“It’s been a long time since I’ve left a restaurant this satisfied,” said my friend when leaving this fine establishment. I knew from the moment that I heard the name, “Pizza Ranch,” sung by a heavenly choir as it hit my ears, that this restaurant would be nothing but highest tier. If I could rate this restaurant over 5 stars, I would without hesitation. I was completely awestruck upon walking in, something this perfect could only be created by God himself. I had to pinch myself to make sure that I was actually witnessing the pinnacle of culinary cuisines. The front door man was like an angel from god, he taught me more about life than any amount of schooling could ever do for a man. The seats were made of clouds. The entire establishment appeared as though it was illuminated by the lights of heaven itself. Mere mortals are not worthy of something of this caliber. Deserves nothing less than every Michelin star that it can earn. Be wary when choosing this place to dine, because you will come out a completely changed person, questioning all of life itself.

I have been to a few other locations, but first time at this one. The selection of pizzas was good and the chicken was good and the sides are all okay everything was nice and warm or hot. A little issue with seating cuz there was only 5 to see tables available in the whole restaurant and four were taken already and everything else was larger four or six people tables which of course for one person no sense being a hog. But I guess they get more larger groups in there than single people. Good idea having a party room and also 2 community rooms for businesses to use for meetings and luncheons. The washrooms are also a very clean. At this location there is a fun zone arcade for the kids.

Went w/family whom all got buffet! Didn't feel like Pizza that night & had not been there b/4. It was Thursday 5/19/2022 place was not busy. I wasn't in mood for Pizza - saw they had fried chicken on menu so I ordered 2 piece chicken dinner time was 4:55pm and was handed a buzzer. At 5:40pm I inquired to my order - as my family had buffet and were done eating and ready to go! A very rude cashier advised me prior to me placing my 2 piece fried chicken order they had received an order for 125 piece fried chicken order! ( would have been nice to been advised of this! Would have just got buffet ) So I asked very rude cashier if I could change my order to buffet! Well then she had to go find a supervisor to ask which took another 10 minutes. She then advised me she would have to refund me and recharge me for buffet! At this point I said just forget it and give me my money back as my family was finished eating and ready to go! Very bad customer service!!!!!! Wont go back!!!!!

We have been here twice now and had a great experience both times. The first time was just to try it since we had just moved out to Wentzville but the second time was for my daughter's birthday. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It's also a great place for a party. Even though it was busy both times, food was still coming out with immense speed and there was a great variety. My daughter ended up hitting the jackpot on one of the games so she was extremely excited about that especially it being on her birthday. We are definitely happy to live so close and able to go back whenever we want. Hopefully next time I'll be able to play some games myself instead of watching my kids and my husband play though 😂

Reviews should be based on the genre and class the location aligns with not some ideal or disjointed other. You don't compare a four course Italian with street tacos or an intimate coffee house with Golden Corral and Pizza Ranch is very much in the Golden Corral vein if Golden Corral really cared about service, execution and value. Is this the best pizza I've ever had, no but this is far far from Cici's and was quite enjoyable and if I was 8 it would be my go to restaurant. The pizza is the star and you have lots of options all of which you can have made your way with four different crusts all of which are not bad. The backup country food is surprisingly solid, the fried potato chips are the best I have had in fast food, the stuffing and gravy is ok leaning to good. The chicken is ok but honestly is something I expected more from and was a letdown in terms of spice and texture. The soda is old school top quality and one shouldn't get excited about candy water but it is such a rare sight and there was no attempt to water it down that it is worth a comment in a world full of 1001 possible mixes freestyle machines where everything tastes bad. The service was great but would advise coming as soon as they open, the location gets hectic fast and nothing is better that fresh hot pizza. The decor is ok and was designed minimally with a western trope for children so what can you really say. All in all for this genre and style it punched well above its class and we would return; honestly not just us but any fundraiser or child team outing would be perfect. If anything the real question is how long can they keep this up before quality wanings and this becomes just one more sad cash grab buffet? Until then ..... Enjoy!

Great customer service! Oddly enough we heard the chicken was good.....the chicken was phenomenal! We tried two different pizza’s - The Bronco (all meats) with stuffed crust, and Alfredo with chicken and bacon (pan crust). We also had breadsticks. The pizza’s were both pretty good for buffet pizza. Would we go there again? Sure. We like to try the different pizza places and some we certainly won’t return to....but this one will be added to our approved list.

It's no Pizza Street. Pizza is ok. I wouldn't ever order it to go or delivery, much better options for that. People say the chicken is great but I've never tried it. My kid likes to go and then play in the arcade. Unfortunately most of the arcade games were out of order. The staff is normally very polite and quick to clear tables. One soda machine was down so huge line to get drinks, they couldn't keep ice in there either so no cold drink. I'm sure we'll be back and hopefully have a little better experience.

Love this place just have different things each time. One time its fish another pasta. Wish on there website they would put today's bar items.

Pizza Ranch has always a good selection of pizzas, or you could build your own. For $10 you can get all you can eat pizza and a drink and they even have dessert.

The place is clean inside. But way too many people touching the same pizza spatulas coughing all over not the right time for this place to be open with covid. I actually walked out

Had such a great experience with this Pizza ranch. In a time of low employment and lowering standards. This place was doing really well. All the employees were super friendly and you can tell they were working hard not just sitting back and being lazy. Food was so good. The place was very clean. My kids had a lot of fun in the arcade. It was a good time all around.

They have all the basic pizzas and plenty of specialty pizzas, good fried chicken, nice salad bar, soups, if they dont have the pizza you want on the bar you ask for it, they make it, and make sure you get as many slices of that pizza before putting it on the bar. Great for the price!

The food is pretty good, but my attention was on the arcade which I didn't even know was there until I went in the restaurant

I am just in love with this place!! Such friendly people, great food, And love the selection of music. All Christian based. This was our second time. I can't wait to come back. Only problem I had was the chicken was so delicious I couldn't stop eating it... May not be fitting into my Sunday Best on Sunday 😁 And the young man with ponytail, Was sweet as pie and even came over to check on us and how we were liking the pizza. Great service👏 oh just one more thing, thank yall for having clean bathrooms. And for the guy with the ponytail, for making a way for me to give a tip when I didn't have cash on me. I let him know when I first got there and paid and and he called his manager and they were able to put it on my card. Great place for sure!!

This was our first time here- and it was very nice! We usually don’t do buffet style restaurants but everything was very clean and nice. Plus it’s like a mini arcade for the kiddos which was awesome and super reasonably priced! The manager did table checks and made sure everyone was taken care of. Will be back!

I am from out of state and travel work. Anytime I am somewhere that has a Pizza Ranch I try ro eat there. The fried chicken is always fresh and juicy. The mashed potatoes and other sides are tasty too. My boyfriend loves the pizza and cheese bread. They also have a decent salad bar as well a few yummy dessert options including some sort of apple cinnamon pizza and soft serve. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stop! I highly recommend this place. I’ve ate at Pizza Ranches before but this was the best experience so far. Pizza was great and the chicken was amazing! Had 3 pieces of chicken, 10 slices of pizza (1 dessert slice that was good), and a soda for $13-14. Can’t beat that. Plus they had a Fun-zone arcade which my son loved. Spent $5 for 20 credits. It goes on a little card that’s easy to use and tracts your tickets. Most games were 2 credits to play. And the small prizes were solid for not many tickets. I will be back again! Try it out!

We’ve been a few times since moving to the area a couple months ago, the kids and I love it! Everyone’s very friendly, the pizza is quite good, and there is a great variety! The kids also love the arcade! Today they were absolutely packed for lunch and they never ran out of anything that I saw! Very impressed and have 2 happy kids!

I came in with my 2 young children for the first time today and we were very impressed. All of the food was fresh and delicious. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because when we left to get dessert, we filled our drinks and dropped them off at the table first and when we got back the totally cleaned our table and took our drinks and everything. As a single mom with 2 young ones I can't just leave them at the table by themselves to get more drinks so we all had to get back up, ask for more cups and get drinks again before we could eat dessert. Everything else was wonderful

I have nothing negative to say about Pizza Ranch other than one time getting undercooked chips,no harm no foul I ate the amazing wedges instead. Best regular fried chicken out there when fresh, which normally it is very. Arcade is way too easy to spend money on, and it has higher level games for adults as well. I just wish there was one in North County closer to home.

I ordered through Uber Eats and cannot vouch for the service itself (although I've heard the service is great). The food, though, was fantastic. I got a 2-piece chicken meal with mashed potatoes and a biscuit. Everything had a really good flavor and was hot when it arrived. This might be some of the best chicken I've had behind one or two other well known chicken joints in the area. I haven't had the pizza yet, but that is definitely on my list.

If you want to spend $18 to fight for pizza, then its great. The salad bar was very basic and rather small for dinner. They had ice cream and some other random dessert type items as well. But overall the main thing was that for dinner there wasn't nearly enough pizzas coming out making a lot of people just stand around and wait for them to drop. Pretty disappointing. If it was like Cicis or pizza street and it was $5 I wouldn't care one but. But for nearly 4x that price it is truly less than optimal. Maybe we went at a bad time or something but it was terrible. It was $50 for three adults, one senior discount and I can say it's definitely not worth that. The prizes in the arcade were haunted. So I give it 2 stars.

Unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience here. Drove a hour away to come here to eat and have a nice meal. When we got there we got our drinks and went to go get our food expect there wasn’t any food to eat. Hardly any pizza, some chicken, no biscuits, green beans were almost empty and looked old. The only thing that seemed to be full was the chicken. Mashed potatoes were very cold. I have no idea where was the management but wow this was poor to call a buffet. We had to wait and wait till food came out. Table of 8 and other people in the restaurant waiting for food! I even heard another customer say there wasn’t any ranch, it was empty. For the price they charge for an adult and all your kids you end up paying a decent amount. To drive a long way, pay a good amount just to get hardly any food, what I got was old/cold other than the chicken. I was hoping for a better experience!

Haven't been to a place like this in a while. Was thrilled to see that you could have a pizza made for you. You can put whatever you like on it and they put it out on the buffet for others to taste your creation. So cool!

The kids always have a great time trying new pizzas and of course really enjoy the arcade! There were quite a few machines out of service when we went which was kind of lame. They also put us in a party room, which had way too many tables and was very cramped.... So maybe request not being in one of those if you can.

Decent prices, food is awesome. A good family buffet. There's enough variety that it doesn't have to be just pizza. My kids love it. And they have a cool arcade! They use their AC during the summer unlike Golden Corral. We'll definitely be back! I would recommend, at least here I felt like we got out money's worth.

This is the 6th time ive been in here. I hate leaving bad reviews but The service is decent but every single time the pizza is half cooked and the dough isnt hardly cooked at all not to mention the cheese has never been fully melted. The desert pizza was the same way. Not to mention the bathrooms are nasty as well. I am very disappointed and may not be back after this.

The service in the food area was great! The attendant that got our prizes was more worried about something on her phone than us there. She wasn’t happy to see us nor seemed like she wanted to be there. The food was okay. Chicken was the best option and some of the pizza was definitely sitting out too long and was hard. They also didn’t have pepperoni pizza which was disheartening as that’s my sons favorite pizza.

Its an okay place to eat pizza. They weren't enforcing everyone to sanitize their hands with each bar visit. People were walking up after eating without at least sanitizing.

Always exceeds expectations. Chicken salad is rocking, perfect desserts, and amazing options on pizzas like stuffed crust allows you to get quality and quantity for a great price! I am not sure how they do it. By far my favorite restaurant. I went in not getting the rewards card because I thought it was just a pizzastreet. I was wrong and have since signed up and keep coming back. Also worth a note that they are the cleanest buffet I have ever been to by far. I would give 10 out of 5 stars if I could. You have to try it to see.

THIS PLACE IS POSSIBLY MY NEW FAV RESTAURANT! I usually do NOT LIKE american dining food- typically a last choice. Went here with family and discovered they had gluten free pizza so I ordered a Garlic Cheese. For all you g-free folks out there- this absoultely compares to cheesy bread from little ceasars (I haven't had it since being g-free 9 years ago but I remember LC cheesy bread was the best.) This Garlic Cheese G-Free PIZZA IS AMAZZZZZZZZZING!!! Pizza ranch has the best fried chicken I have ever tasted. It is so flavorful and perfectly seasoned. I usually think fried chicken is kind of gross but this was amazing! Also they have ice cream which is always a nice dessert. I have had other g-free pizza and this is the absolute best no competition. Other decent g-free pizza tastes is blown out of the water by Pizza Ranch g-free pizza. Lastly, the staff are so professional and welcoming. I love supporting a Christian business! <3

It was clean and the buffet was well stocked. One shouldn't expect a gourmet meal when they eat there, but the rather average quality of the food, was made up for, by the variety of the offerings. In my opinion, it could have been named the Chicken Ranch, because their fried chicken was the best thing that I ate there. I'll be going back again when I'm in the area

Great Pizza and Chicken and they also had soft serve ice cream! Multiple staff behind every section of the buffet to clean, answer questions and even take special pizza requests. Arcade had a wide array of games. Very friendly customer service and clean facility. Fantastic experience all the way around.

If you are looking for pizza in abundance that is tasty this is the place. Staff gets an A+ too.

Great experience here, even during the pandemic. All servers are masked at all times. Guests wear masks anytime they are not at their table. Number of tables has been reduced. Food was good. Service was good. What more could you ask for!

Attended a birthday party here. The food was of good quality, the salad bar was full, and they take requests for special pizzas. Very nice experience.

Not I'm pressed biscuits were burnt. Not a huge variety of pizzas. Coke was way too sweet. The napkins on our table smelled like mildew. It was awful as I wiped my face with them.. The chicken was pretty good. Was not worth $12.79

Pretty good food. Price wasn’t bad. The only negative was the guy taking the money at the front looked like he did not want to be there. The manager gave my 5 yr old a 5 dollar gift card to the arcade which was awesome and he enjoyed. For that reason alone my family and I will be back.

My boyfriend and I have been twice to the Wentzville location and we love it!! Everything tastes fresh, and the environment is kept clean. The employees are good about collecting plates from tables, and are very friendly (especially the manager gentleman). If you think it's "just another Pizza Street" then you are terribly mistaken. Pizza Ranch is a thousand times better than PS ever was.

Had my son's 2nd birthday party there for the 2nd year in a row. Everything felt rushed. The owner came in and threatened to withhold our deposit if the bubble machine affected the wall paint. Nothing can be taped or thumbed to walls per policy, understood, so we made poster boards and used bubble machine to make the room festive for the party. I informed the bubble solution is simply water and soap and doesn't affect paint at home.💁 She returns about 45 mins into the party to says there are too many other customers waiting to eat so they were going to cut our room size in half so other customers could dine in our reserved space. We didn't kick up too much dirt about the situation but the more I think about it, the more offensive it became. I could go into all of the reasons but if you were in the same position what would you feel like? We typically enjoy our time there so I don't think it's something that will never make us return but this visit's experience needed to be mentioned for anyone planning to book in the future.

We arrived late hoping that we could eat with our Football teammates. When we got there, they snuck out, so my friend and I ate a whole buffet meal within three minutes, then left, and made it to walk-throughs on time.

Great food at a good price. Killer fried chicken and dessert pizzas along with numerous pizza choices.

Anytime I get to go to a pizza ranch I do it !! Always great service, great fresh food and all kinds of things to eat and do for the kids. Highly recommend.
