Excellent customer service and fair prices! We had room #26 and it was so roomy, almost like a suite. It had everything you might need, TV, small drip coffee maker, small refrigerator, shampoo/conditioner, blow dryer and a great AC. It was in an excellent location, close to Safeway and a block from Buzz Inn Steakhouse and Godfather’s pizza is just next door. Shopping is just a short drive away. It also had a pool!

Excellent rooms and service. In regards to the review about them stealing your deposit, this is false. They likely damaged the sheets, which cost upwards of $170 per bed, and this hotel does have housekeepers who cleaned my room quite well. The owners, Vishi and his wife (whose name I unfortunately did not get) were very friendly, and made me feel more welcome at their establishment than any other hotel I've been at in my entire life. As a person who travels quite frequently, their hospitality goes a long way, and given that their rooms are about 27% less expensive than their competitors, this is certainly worth considering. Furthermore, this hotel also sells rooms to adults over 18, instead of 21, as is often the case at many other hotels. The location was perfect in my case, as I was visiting leavenworth, which is just over 20 minutes away. I was able to find this hotel, which was 4x cheaper than those in leavenworth, and also had more availability. If you're stopping through Wenatchee, this is the most efficient hotel for you.

For the money it is not a bad place to stay. Everything was fairly clean with the exception of the floor was left my feet black. One of the amazing things was is the best toilet paper I’ve had this entire trip. If you’re expecting the Ritz this is not it but if you looking for a comfortable bed to sleep on, at the right price and a peaceful night this is the place.

Great owners good priced hotel with clean rooms. Do not violate non smoking rooms or dump coffee on the bed and you won't be charged for anything your deposit returned. Common sense. Thanks so much Vishi and Travel Lodge!

This place is worth the time I am taking to do this review. The room was very nice and provided us with what we were looking for, a one night family vacation! It was brief but enjoyable. Not to mention the front desk helped me tremendously, due to a strict budget. She was understanding and caring. Thanks to that kindness my bank was protected from overdraft. Thank you. I totally recommend this place!

Room was clean but outlets to use behind table next to bed was uncovered and light fixture in the bathroom was uncovered. Poor for breakfast. Only offered sack meal which included a muffin, apple and granola bar. No beverages except coffee, tea and water. Rates too high for the amount you paid. It was pet friendly but no place on premises to let your dog go potty. Had to take our dog across the street. The owners put pin rocks to replace grass. Yuck.

I'm not a huge Travelodge fan, but this place wasn't that bad. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The room had everything I could ask for, and most importantly, to me, the air conditioner worked perfectly! This location is centrally located to anything in the area, and many restaurants will deliver right to your room.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable...We will stay again while in that area...Friendly staff is a big plus as well...No issues with the deposit return ...For the price I would recommend this Travel lodge..Thankyou for a pleasant stay..We were in room 61 ...Food close by everything we needed while there over Christmas for family visit and a day in Leavenworth...For those people complaining about their deposit ...If you take a picture upon check in of sheets towels etc then on checkout more than likely you caused damage...These budget friendly motels have to be able to get damages covered ... I absolutely recommend this budget friendly clean comfortable place....

DONT STAY HERE! Just like all the other reviews here, THEY WILL STEAL your $100 deposit. DO NOT PAY CASH AND DISPUTE WITH YOUR BANK.There is no housekeeping. It is ran by a husband and rude wife and there is NO maintenance in the rooms very dirty, mold, no screens broken door. 0/10. Wife will sit and try to argue for hours very unprofessional

The room was nice. The heat/air-conditioning unit made a clicking sound about every 20 minutes that didn't help for restful sleep. Parking gets limited later slso

Great value! Our room was clean and the beds are comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were nice and clean too. It's a short walk to Albertsons and several restaurants. The room does have a fridge and a microwave and coffee pot. I would stay here again.

If I could leave no stars I would! My husband paid 200 dollars for a "jacuzzi" room for my birthday. There was rotting food in the microwave, the panel for the jacuzzi was lying on the floor and bugs were crawling, 2 to be exact on the tub! I went straight to the office and he said they were short staffed. So I replied, then how can you charge full price for a room that looks like it belongs on skidrow!? He said he would give us a 40% discount and when my husband checked us out he only gave him 20 dollars off.We had to leave and go find something to do until 7 o'clock that night until our room was suitable to use. Then when I turned the jacuzzi on yellow foam came out of the jets so we didn't even get to use what we paid for! SAVE YOURSELVES AND DON'T GET A ROOM HERE! PAY THE EXTRA 20-30 $ AND GET A DECENT ROOM SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

For starters the worker was really rude about us not having an id but we showed him a school I’d proving our real age and still wouldn’t let us get a hotel even after we paid and when we canceled it we only got half of the money back. We were also waiting for a ride to come pick us up and the worker from the front desk told us that we couldn’t be outside for too long and that it’s affecting his business by us just trying to find a ride so we can have somewhere to sleep at. I would recommend the red lion hotel or downtown inn.

Garbage was not emptied or beds made so I guess they came into the room to pick up the towel. They did not leave any more. The floor was sagging at the end of one of the beds. Room was clean.

Let me just start off by saying this has been the worst place I have ever been to. When we first walked in there was at least 20 bugs I killed and 30 more I missed or ran away. ONE OF THE BEDS WERE BROKEN. They had it up on a piece of woodand it kept on falling down which made my moms back hurt. The sheets were all stained up. We also asked to change rooms multiple times and they said that they'll do it and never did. And when we did ask him for stuff he would complain then I'd go and ask the house keeping he said he saw me through the cameras snooping through the housekeeping's carts and taking/stealing stuff from them though I would go straight to them to ask for whatever it is I needed. I also went to trade in my towels and he mentioned they were stained and next time he will charge me so I thanked him for not and went on my way, then a couple days later I went back in to trade my old ones in again and he gave us back our other ones from the other day and even told us it was our other ones and it makes me think that he nor his wife washed them. There was also only three or so rooms that has see through-ish curtains and we ended up in one of them. What was si bad about them was that HE WAS LOOKING INTO OUR ROOM and not just a little glance I mean straight up creepy watching what were doing looking type. So we asked why we got that he told us we just got the pet room because we brought our furry friends along. But he was just one of the nosiest people I've ever met or seen. He told us that he smelled smoke which turned out to be our gas can we brought in because we saw it was gonna be a little bit hotter the next few days. The wifi also really sucked and the phone in the room didn't work. In the morning we appreciated the muffins, gronola bars, and water bottles but in the morning I would like to get my moms and siblins coffee or tea and he would complain that I used too much sugar or tea packets and then just a few days later he'd stop putting out tea. I'm not saying its because of me, but if so then that would be really unproffesional. There was about twice where we were about half an hour late for the payment and we talked to his wife and she was alright with us and told us if we were a little bit late that would be ok , but within 10 minutes of us being late he was already bugging us although he knew we were trying really hard to get it. The last day we were there we were getting ready to leave and I accidentally closed the door forgetting that the key would expire and minute then so I ran up to the office hoping he'd rescan the card or whatever it is he would do or maybe let me use his card, but instead he persisted I got my mom so he could know if he would get his money. So I ran and got her and she said we had to leave because we couldn't afford to stay here and so we had to grab our thing out of the room still and we asked him if we could please just use his card becuase we were in a hurry and wanted to get out of there and he still said no. So we waited five good minutes until he finally got there to unlock the door and he waited outside of the door for us to get out. And him knowing that my moms a single mom and we couldn't afford to stay she asked if we could leave our other car there so she can grab her friend across the bridge and he could drive it back and he threated that if we didnt have it out of there withing 30 minutes he would tow it. So all in all, dont stay at this place. They charge as much as a nice place so really your just throwing your money away.

You at least get a bed, and a shower, and ac. But they pulled out their fire alarm in the room. Service was the bare minimum, are they at the desk? Answer was sometimes. They lock the door in the morning and lobby coffee/condiments was the worst I have experienced. But. Again, I had a bed, a shower, and ac.

This was a nice place to stay at. Owners are very pleasant and helpful. The pool was very refreshing when the temperature was 100+ the week I was there. I had a request for the lower floor when I booked and it was granted when I arrived. I would stay here again.

Dirtiest hotel I've ever seen. As soon as we walked in the room, smelled like smoke and had stains on everything. Carpet and bathroom was dirty. Our bathroom counter had some kind of liquid on it when we walked in. Worst of all is when we pulled the bed sheets back to check them out, they had hair all over them. I asked for new sheets and they had hair on them as well. The manager then took me to another room and told me to show him what I was finding. Again, pulled the sheets back and there it was, long black hair all over them. I got my money back and we left. Absolutely disgusting. They obviously don't wash their sheets very well. I don't recommend at all.

Great value! Room seemed a tad small to me but bed was clean and comfortable! I am missing my right leg (if you find one message me) and did not ask for any accomodations. With that in mind I do not know what they have for accomodations, but that tub had some great grip on the bottom! No fear of slipping and falling in the shower for me!! Will be back next time we're in the area! Excited to use the pool (was being painted during our stay) next time! Thank you!

The manager Vishi was very helpful when I arrived with the wrong reservation through Expedia. He walked me through the steps to cancel the reservation and what to do for a refund and on top of that gave us a room at the same price. Thank you Vishi for the great customer support.

Had a great visit for 3days in Wenatchee. Great location! Got to see lots of beautiful old cars cruisin the Avenue. Staff are super friendly & accommodating! Room was spotless & smelled clean. King bed very comfortable & clean bedding. Towels seemed brand new. Coffee machine, fridge, microwave & safe all in room. A/C worked great! We were VERY comfortable & had a great time! Also nice pool & hot tub! Fun fun fun!! Thank you so much! Will be back for sure!

Don't let the exterior of the hotel fool you! This is a very nice place. We had a hot tub room which was wonderful. No underlying odors no chemical smell to cover up odors either which I was surprised about considering the hot tub in the room. Bed very comfortable and the manager was very pleasant and helpful. I will say that at night it did get louder from the other occupants but you can't blame the hotel for that.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room was larger than most. Very nice! The Travel Lodge is a bit dated, but still very comfortable and there are a number of dining options within walking distance. Hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. We had a great stay even though my stay was on points for 2 nights!!

The room was huge and immaculately clean! We slept so well on the incredibly comfortable mattress! We opted for the whirlpool suite and we were impressed. We've never seen a tub that big before! Will definitely be staying here again.

Vishi the General Manager of the Wenatchee Washington site was very unprofessional when we asked to checkout early due to the room’s condition. It was both extremely unhygienic and outdated. All the outlets in the room could not hold any of our charging blocks and the basic lamps throughout the entire room all didn’t work. Then the bed was stained and all the pillows looked like they had tire marks covering them. He did not once apologize for the rooms condition and then after that he decided it was best to argue with us for 5 minutes about what we did was wrong and not going to him first with our complaints, rather than just booking a room at a new hotel. He refused to give us a refund due to us “being there for an entire day” when we had only checked in 5 hours before and been in the room for about 30 minutes in total. I will never book another room at any travel lodge locations if this is the type of customer service they have. Save yourself the extra 96$ and book at the Hilton hotel and save yourself this trouble.
