We were not happy with our time here. The walls are thin, so you hear everything. Security is an absolute joke. The pool is always having problems, which sucks because it’s something you pay for. They keep raising rent, which idk how they think that’ll help considering all the housing/apartments being put in. They’re appliances are cheaply made. The staff has been rude to my wife plenty of times. There were things wronh our unit before we moved in, and they tried to charge us for those things when we moved out. Anyone moving to Wenatchee area, I highly recommend looking elsewhere to live. They are a rip off.

Cheaply built apartments You hear everyone around you units are not quiet. They need to update the units and especially the outside needs painted looks like pokadots in some areas wrong paint color used to do patch work. People do not clean up after their pets dog poop everywhere. Also safety things the lights in stairways and on buildings don’t work half the time these need to be fixed not much light at night. Also biggest safety issue is fire alarms are not being checked in apartments the office excuse is Covid-19 that is a huge concern please be checking the fire alarms when needed ours has not once been checked in the time we have lived here, the pool don’t count in it being open much always something wrong with the pool. Theft and vandalism to personal vehicles and first level patios has been an issue here , Security is a joke pacific security does not do much here if you need something they take forever to respond better to call someone else. My family doesn’t recommend this place to live especially in the winter with pipes breaking required to leave water trickling and thermostats set to 75-80 degrees they post signs and send several emails about it. Look close to reviews and at everything before choosing to live here.

I recently moved into an apartment at Riverside9 with the help of Hugo. Hugo is a leasing agent, and is very professional and accommodating. I highly recommend Hugo. He is very dependable. Hugo was helpful during my move and remains supportive of my tenant experience. The same is true regarding the Property Manager. Jessica really cares about Riverside9 and making the tenants experience the best possible. Very professional and courteous. As for the apartment and property - it's great! I'm very impressed with how clean and well maintained the grounds are. Great location!

Signing a lease at Riverside 9 was such a simple process. Just requested a tour on their website and once I arrived for my appointment, Hugo had a couple options ready for me to tour. I also mentioned that I wanted an apartment with a covered parking stall and Hugo diligently searched through the availability and was able to find what I was looking for. The application process was straightforward and Hugo did a great job of communicating through email of all the steps needed to sign the lease. I was able to tour, apply, and sign my lease within 2 days.

We did all the application process online and Hugo was so responsive and helpful. He is spectacular and went above and beyond making sure that our moving will be smooth and hassle free! He even look after our package that was delivered prior to our move and kept it safe and secured. I like the unit and is looking forward to move in bldg C for the river view :)

Hugo Llamas, has been super great answering all my wife’s and I questions right away. At first we were not sure if we wanted to rent here but were convinced with the hospitality and professionalism. Looking forward to living here.

I recently moved to Riverside 9 apartments. Hugo, leasing agent is so helpfully and professional. He was so helpful and made my move-in easy and also he helped me with my lost or delivered packages as soon as I make a request. I highly recommend Hugo, if you are planning to move to Riverside 9

Honestly, the staff are very responsive and very helpful, they made move in day and move out day easy, especially when I broke my lease! Apartment was cleaned before I moved in and it was a very cozy place to live, albeit a little expensive. My only complaint was the pigeon problem, with them nesting in my balcony and being unable to get rid of them. If it wasn’t for the pigeons I’d give it 5 stars! Thanks riverside 9 for the apt!
