    I recently visited the KFC on 22/4 at Comet Way - Hartfield, and was disappointed with the experience. Although the quality of the food was OK, the food preparation took over 40 minutes because they had prioritised all the delivery orders, which was frustrating given that I had ordered for 6 people. Additionally, we unintentionally exceeded the 90-minute parking limit due to the long wait time and caring for young children. While I understand the need for parking regulations, I was disappointed that nothing had been taken care of the dine-in customers who had been set to very low priority. And there was no warning or communication about the penalty for exceeding the limit. I believe that better communication and signage could have prevented this situation. We are deeply disappointed by this KFC and the car park management company.

    Very disappointing. Had chicken burger meal, chicken cold and dry, barely any mayonnaise and the smallest amount of lettuce, had to eat it as hadn't eaten all day. Chips luke warm, no salt, so left them. Drink was pretty much 90% ice, not even enough to quench my thirst. I asked if they had some mayonnaise to put in my burger and was told they didn't have any (strange). Thought it was expensive, £6.50 approximately, for what is was. Will not return and would not recommend. Poor effort KFC.

    Self order using the screens. A 10 minute wait for the food which was okay. The place is freezing cold inside so kept our coats on! Food was hot and received everything we ordered which doesn’t always happen when you order online or go through the drive thru! Wheelchair accessible.

    Very rude staff. Specially the manager girl named Monika. Always rude to customers and delivery drivers. Chatting in her own language to other staff members while customers waiting to be served and there were 10 delivery drivers waiting to collect orders. When I asked about my takeaway she kept saying it’s getting ready in the back and after 25 mins she told me there is no chicken and I had to wait another 15 mins no apologies no sorry just kept saying same thing to all customers waiting before me or after me. Very unprofessional staff specially when it’s weekend and coronation day.

    The place was dirty and tables full of people left overs. There was no effort from staff on cleaning the place. Even the self order machine had NO receipt paper in. Had to take snapshot of screen to prove my number. Best to miss this KFC out. As if the kitchen area is as dirty as the front dinning then probably get food poisoning. Need heath inspection.

    This KFC branch serves halal chicken.I went with family for dinner drive in .Reached around 1am .Service was quick. Food quality and taste was good .Kids enjoyed kids meal as well.

    Food and service were fine but seating area was pretty disgusting. Seriously needs a clean and tidy as food and rubbish was on most tables and all over the floor. However, how are people supposed to put their rubbish in the bins when they are overflowing. More attention should be paid to hygiene in the seating area instead of only concentrating on drive through and deliveries.

    No pressure hardly in the tap to wash my hands. Just a little bit of water coming out. Then the ultimate was no soap in the dispenser either. I see I'm not alone as someone else posted about no soap either , so do they even bother to check these reviews and rectify their complaints? It's a FOOD CONSUMING place. And you can't wash your hands? I would love to see what environmental health or food hygiene have to say about this one. And also do the staff use the same toilet? Please tell me they don't go to toilet, not wash their hands then cook chicken again after ?

    If I could give minus stars I would. Chicken was raw! When I went back in with it the first server just walked away from me before I even spoke. The next person then decided to rudely gaslight me by saying it’s “just seasoning” !! I asked for a refund and was told “no ill just replace the meal” I said I’ll only accept a replacement meal if he could guarantee it’s cooked fresh and properly. He just shook his head? Vile food and vile customer service!

    The fries were reheated, my salad was so bad mix of new and old leaves. The chicken wasn't fresh and it seems like it had been cooked ages ago...we had a family bucket but barely ate our meal... there was no 1.5l bottle of drink so we were given 4 glasses of sprites. There was no forks so we tried to eat our salad with a spoon... the experience was just awful... the place needs re decorating... it's old and I would not let it pass the health and safety compliance requirements will fail this establishment to keep a KFC restaurant open! This needs to be looked at in details... it should not be opened 😒 it's a full on salmonella outbreak ready to happen!!!! So disappointed that it's called KFC...

    Nice staff and food, however toilets are shocking. No soap in men’s and disabled, no loo roll in ladies. Poor show KFC, should be better.

    The worst kfc ever. Ate here Thursday and had terribly upset stomach all evening into Friday. This is the second time in 12 months. Chips were cold service was very slow. Won't recommend and won't ever return.

    I paid almost £10 for this @ the drive thru the chips was cooked terribly and the chicken wasn't fresh at all it was almost cold you could say I wasn't impressed at all. I definitely won't be going back to this KFC

    Had to wait for my order around 2 hours. Called restaurant 10 times and they kept saying driver has left with food. My app was showing driver is still at restaurant when I called the driver he said he is still at restaurant waiting for chicken to get ready. I came myself to collect my order while driver was waiting and spoke to the manager Monika she was so rude and lying to me over the phone that driver has left and is on his way while he was there waiting for food to collect order. Very unprofessional and no ethics no customer service and no dignity at all. Pathetic people and worst customer service ever received. Never coming back again to this place.

    Worst kfc I've ever Been to!!, food took over 15 mins while delivery drivers are constantly in out with orders that were made after my own. When food did arrive it was terrible!!, burger buns felt and tasted stale with limp wilted lettuce, and no mayo?! Hot wings didn't taste like I've had before.

    Horrible Just Eat Service. The drivers just give it to anyone who’s on the street then drives off. So unprofessional and a waste of time and money. And when you call the restaurant they cannot do anything about it BUT ITS THEIR OWN DRIVERS, pathetic. absolute Rubbish. And they wouldnt send another order out. Don’t order from just eat or UBER with them ever this is the third time this has happened and I haven’t received my money back once. If they are at the destination CALL THE CUSTOMER it’s not hard at all ugh lazy people, if you can’t do your job, Then quit.

    I have had restaurant bring me a three course meal quicker than the poor service here. Uber drivers have all the priorities and customer who are waiting patiently don't get served. Had food poisoning twice. Honestly don't think I will ever come back.

    Another establishment where management have cut staffing to the bone, who are unable to handle in store orders, deliveries, cleaning the restaurant and toilets (and weren't able to operate the table delivery service) - resulting in long waits for food and queueing to collect. Nothing to complain about food wise though. Hire more staff, as overworked employees won't stay either.
