Ordered the salmon meal, which is 18 dollars and some change. Received a pathetic tiny portion of salmon that couldn't have been more than 4 Oz, the broccoli was warm but hard and essentially raw, and the lemon wedge (if you can call it that) didn't even produce 2 drops of lemon juice. My wife got the wings and not only has she 3 times been shorted a wing, but the last order was short AND the wings were TINY. If you're going to jack up the prices, don't skimp on the food. Harry J's in Moscow Mills offers salmon at the same price but it's almost the size of a rack of ribs!!!! And for 18 dollars. Because of this happening over and over and the prices going up and food quality going down, we won't be eating here any more, which is sad, because we ate here a lot.

Thank you for keeping your quality of product while retaining excellent service through COVID times. Excellent food and service both. Makes for a comfortable and pleasant dining experience. I noticed the sides have gotten cut back some but not to the extent they should be on the children's menu. It's actually a healthier portion to be honest 😉

I don't rate chains as 5 star, but this Applebee's was top for a chain. Every single dish we ordered was delicious! Wait staff was a bit slow getting started but once she finally got to us she was courteous and pleasant. Prices were above what I'm used to but I guess that's the new "normal." Restrooms nice and clean. Forgot to take more pics of dishes :(

Better service tonight than last visit. Two new $5 Drink Specials were tasty. My wife had French Onion Soup with Ceasar Salad and added Grilled Shrimp. I had Blackened Shrimp Alfredo Fettuccine. Two issues, dirty water Drink shown below and check figured wrong. We were charged for Crispy Shrimp that we did not order plus the Grilled Shrimp, easy to fix. Dirty water glass, hence the minus star.

Nice resturant, good service, great food, missed their special on boneless wings for $12.00 by one day, it was advertised so heavily but when I got a chance to go was told they ended it yesterday. Not a word advertised stopping the special not happy, But still saved the dinner with Festa Lime Chicken, was wonderful as always and wife's meal as well great.

Had the all-you-can-eat chicken wings and they were delicious (BBQ) the first plate was 10-12 pieces and the 2nd plate had 5-6 pieces and I couldn't eat them so I had lunch the next day. Service was good, food was good looking forward to going back.

The food was very good! Our servers were quite friendly and eager to please. More than one person was taking care of our table of 5 for lunch. We had an enjoyable time!

Staff is always nice. The food is decent, except for the 4 cheese mac and honey pepper chicken. That stuff is literally the best thing. Love getting it on my cheat day.

Had a late basketball game, and most of everything was closed but Applebee’s. Our waitress was Friendly and sweet, she had good recommendations and the food was hot and delicious especially with it being so close to closing time. Thank you Catilynn for the great, friendly Customer Service!

By far one of the best wentzville restaurant experiences since we have lived here for the last 5 years! Chris was the BEST waiter. So cool, accommodating, and related and interacted with our kids! He was awesome!

Door greeter flat affect, monotone almost turn you away from entering. Food was good. Waiter was very personable and professional. Took good care of the people at our table.

It's applebees. The food was average at best. The server was attentive. However, she brought me a burger with a plate full of fry stubs. The bottom of the bag stubs should be thrown away, not served to customers. After requesting proper frys, she brought some out. Honestly, the kitchen or server should have noticed without me having to say something.

Hate to do this, but dropping my review to 2 stars after my last 2 visits of consistent poor service, which has been subpar. Our last visit, we did not get drinks until AFTER the food came. Appetizer was quick, the chip refill took 20 minutes (came after our food). My husband did not get his food until we were nearly done with our meal (and considering it was the AYCE wing deal, that was pretty inconvenient). I assume the overall issue is staffing issues, which I understand is a struggle for so many places. But the situation can still be rectified with an apology or acknowledgement. It feels like poor service is just becoming acceptable now. ETA: I will be more than happy to talk further about the inattention of our past *several* visits. Will be in contact.

My mom and I eat lunch here at least once a week. Four stars were given for food because despite me speaking with the manager in training last week, no changes were made. I ordered a full strawberry chicken salad, and it was brought to my table drenched in dressing. There's no way I could bring half home that way, and so I asked them to remake it. Before leaving, I spoke to the manager in training about that and the excessive amount of calories it adds to a salad besides. I told him they should never put dressing on those large pricey salads. Instead, they need to ask the customer if they'd prefer their dressing on the side. He said he'd address the issue. We were there again today, and the same thing happened. So I hope they see this and finally do something about it. It's been a long time since I've been to any restaurant that doesn't put dressings on the side. And because it's what most people are used to, I'm thinking Applebees might want to concern itself more with its bottom line. Throwing away salad doesn't seem like the wiser alternative.

The food (a hamburger) was one of the best i have ever had. Beautiful presented and juicy The French fries were seasoned just right and crispy.. I was absolutely pleased in On another trip I had the double crunch shrimp. Outstanding- shrimp were tender, large, and I got a large amount of shrimp sauce, Cole slaw, a delicious French fries. All were served in more than generous amounts. The server was attentive and efficient. I loved my experiene.

Our server Alexia was amazing and did an awesome job. We came in on Halloween and she still had an awesome attitude and gave us excellent service. Our food came out fast and she had such a friendly and bubbly personality. We will definitely be coming back to see her :)

We love this place but they must have a new cook. The fries, boneless hot wings and chicken tenders on the pasta were all so hard we couldn't eat them. Our waitress was great considering how busy it was at such and off time and she was the only waitress dealing with all the tables. They took the wings off our bill since over half were left on the plate and gave us a free dessert which wasn't expected but greatly appreciated nonetheless. This won't stop us from going there. Hopefully next time we can give them glowing praise as usual.

We were seated upon arrival,2 adults, and 3 children, but no one came to take our drink or food order. After 15-20 minute's we got up and walked out. Plenty of servers standing around the desk up front and by the bar. Life is too short for this treatment. We won't be back!

Everything was great. The host was polite and courteous. The waitress was sweet and courteous. Very professional. The food was very good. Would definitely come back.

The Cajun blackened chicken and shrimp was delicious. Our server Anita was very nice.

Burger was dripping grease. Service could not have been worse. I will not return. The O'Fallon Applebee's is outstanding.

Went out with my hubby and parents. Brooklyn waited on us and did a great job. Food came out hot and correct. Great deal of adding on a dozen fried shrimp for only $1. Also had a draft beer that was nice and cold. Positive experience, will go back.

We had the privilege of having server, Johnathan last night, and had to brag on his multitasking, attention to detail, and also dealing with some customers that may have been quite difficult… He put a smile on his face and went out of his way to make our dining experience wonderful! The ribs were St.Louis style as I was expecting. Side mac and cheese was made with bechamel. Dessert was definitely portioned for two!

This is our go-to cheap date restaurant. Food is always good & consistent, and the tapped beer is always fresh. By the way, bring back the Tank 7! That was delicious.

We had two bourbon burgers. The sauce smothered the burger and was overly strong. I have had this in the past and was great, not so much this time. It waitress was great even though she had a 20 top.

Went to Applebees for dinner and noticed waitress carrying a bucket of water around. After being seated, found out that they were using old dirty water to clean the tables. That explains why the table felt sticky. During dinner, used salt but nothing came out. I found that the salt was a wet and sold. Asked for another, it was the same way. Last time for us to visit this place.

The food was good but I gave 4 stars since I was given green beans instead of mashed potatoes and a staff member was rude. I placed a to go order and went Inside to pickup my order. I arrived around 5:44 and paid for my order. My order pickup time was 5:43 and I asked around 6 if my order was ready and was snapped at by a staff member and informed I would be notified when it was ready and there were 15 orders ahead of mine. So rude.

It was one of the first places to allow"dine-in" and the group of workers really showed how happy they were to be waiting and serving customers again with their attention to hospitality and covid concerns. But I have to admit that Applebee's biggest accolade is for the way they welcomed our seniors back in to a place where they could feel comfortable and normal again. Great place overall!

Mashed potatoes and onions were good on my bourbon shrimp and chicken but the shrimp and chicken was gritty and had way too much garlic. So much so I finished both of my waters and was still waiting for another refill that never came.

Food was pretty good. Waitress was nice. The host really needs to work on being more friendly and polite.

Loved kortney our server. such a sweet girl. Also, not gonna lie I gave up on applebees after going to the bridgeton location many times and being unhappy, but was invited to dinner with some friends in wentzville and my mind was changed. The food was perfect! Not to mention they are one of the only places that have my favorite alcoholic beverage, peach sangria!!!! Oh ya!!! And dont forget about their dollar margaritas for happy hour!

Easily one of the best calzones I have ever had. You can customize for free and the people are extremely nice and welcoming. The drinks are unique and the food is made fresh. Highly recommend.
