I had the sweetest and nicest interaction with Haylee and Heather this morning. They were very kind and had great customer service. Will definitely be back because of them :)

The employees deserve 5-stars. The manager needs to do a little self-reflection. I go in weekly with a sizable order and the employees ALWAYS get it right. But if the manager steps up to the register please double check your order before leaving. If she serves you and items are missing you may be accused of not speaking loudly enough or not ordering them in the first place. I give the manager an extra star because apparently she has been there for 12 years. But maybe it's time for her to learn something from those under her 🤔. The short of it is: go here, its Starbucks. But double check your order and keep expectations low if dealing with the manager.

Never a time I come to this location and they don't go above and beyond. This is now my regular starbucks because listen!!!! Yall are simply amazing! Keep up the good work, stay positive and keep doing your thing. You all are awesome!

This is a very nice Starbucks. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are very clean. That tells me that the rest of the place is very clean. Many nice seating options, from tables to eat chairs. We will be back.

Just can't seem to get an order right but I mainly resent the attitude that it's somehow my problem and I just need to get out of their way! There's some great local coffee shops around that remember my name and don't mind if I don't know some special made up "coffee language!" Get over yourselves Starcrossed Lovers!

Very disappointed ☹️ every time I come here to get a latte for my husband it’s always less then half way full and they always forget to hand me my entire order so I have went inside to get it 5 times this year

This is a pretty good Starbucks. It's in a new area. It has a drive thru. There is a front entrance and a rear entrance. The employees are good and they get your order right! They also have outside seating. This is a convenient location and we'll go back often. Easy parking.

One of the friendliest coffee shops that I visit regularly in the greater Charlotte metro area.

Always great to know a Starbucks is there when you need your caffeine fix :D And this one is in amongst plenty of shopping and movie places... extra bonus! :D

Drive thru is amazing, just cause the people are so nice, friendly, and warm. Idk who the girl was but I can still remember her from 2 yrs ago. Best Starbucks frfr.

This is my VERY favorite Starbucks. They are fast, friendly, and make good drinks. They are staffed well and open early. So glad I found them close to my new job!!! <3

I come here once a week and never have had to wait long even when the line is long. Service is quick and they always make my coffee correct. Barista Cameron is the BEST, he takes the time to remember customers and is always so sweet.

Ok, So it's a rainy early morning and I was craving a medicine ball tea. I went through the drive through and got my tea and went to my busy medical office to start my day. I took a drink and noticed the tea was very watered down. I had a waiting room full of patients and I was busy all day so I couldn't leave. I got a quick break and called just to let them know. I spoke with ASH. He was so professional & compassionate. He apologized and advised me he would make it right. I told him I just wanted a different one because I wanted one so bad. I told him I only work around the corner so I will try to come a little later in the afternoon.. Next thing I know, in comes this cheerful, gentleman with my tea in hand and gift card. He smiled and said, I'm looking for Stacy. I was in shock. He told me I had called the wrong store. But he wanted to make sure that my day got better. So he delivered my tea❤️❤️❤️❤️ JUST WOW! Ash, you went over & beyond in the customer service department. It made my day.. CALL OUT TO ASH !!! Thank you for your kindness today. You need to be recognized 🥰

Stopped by this starbucks on the way to work and decided to go in instead of using their drive thru. It's located in a shopping center so there are plenty of parking spaces to choose from. The inside was not busy at all and walked right on up and placed my order. They have a variety of sandwiches, pastries, and lunch items to order from. They also had a variety of their summer merch with cups and mugs. The employees were super nice and welcoming, and I did not have to wait long for our drinks. Definitely recommend this location, and from what I saw, the drive-thru line was moving quickly and swiftly.

Stopped in to grab a quick treat! I did a custom drink, and they made it perfectly! It is pretty small inside, so if you get there on a non-busy day, it's a nice place to study/work! Staff are friendly, great place!

This is a prime location with several exits which makes it easy on a busy morning. I have never had a very long wait. When the line is very long they have someone outside taking orders so it will be ready once you arrive to the window. The employees are always so friendly and do a good job of making you feel appreciated. When I order multiple drinks they ask at the speaker if I need a tray so everything will be already set once I drive around.

Personally, this is my favorite Starbucks!! Everyone is so nice and welcoming no matter what time in the morning. Makes me feel special that they call me by name! Shoutout to Cameron and there’s another super sweet lady who sometimes is at the drive through! Thanks for all you do!

Went through the drive through and the worker was the absolute sweetest! i think they’re name tag said sand!!! but best customer service ever and my coffee was made great!

This Starbucks is very convenient however when you place an order in on the app to pick up for a quick convenience turns into a slow inconvenience. Please place the condiments in an area customers can grab and go instead having to ask for every little thing we need for our purchase such as sugar and does it hurt anyone to speak these days or a gracious smile. Trust me it makes a world of difference. It keeps the environment airy and happy this early in the morning.

It's a typical Starbucks cafe. The inside Acoustics were a bit noisy. I believe that this is because it has a very open concept design. There is a very nice outside seating area that looks comfortable.

I go here almost everyday never had a issue, today I got a venti white mocha with a extra shot, taste like water with a dash of flavor, since I drink this coffee everyday I know what it taste like they didn't seem to care, never purchasing coffee from this location ever again.

I’ve had a great experience here. And one guy who does the drive thru orders is AWESOME! Very nice and sounds like he’s happy to serve everyone through the drive thru. The people who hand me the drinks are also very friendly too. I’ve been coming frequently over the past 2yrs and I think I’ve had one wrong drink and it was half my fault because I didn’t speak up to let them know I was handed the wrong drink. Plus I don’t want to be difficult, and it turned out I enjoyed what I had gotten anyway. I recommend getting their vanilla sweet cream cold brew, the pumpkin cream cold brew, pumpkin spice latte, pumpkin loaf, spinach & feta wrap, iced shaken espresso with vanilla, turkey bacon cheddar & egg white sandwich, the bacon & Gouda sandwich, and an iced chai tea latte w/ cinnamon dolce syrup.

If you go to this location order a large Pike coffee with three butters. Tell them Rumble Bee sent you. Don't forget the lemon pound cake.

Nothing bad about this particular place .. but just want to say the Chai tea latte has gone downhill in Starbucks .. it’s too thin and taste less .. more spice taste than tea taste .. I M O

This Sbux location was really good for a long time. Even during the CVD19 lock-down it adapted pretty well. Last 4 months or so service quality has declined a lot. There are two fantastic employees here. If we're lucky enough to be served by one of them, service is great. Otherwise, it's been lousy. This definitely doesn't seem to be a labor shortage; plenty of employees on site each time. A. lso, the store has been really messy last few visits. Will be driving a little further to avoid this location for now, or until local reviews indicate some notable improvement. If that happens, will revisit and update this review accordingly.
