Good store, made even better by the amazing customer service from Jodie, looks after customers so well and goes the extra mile. Fantastic shop to buy that smart casual look. They have offers that make their prices even more enticing than the outlet prices. The staff us always helpfull and friendly and a very clean and tidy shop.

The best customer service ever, and all credit goes to Uju. We couldn't find the right size on the shopfloor, but she has found us the right size from their stock room, also for the item that they didn't have in stock, she contacted the other branch which is hundred miles away to deliver it to our address.

Great place to really get good bargains

Popped into the Gant Outlet (Galleria Hatfield) today 30/12/2021. Winter Sale is on so it was busy. Plenty of choice, liked two picks but couldn't see exact size. Two members of staff, Ben and then Maria were FANTASTIC. Really helpful and Maria's patience in particular was exceptional. Made two purchases, a sleeveless jumper and a shirt - that otherwise would not have happened. Am delighted. Thank you guys and Gant.

I like the classic and non garish style of Gant and have recently started to purchase a few items from them. The choice in the Galleria store is wide enough and staff are happy to assist you, which is valuable. Store is well laid out and clean every time I go there and these elements make for a really positive experience.

The staff at this store are so helpful and friendly. Even during their busiest sales times from Black Friday to Christmas, they helped me on several occasions getting sizes and colours and recommending trousers and shirt styles. The quality of Gant is exceptional but these staff make shopping a complete pleasure. My husbands birthday, my nephews birthday and Christmas was made so easy with their help and everyone was very happy. The manager leads by example and is a professional helpful and honest guy.
