Do NOT stay here!!! Way over priced. The only reason we stayed here was because Leavenworth, our destination, was booked for the weekend. I called twice, prior to our arrival to confirm our reservation and could not even have a conversation with the lady because of her lack of English. I was told a manager would call me back twice and no one ever did. The day after we left, my children (ages 8 and 10) broke out in severe bed bug bites on their face, arms, hands and back. It's disgusting and my daughter is currently having an allergic reaction to them. The sheets were stained and apparently the bedding was infested with bugs. I notified the motel, and the front desk man, very nice, said he was sorry and then would take care of it. A refund offer would have sufficed. 😠😠

The rooms are not that great but the staff made up for it. Great service they're willing to work with you on about about anything. The pool is very clean.

The hotel was cleaner than I expected but in very rough shape. The cost was a little high for the value and the non smoking room reeked of smoke as soon as we turned on the heater. But it is under new management and they were just starting to renovate all the rooms, the lobby has been recently renovated, breakfast was sufficient, and the customer service was friendly and prompt in responding to requests.

Room was clean. Bathroom light wasn't working properly, strobing on and off. We stayed for 2 nights, out late on the first night and when we returned our keys wouldn't work. Hotel staff were fast to fix the issue. There is new owners and they are working on remodeling the hotel

The worst place to stay. I have two kids and the I ask for a non smoking room. The room smelled like smoke and had mod. They lady be low us was crazy. At 7pm she was yelling at us to be quiet. She was hitting the walls and saying mean things. Sorry I have 2 kids. Never stay there again.

We made the mistake of not reading the reviews for this place. We were in town for a softball tournament for the weekend. The bedspread had a huge stain on it. The bathroom had a wad of wet/used toilet paper behind the door. Nothing felt clean. But WORST of all.....the man at the desk (the owners son) returned my credit card to me, but not my license. I didn't realize it until I got home. I called them and they said they had it and would get it in the mail that day. A week later (after not receiving it) I called and they said it was just mailed the day before. After 2 more phone calls to the motel and 3 weeks had gone by, I still didn't receive it so I called the Wenatchee police. They said there wasn't much they could do but they would go by and ask them if they mailed it. Unfortunately I have to give them one star to be able to post this.

Owner was rude right off the bat. We made reservations months in advance and when we went to change to upgrade to a 2 queen beds they told us it was no problem. Once we arrived the said sorry we only have a single queen bed so our friends had to sleep on the floor because they don’t even have cots for the rooms. The owner also kept forgetting to bring us extra blankets and pillows when we asked him twice over a 45 min span. The room was not in great shape either, they used plaster to cover up water damage above the bed and in the bathroom. Room doesn’t even have a phone in it. They only got one star because I had to in order to write this review but I would give them a big fat Zero if I could.

For your average 2 star motel, I'm giving this 4. Theyy're under new management and in the process of redoing the rooms. Mine was all new hardwood floors and comfy beds. Definitely worth the money for a popular Summer destination.

Nice front desk person. Large Costco muffins for breakfast. The bedding appeared clean and the bed itself was reasonably comfortable: that's the good part and the reasons for a second star. Disgusting room and bathroom. There was evidence in room of recent "paid adult activities." There appeared to be blood stains on the carpet and the tub looked scary nasty. I would likely never stay there again, especially with my family.

Very nice view of snow clad mountains from our room. Unexpected surprise was our room which was bigger than anticipated. Tv was 43 inch Samsung which is also very nice. We went in December 2017 and heater was extremely well that we didn't notice of outside sub zero temperatures. Payless experience more.
