Very beautiful place and location to shop, eat and to have fun in Wesley Chapel, Florida! Weather was not have cooperating but I bet with the sun out, it is a great time to do everything! Variety of food options in the food court, with multiple brands of clothing and shoes. Great prices in stores with some great deals and some not so great. The fountain and bridge adds something unique and new to this place. Great place to stop to eat while shopping!

It's overcrowded but it does put a lot of places in one spot. The place is well maintained. The parking lot could be more efficient. I'd hope the stores were better priced - it's supposed to be an "outlet," but they don't control what stores are selling things for.

Great selection of stores... something for everyone

My family had to visit this outlet due to American Airlines loosing my sister’s luggage. Its a nice outlet from my opinion of outlets in the mid Atlantic area. My sister went to Nike, under amrour, converse, polo, coach, forever 21, and Calvin Klein. Great deals plus they offered military discounts which is great because my uncle served in the military. Food good deals at the Nike store and under armour. My dad even got some mango drink which made him super happy. Restrooms- please note the restrooms are located in multiple spots but I missed the main one in the market hall. I think better signage would of helped a person like myself being a tourist. Overall, it was a good experience of a typical outlet spot!

Superb Outdoor Mall The Tampa Premium Outlets are a wonderful place to shop and enjoy an afternoon or evening. There are a variety of shops with a broad range of appeal. The mall seems safe and is very clean. There is plenty of parking at must times. The location is ready to get to. At the center of the mall is a beautiful water feature with chairs around it for pale to sit and enjoy. Most of the stores have good prices. There is a nice variety of restaurants near by.

A complex to spend time between shopping for discounts and food. It has a fountain. It contains several brands: Calvin Klein, Tommy, Guess, Michael Kors, Coach, Adidas, Polo, etc.. but it needs to add Tory Burch.

Pretty good shopping center. It is pretty big, but is organized so that you can go in a circle, not miss any stores, and also not get lost. I really appreciated that. The deals were just okay, nothing crazy and I didn't buy much. The traffic in this area is pretty crazy. Parking lot was pretty full, so you will likely have to walk quite a bit to get to the stores, and then lots of walking to see it all. But if it's a nice day like today it was a treat coming here. FYI, the walkways between stores are mostly uncovered open air sidewalks... so don't plan to come here when it's raining unless you want to get wet.

Like this Premium Outlets better than the Kissimmee/Orlando outlets. Seems a bit more spacious, cleaner. (The exit could be better designed though). The deals here are amazing!!! Nice place to get out & walk. Take my wife & daughters here often.

Very clean. Pleasant. Usual set of shops. Nice layout with water pond at the center. It can get very busy. Many promotions- check before you go. Food offering is limited. Good layout. When it is busy, the roads get very clogged! Bring some time. This is not one of those mega outlets, but I found it big enough to spend too much money.

This Place is Really cool! It has every Name Brand Store Imaginable. Lol. The outdoor mall is so big that every time I go I forget where I park my car.. lol😂 the reason why I go there is because they have my favorite Stores and Clothes. Seriously! They have everything. And it’s a good place to go shopping for Christmas as well. They have all the Name Brand stuff that makes good Presents for people during the Holidays. However I love to shop for myself and for people as well. Good place to just go in and out of Stores and find stuff.

It's such a nice outlet mall to walk around, even with your family. They have great food at the food court and a playground. A yummy chocolate shop for treats and even an Auntie Anne's.1

Great place over all. Very similar shops to every other Simon outlet out there so you know what's available before you even come. Open outdoor shopping but plenty of cover in case of inclement weather.

This draws people from all over Tampa Bay, and unless you're heading over to Ellenton ( Just over the Sunshine Skyway), this is the place to visit. It's well-kept, and the roof design allows plenty of shade on a sunny day. Great selection of stores AND additional resources on the doorstep, like AtHome, Costco, HomeGoods across the street, and much more. Traffic can get busy, but made easier with the recent interstate junction improvements. Plenty of our clients choose to live in the local area as it's all so new and fresh, convenient, and out of storm evacuation areas.

So many stores and lots of places to eat with canopy shaded areas that have cushioned grounds. Pretty cool. Great place to bring the kids. Little train for them to ride in and rental buggy's if the kids get tired of walking.

This is a wonderful place to find brands that could otherwise be very expensive. Michael Kors, Forever 21, Basics and others are just some of the brands that you can find here. There is something for every taste, and I recommend spending a full day here with the family for extra fun! Seriously, is a must stop if you are near the Tampa Area. You won't regret it

The food court has yummy treats. Not all stores are outlets like Bath and Body Works. Some stores have upto 40% off. So is kinda same pricing. Some stores have a nice lay out like the Turtle.

Very nice place, a little confusing with the road construction when you're heading South from 75, but once you actually find the mall it's very nice. Bathrooms needed attention desperately, but they were closing in 2 hours, so maybe that's why.

Nice shopping outlet. There are several brand shops available here such as Gap, Aeropostale, NY and company, bath n body works, Tommy Hilfiger, carters, guess, Michael Kors, Saks fifth Ave, etc. There are public restrooms, vending machines, food court, ice cream shops, Starbucks available here. There is small play area for kids which is closed currently due to pandemic, train ride for infants n small kids, and toy vehicles at some places within the outlet. The food court has only few options. There is open area with a display pool and water fountain in front of food court. Most of the other part is covered. There is a lot of seating benches available throughout the mall. Plenty of parking area too. Clean n well maintained.

Nice outlet mall. It's an outdoor mall so be prepared to walk in the heat, rain, etc to get from store to store. Decent selection of stores and in a very nice area with lots of other restaurants and shopping nearby.

Totally packed on Black Friday. Took an hour to park.... Lots of cool stores with helpful staff. The Market Hall was jammed with folks enjoying themselves watching the four TV screens showing both American and European football. Lots of food choises and every kind of store to shop in. Many stores had added security and delayed lines to get in.

Tampa Outlet Mall is one of the best in Tampa. Conveniently located in Lutz FL, it has many stores that are a good choice if you are looking for footwear, clothes, jewelry. The outlet has also a lot of good selections of restaurants nearby. The store always have some discounts that can assist in these moments that inflation is so high.

An outstanding outlet mall near Tampa. Very well organized. Very bright, clean, easy to navigate, and welcoming. Easy and spacious parking lots. Maps strategically placed to easily locate your favorite stores. A food court is available. Lots of restrooms are conveniently located throughout. Most stores offer sales and specials. Definately worth a visit. You will not be disappointed.

Tampa Premium Outlets has great ambiance , though they dont have much luxury brands compared to Orlando but they have Sask 5th , Marc Jacob and their restrooms are very clean.

A beautiful place with great stores and good deals. Less busier than Orlando's outlet. Ample parking available. It seems that you can get slightly better prices. At least I ended up buying more items there from same stores that I have visited in the Orlando ones.

Ordered two pairs of adidas shoes, and delivered only one pair. Saying the order is been delivered. When tried to google their customer service number, they don’t have any. Except an email. So shooted an email agent told me she will look in to the matter and get back to me,2-3 days, after 7 days I emailed them again, and agent gave me a call back, saying it’s back ordered and will b dispatched soon. They will get in touch with the outlet retail store. And dispatch it as soon as possible when I asked while booking it showed only 3-5 days of shipping,,they said it happens. So waited another 1-2 days and they said they had cancelled the order. And updates. I told them I would need two pairs but they cancelled it. Without asking . Anyways now If I see in adidas outlet store they said they have it. Means this shop premium outlets, been rude. And dint communicated with them. And lying to me. Pathetic customer service, never buy with these third party vendors.

I recently explored the premium outlet mall and was impressed by the diverse selection of top-notch brands offering discounted prices. The ambiance was lively, and the staff provided excellent assistance. Overall, it was a fantastic shopping experience, and I plan to return for more deals.

There were many stores that were having sales. It was busy but not crowded. It was pleasant to walk the concourses as the weather was warm. We made our purchases, sat outside and had coffee while listening to Christmas music

I loved the place although it was really crowded, I also noticed the lack of traffic assistance in black Friday and it was a caos. They have a large store selection and nice spots to rest. You could spot most of the people carrying a shopping bags since they had great offers.

The outlet mall is a great place to get name brands at a somewhat cheaper price. Also understand it's outlet malls, the brand make them for such so be realistic in your expectations of the brand. It is a great place to spend time shopping, there is plenty of seats and shade. There is places to get food as well. There are restaurants right in the area as well. Plenty of parking, but also when going on holidays or busy weekends keep that in mind. Exiting will be annoying as there is one main exit and it will take a while depending if you stay till close when everyone leaves. I hadn't been back in many years, upkeep has remained throughout the years and seems better than when I went before! Definitely convenient mall to visit if you live in Northern Tampa/Wesley chapel area. Usually stores have sales going on throughout the weeks, just keep an eye out. Definitely a place to visit if you are coming through the area.

We went to the Tampa Premium Outlets to do some research for a hiking trip we are taking next summer. Between Columbia, Under Armour and Reebok we figure we can get everything we need for our 500 mile trek across Spain on the Camino de Santiago.

Very clean, well organized and friendly people. We walked our legs off and enjoyed our shopping experience. Love the fountain in the center and all the chairs! Also loved the covered game area! So cool!

I love this place. Always clean and great stores. I just come here sometimes to get a coffee and sit in the Adirondack chairs near the beautiful water fountain area. Other times I do lots of shopping. Grunt Style is my favorite place here and great for Veterans to support a military owned and ran company. If you’re visiting the Tampa area I would highly recommend checking this place out.

I put three stars because it had less shops than other places, it was Sunday yet not packed , I prefer the one in Orlando as it has diverted choices and high ends brand which is not the case in this one.
