The food tastes like cheap frozen ready meals. Very poor customer service. The atmosphere is dark, fewer customers. A good place for a quiet coffee or drink if you have it outside, where tables are not too sticky and you're away from the staff members. The car park is expensive.

Popped in a few times for lunch and breakfast. I can't tell how many times I had to ask to correct my order or replace the disgusting-looking food. The tables are often dirty and sticky. The staff treats you very well as long you don't complain about the food. They usually avoid eye contact so they don't have to deal with customers. In the past, the prices were really good and some dishes good enough. Now they increased the price and the food quality went down the road. Big time.

Very good value and good service, we were served within 5 mins by a well spoken, very presentable young man who was polite and helpful. Couldn't ask for more.

Great Wetherspoon pub with more than a casual nod to the aircraft industry roots of much of Hatfield. The outside doesn't look like much but the interior is great. Various booths are actually made from old 747 engine cowlings and the bar has parts of a fuselage.on it . As with all of the chain there's a great range of beer and the restaurant was really busy when we visited. The only downside is that the car park offers only short stay for free but the charges are quite steep for a ticket. However as the beer is well priced it does lessen the cost of an evening spent here or in the surrounding area.

The food and the service is not bad. Given this budget price range, you can't expect more luxury and tasty compared to London high end pubs.

Orderednour drinks and food sat down. Foid wasnt too long. We had the ultimate burger meal. Although i bit into the roll and noticed the burger was over done i asked for replacement and the chef replaced the whole meal. So kind of him, it was lovely. Oniy been a few times but staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely eat there again that meal was so nice and filling. My family visit there often to have time out and their hot chocolate.

Not the best meal we have had at a weatherspoons. They were busy (Saturday at 7:30pm) and missing a few options from their menu but the 6 of us managed to eat. Not sure if our meals had been left under the hot lamp too long but the rice was dry and stuck together in clumps, there was a large pool of oil on the poppadoms, so much so they were left, and the curry sauce over the chips had dried out. The chicken curry and vegi curry were good, as was the plain pasta dish.

Good place to have a drink and a bite. Reasonably priced also. Loads of parking but you need to be mindful of where you park. Avoid using the residents parking bay as ticket officers are quick to ticket. Parking is also free after 6 in the designated areas. Smoking area outside , for those who smoke.

Just ate there for the first time and despite not being particularly busy, my (simple chicken burger) food arrived very late - about 20 mins after my colleague had eaten his. We were getting concerned about how long our parking ticket had left (and the wardens are absolutely focused there on ticketing). Food was very basic but tasted fine so no complaints there. Prices are very cheap, but seem to kind of get an appropriate experience for the money but I would rather have paid a bit more and got something better today.

I go to this Wetherspoons on an irregular basis. Went in on Monday, decided to have a Guinness. Seeing it was Monday Club day. Ordered on the app. Delivered quickly. Perfectly poured. So impressed I had another one a bit later.

Nice place to eat, normal Weatherspoons menu which is great value but can be rather slow in getting your food. I was sitting near the pass where each meal is ready to taken to the customer. My meal sat on the pass for 20mins, i assumed it was for a different customer !! In total it took 48mins for me to get my Halloumi burger !! Lots of meals which include a drink in the price, great idea. There was a shortage of sparkling wine / champagne which was disappointing. Plenty of car parking but it's not cheap, which is a shame as nearly all car parks in Hatfield are free.

Absolutely great customer service! Floor supervisor done a brilliant job by making everyone who walked through the door feeling welcomed! Service with a smile, I did not see anyone there unhappy unlike other Wetherspoons I have visited!
