We always love it.. The Price Is Awesome. The owners are very polite and accommodating. Remodeled very Tastefully we always stay here and have for the past 10 years at least two or three times a year hope to retire here in 5 years

Very Badd customer service. We got to the Room and there was roaches in the restroom. The lady in the front wasn't very disrespectful and kick me out and told me to leave because she didn't want me staying there. Very racist. She didn't want me to get a cup of coffee in the morning because she said that we had to pay when she said it was free

Walked in and the lady in the front was very rude and told us to hurry up because she was on a phone call?? Once I told her that she was being rude because we were here to rent a room, she got very defensive and threatened that if her husband was there we wouldn’t get to rent a room. Whatever, sucked it up paid the 60+$ and left to the room. Walked in and saw the walls were full of holes, and the musky smell was too much; turned around and walked right out. Gave back the key, didn’t even care that it was already paid for. Lowest of the low type of place, oh well what can you expect from a place called Vali-Ho motel lol.

This place is very quiet and at a reasonable price, and very good clean rooms and very comfortable beds. I was living there for a week. Just in one room, but that room was a very good one . Maybe they are all like that.

DO NOT stay here! The pictures listed are deceiving. I booked this room through a major booking site that I use often. I needed a quick room that was inexpensive. When I arrived and tried to enter the lobby, the gentleman pointed me to a window. It was a drive-up window. I have never booked a place that has a drive-thru window. I drove around the property and saw boards had been nailed to the bottom of some of the doors. The pool had been drained and was being used to store old chairs and furniture. I immediately told the gentleman in the window that I didn't feel safe. He said, "Then cancel the room." Of course, when the booking company called to cancel, this place refused to refund my money. This place is unsavory and definitely not a place anyone would want to stay. When I asked if he was the owner, he said I didn't need that information. STAY AWAY!

Run for the hills! I honestly do not know how this place is still in business and am in disbelief that third parties even assist with thier bookings. Everything is falsely advertised! I assisted my elderly parents in booking a room and just because my mom had stayed here a few years prior (which i did not know) and asked the person assisting her if they still had cockroaches, he got so offended and told them to leave and that he was not going to give them a room and did not refund our money back either after having paid $600 through a third-party site. I completely get that there are policys and it stated non-refundable, but this is just WRONG!!! All over a simple question! Normally i read reviews and make them myself, and this time I went off of the star rating which was an 8 out of 10, boy do i kick myself in the butt for not reading further into it. Serves me better for the next time. OH and they do still have roaches, my parents drove by a couple days later and the white exterminator truck was outside, good luck ridding those.

Where shall I start. This place a dump. OYO franchise name is a joke. Room were very outdated and office is very old and feels like dump. Shame any franchise would put their label on motel like this. Wouldn’t recommend.

This property is very old mom and pop type hotel. Outdated rooms and very small. Check in is thru a small window. Don’t recommend

We've been coming here for years. It's not fancy or new, but it is a low-keyed place where locals come for coffee or breakfast. The Vali Ho is reasonably priced and and consistently good.
