Never have chicken available no matter what time you go. It's like this is a Chicken place, how can you not have chicken ready. Then I get my chicken and it's either undercooked or so greasy you can't even taste the chicken. The mashed potatoes is old and clumpy. And they never give out napkins or utensils. What am I supposed to eat my sides with?! Management needs to train their employees better no excuses especially with the inflation.

The chicken was flavorless and when I got home the lemonade had been opened. I called the stores number and no one ever answered the phone. I tried to do the survey and it would not let me saying I had completed it already. What a waste of money!

Counter people were friendly efficient. Food was okay. The place was just nasty. Floors, tables and even the windows. Very disappointing.

The food is always fresh and tasty. It seems like they have a new manager every time i visit and I have yet to see happy employees. Their customer connections are plain if there at all. No smiles or friendliness as if they are not getting paid enough or not coached into creating a customer friendly atmosphere. I think Church's goes through employees like they cook chicken and they are unhappy because they aren't ready to fill the roles they are forced to fill for the same reason.. someone has to do it so they promote people who have not been there long enough to learn the role so they are just plain unhappy and that reflects and rubs off on the rest of the team. This location is very clean 9/10 times but is also rarely occupied by customers. Most of the business is either carry out or drive thru. Sorry

It was six a clock and everything was off. The speaker of the drive thru didn't work. they never have chicken ready and they said there was a 15 min waiting to which we agree and we end up waiting and hour. Worst customer service and rude never going back

Incompetent. They're unable to fill orders correctly. It says a lot about management at this location that they can't make sure the employees fill the orders correctly. It had been awhile since I had been to this location. I usually go to the one next to Little Caesars because they rarely mess up the order plus they're friendlier.

Stopped by for some chicken at about 8 pm. This place looks as though it's closed. Looks like no one's even working it's dark in their parking lot. Can't post pictures?!?

Ent through the drive thru right after church. The speaker was out of order so we had to order directly at the window. 5 cars in front, we finally came to the window to order. Ordered a family meal and was told the white meat would be 7-10 minutes. This location never has white meat available. Left to KFC!

Just picked up an order kid at the window was poorly trained or just did not care. Asked for fresh chicken at drive thru got very dry old chicken. Forgot to give me one of my drinks. Ordered a 5piece tender got less Than half cup of gravy. Try to google their phone number and of the 3 church's in weslaco Texas that one dies not have a phone number listed. One by Walmart supercenter. I love their chicken but they don't love thier customers. Do better Church's

I understand certain items take longer to make, and that their excuse is that it's always slow, I ordered a chicken fried steak after waiting 15 min, and being the one there, they still forgot my mash and gravy. I'm doing this review because I'm tired of them not just for the wait but for not having your basic chicken. I decided to go again this time waiting 3 min at the drive thru just to be told to wait longer. After placing my order I'm told they only have chicken legs , so ordered that, then once at the window told they only had chicken thighs. Spoke with the manager who just seemed to make the situation more fustrating. From service to management I highly recommend you go somewhere else.
