    We ordered breakfast through Ubereats and MCDONALD'S got our order wrong. Right receipt completely wrong order! We had to drive to MCDONALD'S to get it sorted. Ruined the morning and meant we had to cancel our plans for the rest of the day. Father's Day was very disappointing. Thanks MCDONALD'S. There was a good reason for wanting a quick breakfast. Should've known after the awful meal we had on Saturday night we were wasting our time trying again! When we went into MCDONALD'S on Sunday morning they did apologise and give us another meal but the Father's Day surprise was ruined by then. Won't bother again.

    So, after a long fast walk, to make sure I got there before the breakfast menu changes, I ordered at the touchscreen at about 10.56 am. Although I hit 'Retry' a couple of times, it was a fair bet it wasn't going to give me a printout. Luckily 050 wasn't a difficult number to remember, so I went to the till (as instructed) and waited. They seemed more preoccupied with their delivery drivers than any in-store customers, but I'm usually a patient person, so I continued to wait. 15 minutes, however, is a bit of a stretch for a restaurant that advertises itself as ‘fast food’. I got the attention of the person who looked more authoritative and asked her what is happening. I explained my meal has not appeared on their screen, neither on the ‘Preparing’ side, nor the ‘Collection’ side. It was all very concerning, but after my query, she went to look, and lo my number finally made it to the ‘Preparing’ side of the screen. Upon her return, I was about to inform her this, but she then explained that the meal will not be issued as they are now on the lunch menu. I argued that I ordered before 11 am, but she kept saying “sorry” there was nothing she could do. I then informed her of the screen stating my order was being processed, but she informed me it wasn’t. The scenario led me to believe it was out of a scene from the Michael Douglas movie Falling Down, with me wanting breakfast and them telling me they now were only serving lunch. She kept offering me a burger from the lunch menu, and I had to explain I wasn’t ready for lunch at (now) 11.20 am. After a very frustrating morning, I had no choice but to accept the fact that I could only eat a burger for my breakfast, so I did… at Burger King, 50 metres away.

    Came into the drive through on a Monday night and received horrific service the person who took the order and payment was lovely the rest however was terrible we waited at the window for over 10 minutes and was asked about our order number three times even when we haven’t been given anything of the sort. The was also rude to us at the window. Whoever is managing this stop needs to sort it out

    Mediocre McDonald's at best like they all are. Slow service by staff, often have to take burgers back when asked without 🧀 and seem to prioritise the drive thru and app orders. Least when the Ice Cream machine is working, they do do a decent ice cream!

    Worst McDonald’s ever! Word of advice- pls do not order from here through the app. You will not get your refund cash and neither will you get your order. I ordered 30 burgers for our older community at 8.30 pm. Waited outside for the driver half an hour. Driver send a push notification that he tried to call and couldn’t reach us. We called him back 100 times and he switched off his phone. He marked it order delivered and left with the burgers. I called McDonald’s - the manager (Ali)’s response was that he driver followed the guidelines and hence cannot refund the money or the burgers. If you do not want to get scammed, pls do not order from here. Drivers name is Ferreira D.

    Haven't been inside here in a while & shocked to see all tills gone & a very odd hidden corner set up. Service was awful, SO slow it was unreal. Drive through get orders quickly & if you head in you are in for an exceptionally long wait. I feel sorry for staff as they must have to deal with people who are exceptionally frustrated and rude. Please help staff by ensuring that orders are dealt with timely!

    Omnishambles of a service in the drive through, 10 minutes from order to payment, staff that don't acknowledge or greet you, just thrust the card payment terminal out the window, Cold food, Drinks machine that was broken then wasn't, 2 full cups passed out to myself in the car with no holder / carrier, and another member of staff who shut the window and walked away when asking what was going on. No receipt either, so couldn't even fill out the customer survey. In store may be better, but drive through is definitely getting worse

    Our order was prepared quite quickly considering how busy it was. I'm not sure there were enough floor staff on as all the bins were filled to overflowing.

    Food was ok. Typical low quality McDonald's but it was what my boy wanted after his cinema show. It was edible and plasticky tasting. Nothing home made or special about it. I gave it an overall 4 stars as the facilities were ok and the toilets only looked as if they'd been attended to 5days ago, so much better than most McDonald's toilets. No soap or hand wash but that's normal for low quality places like this. No sauce with the two meals and the staff would only offer two dips and the variety was ketchup only. Times must be hard.

    I waited over an hour for my food. Never arrived. Spoke to the soo called manager Lily who was rude as you get. Full blank told us it's not her problem! She kept refusing to give us her name so had to ring back and speak to someone else. Then had to go store to reorder our meals. She hid and as I was walking out she pointed at us to another work colleague and said something. Wouldn't recommend it here at all. Service is poor, food is poor, the whole place is just shoddy

    The food taste as usual. The table is clean. But after order at the machine, then long wait at the counter, even I was the only one on the queue, cause there was tone of take away and drive thro order…… as an eat in customers I think they should have set different priority…..

    Usually good but the chips need to be filled properly as most times, the chips are half filled so if you get a large portion, you're basically getting a medium.

    very dirty and smelly in the dining area, the toilets don’t have paper towels and the hand dryer is broken. Very unpleasant atmosphere. The speed of food could have been better.

    Easily one of the worst McDonald's around. Always slow service. Ordered Mcflurry on the app, waited in the drive thru queue for 20 mins only to be told we have shut off the ice cream machines. Then had to wait in the queue for the other cars to finish so I can leave with no mcflurry.

    Ordered on the App to pick up through the Drive through, the drive through took 35 mins and there was no way out! When i got to the window I could see the staff all mucking about and not actually serving anyone, asked what had taken 35 mins to serve the 5 cars that were ahead of me and was told "That's just how quick we serve here". Could have had a sit down meal in the time I was stuck I'm the queue.....

    We have been there to celebrate my friend son birthday 🎂 it was a bit busy around 2:30 pm, but we still had a table to sit with around 10 children and 6 adults. Ee spent there over an hour. The place was clean, the food was quick, and fresh. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you
