Well, I came back and tried the Meatball Calzone. I was not a fan at all. I only tried because the gentleman recommended it to me and made it sound delish, but it was a flop for me was too dry, somewhat overcooked bread was hard. Still needed cheese on it. I wouldn't spend my money on this again for $12.00 just the calzone, and for the price, it's totally NOT worth it, I will stick to the sandwiches instead. To give you an example, of the calzone it is like a pizza folded in half but with fewer ingredients and for a couple of halves of meatballs, and whatever amount they put for the cheese is NOT worth your money. Stick to the sandwiches. They are good, but pizza and Calzones is a NO from me. Picture of calzone is there so don't let the presintation fool you nor the taste meh!.

The staff are friendly and helpful! There is a nice waiting area to sit. I was dissatisfied with rude guy at the Edinburg location. Do not have to suffer through that anymore. Our new favorite location! Keep the great food coming y’all!

Food and service were ok they only use sourdough bread also the cinnamon rolls were good👍

It's new in town and I've never been there before but now that I have, my impression is less than stellar. The first time I went, the supreme pizza was undercooked. Even the green bell peppers were still crunchy and the cheese in places wasn't even melted. I was also surprised how stingy the chef was with the veggies. The tomato basil soup I ordered was room-temperature yet tasty. I then gave it another chance 2 days later and ordered a turkey bacon sandwich. When I got home to eat it, I discovered that the bottom bun was quite hard and dry. Whaaa?! This quality for over $10 for the combo?! Bruh. Please be more mindful of quality control. I posted pics of the pizza but forgot to snap one of the sandwich.

Got turkey giant. Big sandwich. It taste great and was very fast to bring it to me. Great staff.

I had not had Schlotzsky's in over 15 yrs. (They got rid of the one in my hometown.) So, when I took my first bite it was like a time warp for half a second. My grandma used to go with us to Schlotzsky's whenever she would come down from Michigan. Today, the sandwich and the service was perfect and I am glad I went to this restaurant to get dinner tonight. It was good. Sandwiches are big. Restaurant is clean

Visited twice this week during lunch, busy, but promptly took our orders and didn't wait long for food to come out. The food was fresh and good. It's worth every penny. The service was great!

Love Schlotzsky´s in general - have loved those phenomenal sandwiches since my first one thirty years ago. This store in Weslaco is one I visit every week. Though the drive-through service is efficient and fast, I like to eat inside. The dining room is huge and clean with big TV´s and a comfortable, inviting atmosphere. The staff have always been exceptionally kind and go out of their way to make everything about being there as enjoyable as they can.

My complaint is really only about the food. It tastes fine but the sandwiches do not look like the pictures. They were very thin on the meat where normally they use to collapse with the amount of stuff in them. At first one would say I’m judging too harshly but this is the second time this has happened.
