AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALLL COSTS. This hotels customer service is nothing short of trash. The ladies at the front desk lacked knowledge when it comes to customer service. I arrived at the hotel, stood at the front counter for several minutes before they both came down the hallway. They did not apologize for taking so long nor did they even greet me or my child. They walk passed us, got behind the desk and started typing on the computer as they asked us what we needed help with. We got our Keys and headed up to our room.. The rooms are small and dirty. I got a phone call from our friends to come downstairs that their rooms had been canceled. I go down to talk to the lady and again she would not look away from the computer. The other receptionist wouldn't even come from the back room she just yelled answers out to the other. ***A little back story, I had called the hotel to make sure all FOUR of the rooms we had booked were good to go earlier that day (1pm to be exact) and I was told we were good to go.*** They had decided to cancel two of the four rooms because they had overbooked the hotel. In canceling these rooms they didn't feel it was necessary to call. They let them drive 2.5hrs only to find out they had no rooms. But wait it get better. . . . They offered them 2 king size rooms that they had available (same size we had booked) but those rooms would be $180 for 1 night. Our previous total was $98 for 1 night. When I brought this up to her and told her I would be making a call to the corporate office she decided to call the cops and have us escorted off the property. Needless to say I would avoid this property at all costs. The rooms are small and dirty. They do not have an elevator. The side doors have cracks on both of them and the hallways are muggy hot. This is not a typical LA Quinta. The last 4 my husband and I have stayed at were very clean and professional. It's in a good location but not worth a single penny.

Our stay was very pleasant! Great staff, rooms were comfortable and clean and I appreciate the complimentary breakfast. Multiple accommodations within the room including; a microwave, mini fridge, small washing sink, phone and TV. They also have a nice pool and hot tub. Overall, a great experience!

This was an excellent stay! We were here for two nights, it was an enjoyable time. The location was great to get us where we needed to be. The room was cleaned in time when we returned on the first day and it was a very good team who took care of us there. This was a great stay and amazing value!

This was a great hotel for bringing our young kids to. They pool is open 24 hrs and the breakfast was yummy. There was a bit less of a breakfast on the weekday morning however. Loved how close this was between Chelan and Leavenworth for a great deal! Obviously a budget hotel that is comfortable and great for sleep.

It was a comfortable bed ;) Saturday morning I took a swim by myself and sat in the hottub by myself, Yay! Yes it smells like there is a pool in the building - just remember how clean the air is. You will love your stay, breakfast was wonderful.

The wifi went out around 7pm for two nights in a row. Each time I addressed it with the front desk staff, but I was essentially met with “I don’t know.” They didn’t make an attempt to contact the service provider, and on the second night, the front desk employee didn’t even know where the router was located. The staff were nice, but it seemed like they simply hadn’t been trained. I’m working while traveling, I paid for Wifi, and when it wasn’t working I felt that the staff were unequipped to even attempt a solution. When I asked the manager for a partial refund or at least two nights of credit at another La Quinta, he said that since I booked for a third party, all he could do was offer me some 20% off coupons. This isn’t a fair compensation for two nights with no wifi. A one night refund or two nights credit would have made it right. I’ve never had an issue at a La Quinta before, but this one was a notch below the rest. Room was pretty musty smelling, and there was a gross crust on the side of the seat of the desk chair. Plenty of other options in town. And to be completely honest, this experience will probably move La Quinta to the bottom of my list when choosing a hotel.

Five stars. Indoor pool and hot tub that's open all night. The breakfast was yummy but it made my stomach hurt all day. That's on me though.

A pretty basic LaQuinta. Loved the first morning's housekeepers, very respectable and kind. Rooms were good, got great response in needing more items during our stay. Only complaint was the chlorine in the pools were overwhelmingly strong. Burnt my eyes walking in and my kids could only swim short spurts of time before their skin and eyes were burning. Breakfast is also cut off at 930, even though they say breakfast goes til 10. If you expect to eat anything hot out of the kitchen, be there by 915..

The place is fine for a cheap motel. I think Wyndom could do a little better with the rooms, but I guess you get what you pay for. Continental breakfast is average, need to work on keeping items stocked though.
