I still had a key and looked for evidence of bed bugs. I found evidence of bed bugs that had been in the room. I asked for my money back for the first 2 nights. She said that every hotel has them at times and said she would only give me one night back if an exterminator finds active ones in the room. After the first lie about never having a bed bug issue I decided to leave. Remember the old saying when sleeping here, "Sleep tight, don't let the bed bugs bite," but they probably will anyway so just stay somewhere else. In response to the owners response. You can not see bed bugs that are freshly hatched. Your place was the only place I stayed since arriving in Austin. I only asked for 2 nights after you moved me to a clean room. I spoke to you in the lobby and no one else. I did not raise my voice or tell anyone else there. I should have told the entire lobby because they will probably get bitten in your filthy hotel. Its pathetic that you are unwilling to compensate a patron of your business after having such a horrible experience. I am confident you will soon be out of business and deservedly so.

    Very nice hotel. Check in was a breeze and the lady was so friendly. Very clean room and bathroom. Didn’t have any issues what so ever. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, but still pretty good. Pricing was fair for the dates I booked. Location was relatively close to everything I wanted to go do, especially downtown! Will be staying here again.

    In response to your claim that you have no record of me staying there: Because I booked under the name on my ID, not my public profile (Irelan is my maiden name). I have charges on my statement (including two pre-authorizations for the entire price of my booking which has already been paid and a $115 deposit that are still there and pending nearly a month later), receipts and an itinerary from my booking site that says I was there, and I have pictures of inside the room. The room had other people's hair and snot in the shower and on the towel bar, and I found some sort of bug in the shower ALIVE on day two.

    Platinum member but this hotel falls short on the perks this weekend. Planned an amazing hike only to have to check out before I can come back and shower. The late check out perk doesn't apply to this hotel. I travel from DFW and hike often, other choice hotels in the area have been most accommodating. Despite being sold out or short staffed. This one had a night Person who just wanted to state policy and how they were sold out. Does platinum really work like that? Gold? If so, time to find another chain to give my business to. Or is it just this hotel. Also, at other hotels I've been offered complimentary water and just smiles and conversation. I've been on the road and sucks to not be greeted kindly @ 8pm since I have to check out at 12pm.

    My reservation got cancelled without my consent. I was driving up to Roundrock at about 6:45pm when I checked my email and saw that at 6:30pm I got a cancellation email from Sleep Inn. I called the hotel and was told that they ran my credit card on file and it didn't go through so they cancelled my room. On their policy it states that if you don't check in by 7am the next day, they charge your card for one night and then cancell your reservation so I don't know why they ran my card at 6pm the day my reservation started. Even though I was upset, I offered to give them another card to try since I was already driving there with my children. The lady I was speaking to on the phone said she couldn't do that because she had already given the room to someone else. Needless to say, I had to turn around and drive all the way back home since all hotels were sold out that night already. I know that was a busy weekend in that area. I honestly think someone offered them something to cancell a room and give it to them.

    Another great stay at Sleep Inn! The beds are SO comfy and it's my favorite free breakfast in Austin. The place runs like clockwork; see you in 2 weeks!!!

    This a a great find in the North central Austin area. Great value. Just bring your own water and make sure you check with staff about lobby usage. Nice to have a warm pool.

    Room was fine nothing fancy. Shower was kinda dumb water went everywhere. Breakfast said went till 9:30 went down at 9:10 most of the food was gone. Asked if they could make any more they said no it ends at 9:30. I looked at my watch and was 9:12 at this point and said its 9:12 she said no I won't make any more it ends at 9:30. Won't return due to poor service.

    Place was fine for the price, basically get what you pay for. Room was a little run down breakfast was cute, make your own pancakes. The staff were super friendly.

    Nice clean(too strong smell of bleach,we have to leave the door open for awhile for the fumes getting out), big room. very good hot breakfast. Good water pressure. Convenient next to the freeway

    A great hotel just far enough from the freeway to not hear moving cars. But also great location getting back on the freeway. Great friendly staff all the way around with the cleanest rooms in all of Austin.

    Bathroom showers had mold, carpet were dirty & blankets/sheets had yellow stains. Most of the light bulbs were burn out.

    Nice people working there, the best free breakfast i have ever had in a hotel. IT'S NOT FANCY BUT IT IS HOMEY.

    This is one of two hotels we were lucky enough to get into during the ice storm this past week. We had the same lady at check in and check out. She was friendly, courteous, nice and helpful. Our room was clean and fairly new. Price was a bit higher than we expected but we were just happy to find warm lodgings. Lady at front desk mentioned they didn’t lose power during the winter storm in 2021 or this ice storm in 2023. I most definitely will be calling here for a room during the next weather tragedy.

    The room was clean and comfortable. The room needed new curtains; light shined through the curtains, even at 1 a.m. it was pretty bright.

    The hotel was very clean and smelled clean, when you walked in the door. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. This location was not too far from The Moody Center and downtown Austin. I highly recommend this hotel. If I ever go back to another concert in Austin, Texas, I will stay at the Sleep Inn. Their prices were very reasonable also.

    Our save heaven over New Year's...all workers on all shifts were so friendly and helpful , with smiles ! The room was clean and very comfy. The breakfast was super delicious, worthy a big tip, which I did . Thanks again for being great 🏆😀🏆😀🏆
